I doubt you are trying to understand where I'm coming from. Patrick may be charged with murder but the charge doesn't make him guilty. I respect our system of justice.

I merely pointed out that the prosecution has yet to point out to the jury how much blood evidence was detected by chemicals at the residence of KB. I don't know that PF burned anything in his mother's front yard on the date in question nor do I know his mother witnessed it. I do know KK lied to federal agents and has an agenda for keeping herself out of prison.

Question: that meeting he had with his brother at 5Guys when CBI showed up and he told him to hand his phone over...how did CBI know he was there...followed him or tipped off?

called his brother to meet him there.

On Nov. 22, the bedroom camera had 27 notifications throughout the day. There were a lot around the late 11 o’clock hour, often around noon, and more around 1:20 p.m. Then there were more again around 4:20-4:30 p.m. An investigator with the 4th Judicial DA's office was able to extract 34 cached file images from Nov. 22, 2018. 27 of those came from the bedroom camera (the same number of notifications Jackson got from that camera). Of those 27, the cameras caught Frazee 11 different times.

The images show a photo appearing to be Berreth entering her home with a baby carrier at 3:54 a.m. (Nov. 22). That aligns with her getting home. Another photo shows a cat passing by. Another photo that day at 11:56 a.m. shows Berreth at her door. A different photo shows Frazee at 12:36 p.m. looking to enter Berreth's home. That’s the first spot of him. The second photo is at 12:37 p.m. His back is to the camera.

Photos then show the door open at 1:23 p.m. and again at 1:23. The photo picks up Frazee, Kelsey Berreth, and Kaylee. It's the last photo of Kelsey. Another photo picks up Frazee outside again at 1:24 p.m. The next is at 4:20 p.m. and shows Frazee holding Kaylee. He’s captured again on the camera at 4:24 p.m. with his back to the camera, no child. He’s captured again at 4:26, holding Kaylee with his back to camera. Frazee is captured again at 4:27, back to the camera and holding the child. Next capture shows the door open at 4:28. Next capture shows Frazee at 4:28 with his back to the camera. Next cached image is the 10th time Frazee is captured on surveillance. This is at 4:29. His back is to the camera. 11th capture of Frazee is at 4:30 with his back to the camera again.

Now we need to know why so many in and outs.....I truly believe he was taking things out. Wish there was better footage.

according to this article, Sean F. testified the
meeting w/ PF to get the father's death certificate was Nov. 29th. Dec. 4th was the meeting where Sean advised PF to give up his phone.

not entirely sure but i know some of kelseys stuff was missing like the phone, keys, and purse. so i surmise that LE considers that a robbery that happened at or around the time of the murder. IMO.

There was also some talk that the meeting was for a child welfare check. Others have mentioned the financial issues led to the meeting.

ETA: Another member pointed out that SF2 testified it was a meeting to talk about the father’s estate. I didn’t see that before I made this post. I wonder if that means PF was being followed.

I missed any mention of the death certificate but SF2 did say they were meeting about their father's estate. MOO

Patrick's brother said he was with Patrick at Five Guys in Colorado Springs when police seized his phone. When asked by the defense why they were together, Sean said it was to deal with legal issues regarding the estate.

IMO the deposits that PF made at the ATM were checks that belonged to KB. I think they are going to say he stole them from her condo during the murder.

Not each time. He wasn't seen with the baby again until 4:20 and then each time after that for the next ten minutes he was seen without carrying the baby with his back to the camera.

In her lunch break report yesterday, Jennifer Meckles of Denver's Channel 5 News described at 2:12 in the video that "you can't really tell much". She commented that his back was to the camera in all of them EXCEPT the one that verifies that he picked up the baby at around 12:30. She said that the CBI officer said he identified the person in the photos as PF by "....he looks like him, and the T-shirt, the hat, the jeans and the shoes that all seem to match what PF was wearing that day. Ms. Meckles says that in her opinion, it looks in several of them like he is carrying a baby, but she couldn't really tell.
So, I'm really confused here. If there is a fence that is higher than PF's waist blocking the view, how did the officer observe his jeans and shoes? Also, is the back of PF's head that distinctive? So are we really discussing identification of a hat and hat and t-shirt, with possible baby? As always, JMO.

FROM EVERYTHING TO NOTHING/PF's life theme:
If pf had actually married kb they wouldn't have wanted for anything financially or otherwise.
PF had a safety cushion in a LOT OF WAYS with KB. She was concerned over his health, wanted to cook him something special for Thanksgiving, she probably would have lived on the Franch, she was a good mother to cb2, and it sounds like her parents would have financially helped them, i.e., their offer to help them get a ranch.
(Btw I know a couple whose wife's parents co-signed for them, otherwise they would have NEVER had a house. It worked out fine).
He's a fool. Now he has NADA.
