After watching Sam Kramer video at one point he talks about how you can see Patrick's right hand but not his left hand and the way he's holding out is left hand he gives the indication that he might be holding something. My guess would be maybe the handles off a tote that had Wheels

I wonder if when he left he was pulling it and that's why his back was to the camera. Imo

I can't imagine what the reaction of KBs family will be. This will be very emotional for all.

I’m all in for her to experience some stress as long as she gives the testimony she said she would give in a believable manner. That means making it obvious she is telling the truth.

It’s not like he can hurt her from where he sits. If he is somehow found not guilty, she’ll have to watch her back.

She got herself into this mess and will get a sweetheart deal for her testimony.

Personally, I need to let go of my own feelings that she was far more involved in planning and encouraging this than we know.

Could it be one of KK's friends, or even Ma F raising these privacy concerns?

I wouldn't think that the prosecution would allow KK to pull that here, given the sweetie beauty of a deal they've given her, but IANAL.

More snark: Judge is trying to eliminate circus-like atmosphere around trial (we all understand how crazy it can get if you watched Arias at all). I understand that. But installing a circus tent seems to nullify a bit of that intent.

Re: PF saying he put dog food in the tote at WM. I'm hoping KK corroborated the black tote to LE before the general public learned about it being in the pickup.

I hope so, too. Or this may be one place the defense could gain a teensy tiny bit of ground.

Just wanted to point out that this is the same FBI expert on cell phones that worked on the CW case.

Interesting! I'm sure he sees a lot of interesting cases, but to have two such high profile cases back to back has to be taxing.

I think we are speculating whether the only people in the courtroom will be the jury, the lawyers, PF, KK testifying and court personnel and that they clear the courtroom of everyone else, including reporters. The more I think about it, I am wondering if the privacy issue is with the lawyer employers of KK's friend as possibly their actions (or inactions) could have them in trouble with the bar and have impact on their business? We will find out soon enough!

This is who I was thinking it was as well. Though, they spoke a lot at the time IRC, so maybe they aren't so concerned now (or shouldn't be).

IIRC Kelsey mentioned that she thought she'd be having Thanksgiving dinner with PF which might include champagne. So no. They're was no champagne and no possibility of champagne. Likely just another lie PF fed Kelsey because he likely knew she would enjoy having champagne. MOO

Ps Once he's put away maybe we should all celebrate Kelsey's life and spirit with a glass of champagne that she was looking forward to but never received? MOO

PATRICK FRAZEE TRIAL: Cellphone records rebut rancher's claims, witnesses say

Cellphone records show that Patrick Frazee spent hours with Kelsey Berreth — or at least her phone — on the day she went missing last year in Woodland Park, further rebutting the Florissant rancher’s initial claims about his movements that day.

Prosecutors introduced the records Wednesday morning as they continued to nail down a timeline showing that Frazee, 33, spent far more time with Kelsey Berreth on Thanksgiving Day than he previously claimed.

Frazee's and Berreth's phones were together for at least the next 24 hours or so, as they traveled between Florissant, a ranch southwest of Cripple Creek, south to the Westcliffe area and back up to Florissant.

The records also showed calls between Frazee and his mistress, Krystal Lee Kenney, the beginning Thanksgiving evening and into the next day. Kenney was in Idaho on Thanksgiving Day and began driving to Colorado on Nov. 23.

Kenney arrived in Colorado on Nov. 24 and stayed less than a day before driving back to Idaho. She arrived in Idaho on Nov. 25, the records show.
