She doesn’t deserve special treatment, she admits she cleaned up after the murder, she could have called 911 several times during her very long journey there and LE would have gotten there before her, plus if she’d actually called 911 then Kelsey’s body would not have ended up being burnt

Without getting super technical, that’s really the big takeaway. Judge Scott Sells is also closing the courtroom for 10 minutes or so to discuss possible testimony from an upcoming witness. He says he wants to ensure the jury doesn’t hear that info. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth

I think we are speculating whether the only people in the courtroom will be the jury, the lawyers, PF, KK testifying and court personnel and that they clear the courtroom of everyone else, including reporters. The more I think about it, I am wondering if the privacy issue is with the lawyer employers of KK's friend as possibly their actions (or inactions) could have them in trouble with the bar and have impact on their business? We will find out soon enough!

KK will also have to face the people who loved KB the most.
She will be forced to recount to KB's parents and brother how she scrubbed KB's lifeblood off of walls, floors, sinks, and ceilings.
Then went to Sonic, on account of she worked up an appetite.

It ain't even close to perfect justice for her, but it's something, at least.

Yes, she will testify, yes the jury and PF will hear.

However, the reaction from the family and court room visitors could implode in the courtroom. We've heard a lot, it not near what she will share.

I'm not sure if it has wheels or not but it's been described as black with silver handles, and Sam Kraemer thinks it's about 4 ft wide and 2 1/2 ft deep, IIRC. MOO

After watching Sam Kramer video at one point he talks about how you can see Patrick's right hand but not his left hand and the way he's holding out is left hand he gives the indication that he might be holding something. My guess would be maybe the handles off a tote that had Wheels
