PF was not a visitor to the place. He was a resident. It is a western courtesy not to block the guests in with your vehicle. SF2 might not know that. He was twenty years of age when SF1 bought the place, so it seems unlikely that he ever lived in the country. JMO
I doubt he parked on the side of the house as a courtesy. (Especially to his own family.)
He had the tote in the back of the truck, likely with Kelsey's body in it.
He didn't want to risk anyone seeing it or asking about it.

Imo

Tweetstorm cometh.

#PatrickFrazee trial is done for the day after prosecutors ran thru all their scheduled witnesses early. #KelseyBerreth @csgazette

I still don't understand why the timing on the photos is not nailed down solid. I thought that the pics were sent through an email that could be recovered. Are they saying they can't confirm what time the app sent the photos, and there were no timestamps on them?

I do hope that someone gives Sam a heads up as to explaining this more tonight, or the other reporters, as the print version I'm just not getting what it means when they are out of order and may be off a few hours.....

Im with you here.

Its such an important thing to know. Knowing the times and dates of each sighting is pretty darn important and the jurors would want to know that information as well.

Surprised it wasnt better nailed down for the jury. There must have been some reason that information was not easily obtainable.

Among the highlights of afternoon session was admission of hand-written doc — found at #PatrickFrazee ranch — in which he lays out time line of events surrounding #KelseyBerreth’s disappearance. He says he met her at 12:30 p.m. to exchange child.

This is plainly contradicted by surveillance from multiple locations and receipts charting their movements. #PatrickFrazee #KelseyBerreth

One forgets that Patrick was consumed by western courtesy.

Snort!

You owe me a new keyboard.

Tips hat: Let me do you the favor, darlin, of killing you and making your body disappear.

PF and thoughtfulness = oxymoron

The suspense is killing me, ya'll! Who's on the stand?!
I don't know, I've been stuck in meetings for 2 hours! Time for afternoon break!

Wow! Motive.

We also heard CBI Agent Gregg Slater review other evidence pointing possible motive. That includes letter showing #PatrickFrazee was in default in a $72k loan. He had been paying #KelseyBerreth $700/mo in child support but made last payment in June 2019. @csgazette

ETA: 2019 is a typo. It should read 2018

2019?

Wonder if that was court ordered after arrest? First I've heard of as he always told folks he had custody prior.

Can't forget that the case was not investigated as potential foul play situation for weeks -- long after 7 days of neighbor camera storage for Thanksgiving day system deleted (CB did not report KB missing until 12/1).

The images that investigators do have in court were recovered from the neighbors phone cache (alerts that she looked at).

My understanding is that if you ignore the alert and never open it, same will vanish with 7 day storage limitation, and not recoverable.

MOO

Slater said investigators also found half-completed court forms for a child custody issue, though none were filed. #PatrickFrazee #KelseyBerreth @csgazette

He wanted full custody so he didn't have to pay the $700 per month, IMHO.

Oops, hope they change that to June 2018.

I bet after July and August she was asking questions about when she may get money. He had to figure out something in um, September. Fits the timeline perfectly!

If it was all about Patrick being dimwitted, wouldn't the court just assign a professional to manage his assets?
I don't know how it works, to be honest. I was in a battle with my stepmom in probate court, when my older brother caught her dipping into monies that were left to us kids by my father. But I wouldn't have had any idea what she was doing if it wasn't for my brother, the attorney, who was keeping a legal eye on things. We were able to get her to stop but we didn't get that 80k back. Key thing was brother said it would cost us about that much to keep battling and we should cut our losses and safeguard the rest.

And Slater covered a fateful discovery: when investigators received phone records showing that #PatrickFrazee called Krystal Lee Kenney at roughly 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 22, about when he was allegedly seen leaving #KelseyBerreth’s house.

At the time, Slater knew that #KelseyBerreth’s phone had last pinged in Idaho, near where Krystal Kenney lived. “It sparked my interest, yes,” he said on stand. #PatrickFrazee @csgazette
