If someone threatened to kill my dog, or harm my child, even if they never carried out that threat, that would pretty much be the last time I ever spoke to that man again, let alone stayed so in love with him that I would kill the mother of his child on his behalf, but I can only speak for myself.

KK chased this man, driving miles to get a little taste of him so we are told. Getting nothing in return, except ignored at times, to hear her tell it. Made herself into a doormat so that he could wipe his feet on her while she was busy cheating on her husband. Made herself so available to him that he actually thought she would commit murder for him, and almost did if we are to believe this miserable excuse of a human being. And that right there doesn't make a bit of sense to me unless KK was the one that initially brought up the solution to her competition. I can't get rid of this nagging feeling that she is in really, really deep and trying to deflect her part in this crime. The worse she makes him look, the more sympathy she thinks she'll get and less responsibility for this murder.

PF is such a creep. Wasn't the dog free for him? Like he bought a dog from Texas, and this puppy came free, so he regifted it to KK... but then wants "reimbursement" for it?

That's what people like PF do.

They want you to always be in a position where you "owe" them something.

For those wondering why in the world KK kept going back to him. I would point out that KB probably experienced a lot of the same coldness from him that KK did. Yet she stayed. And despite no commitment from him, she got pregnant not just once but twice. And when he stopped paying support for months, she still wanted it to work and was excited about spending the holidays with him.

Not trying to lift up KK or bring down KB. I’m just saying that a psychological torturer like PF finds ways to keep you in his web even while actively doing things to cause you harm. He probably makes a sport of it, seeing just how far he can go and still keep you wanting him.

Simply put, KB was a good soul.

She was compassionate, thoughtful and selfless. She cared about others. PF knew that and used it to his advantage.

Even on her last night, she helped him with his cattle and bought him stomach medicine in the middle of the night. That day, she was preparing a meal for him and baby K (probably) when he cruelly disposed of her. I wouldn't be surprised if sweet potato casserole was a favorite of PF. I definitely envision her making thoughtful gestures like that, because that's just the kind of person she is.

Narcs are drawn to empaths, because they are understanding and forgiving. I agree that PF probably enjoyed seeing how much of a jerk he could be to KB and still keep her coming back.

PF never deserved the love KB was so willing to give.

The way he acted after KB's murder, seemed like he thought everyone would get over KB's disappearance, it would all blow over, and he could just go on with his life as if she never existed.

To PF this is his world. We're all just living in it.

I don't know if he STILL thinks he's going to get off, but I do think he did believe that early on.

I agree that that is how he saw the situation at the time. I don't think KK's loyalty ever crossed his mind. Big mistake.

But in a twisted way, she might have thought that by participating in these plans and then not going through with them, she was keeping PF from getting someone else to do it. Maybe she thought she knew him well enough to know that he wouldn’t carry out such a deed himself. And if she’s making these plans with him, then he’s not doing it with someone else.

And it did delay KB’s death for a couple of months. But as for the “hoping it would go away”, she probably should have accepted the fact after the third recruitment that he was obsessed with the idea for real. That would have been the time to go to the authorities. Not sure about the recording laws in CO or ID but she could have recorded their convos and gone straight to the cops after that third time.

one thing i'd like to learn from kk is after the plastic (i guess) tote was burned up and they continued burning the body could she tell if the body was intact or several bags or piles of pieces of dismembered body. if dismembered then i think PF took her body out of the condo in trash bags, which according to the comments that the fence blocked below his waist, we would not have seen the bags in his left hand during all those trips in and out of the condo. MOO.

Am I the only one wondering about the possibility that there might be a couple of more Kelsey's out there, that even his family and friends don't know about? KK said before to her best friend, that he said something that alluded to him possibly murdering others.

Look how far these women lived from Patrick. KK in Idaho, Kelsey in Washington. Was there more?

I'm convinced there are more, probably many who figured him out early on and are somewhere thanking their lucky stars today..
