Without getting super technical, that’s really the big takeaway. Judge Scott Sells is also closing the courtroom for 10 minutes or so to discuss possible testimony from an upcoming witness. He says he wants to ensure the jury doesn’t hear that info.

Update:First witness this am is an FBI special agent who analyzed cell phone records for Kelsey Berreth and Patrick Frazee. He said their phones traveled together after Thanksgiving Day 2018 when #KelseyBerreth disappeared. Patrick Frazee is on trial murder. @KDVR @channel2kwgn

Sounds like she started driving from Idaho on 11/23. We knew she got there by 11/24 but I dont think we knew before now that she started heading there on 11/23, did we?

She may have left late evening on 11/23 so maybe she didnt actually arrive in Colorado until the early morning hours on 11/24. We will probably find out the specific times of her travels soon enough.

We know its a long drive. She had to have spent at least one night in Colorado and maybe two nights depending on dates/times.

Wonder where she slept while in Colorado.

#FRAZEE We know cell phone records played a critical role in this case. That's how investigators learns where Berreth's phone last pinged. This is how they also became aware of #kenney's involvement.

ah, ok. The photo I saw of PF heading into the courthouse was from Monday and his head was so shaved the light was glinting off his scalp plus one of the MSM tweeters said head "freshly shaven". So I was confused about this guy exiting the courthouse then in my twitter watching, the headline was changed to it being Sean who was filmed leaving the courthouse.....hence my confusion!
