Snipped for Focus:

On what planet does PF seem to have been willing to pay child support, when he was in arrears on said payments, and murdered the mother of his child to avoid further payments?

Have we been teleported into an episode of "Stranger Things?"
Because I feel like we're in the Upside Down.

I gotta agree with the bit about PF being a "hands-on co-parent," though:

PF sure went "hands-on" with KB in that townhome on November 22nd, 2018, didn't he?

JMO.
I see what the OP is saying. He entered into an agreement that was outside the court. He kept to it for close to a year before reneging. Does he win a prize? No. But it’s factually accurate to say he was willing... until the time came when he wasn’t.

Because it's HIS money and KB should be SO grateful that he so willingly parted with HIS money.

(Even though he probably didn't start paying until it was court ordered)

I imagine he paid child support with great resentment- Who are the courts to tell HIM what to do and how much to pay? How dare KB go behind his back and go to child support court because this is something they could have worked out together. Clearly he would absolutely go buy diapers or whatever baby K needed, even though he hardly ever did...

But wait, what do you mean I have to give her ALL this cash for taking care of MY kid EVERY month? And you're telling me I can't demand KB provide itemized receipts to make sure MY money is spent on only KB's needs?

I want to see justice served for Kelsey and the Berreths. KK isn't likeable, lied to LE and is an outsider to that community.

JMO
Justice means that her killer is convicted.

KK is vile, but she didn’t bash Kelsey’s face in. She was many hundreds of miles away when it happened.

But hate shouldn’t blind one to the facts, the evidence, and the truth.

Lee (who said she no longer goes by the last name of Kenney), said that #PatrickFrazee first demanded she poison #KelseyBerreth with a cup of coffee laced with ambien and valium. Lee just gave coffee to Berreth but didn't spike it.@csgazette

Another time, Lee said #PatrickFrazee gave her a metal tune to beat #KelseyBerreth, and another time a bat. Lee backed out both times.
Lee said she went to Berreth's house both times, in case Frazee was watching her.

Now here is where I call bull shhhhhheeeeeeetttt.

I do not believe for a moment that she didn't poison that coffee. I bet she was stunned when poor Kelsey was still alive afterwards.

Please don't tell me she expects us to also believe that she drove down to Colorado two more times to make it look like she was attempting to kill Kelsey, in case Patrick was watching. What woman in her right mind agrees to do it once, never mind three times, driving all of that distance, then says "I just hoped it would go away", or "I was scared of him". If she was so scared of him, she would have not only gone to the cops in the first place, she also would have stayed far away from Colorado and blocked him from trying to contact her.

I don't doubt the rest of what she's told, but this......come on, Krystal......

I'm not a psych professional, but I'll give it a whirl: Cranius Anusii (otherwise abbreviated commonly as H.U.A. and known as Head Up @$$).

That whole deal of hers of ignoring whatever is going on and hoping it goes away reminds me of ostriches sticking their heads in the ground in response to a stressor. I hope she didn't behave like that while she was working as a nurse: "Oh, Mr. Smith, I know you said you were having chest pain, but if we wait a little while I'm sure it'll go away on it's own. No, don't be silly, chest pain doesn't indicate a possible heart attack."

LMBO!!! I need to borrow that one please.
Cranius Anusii..... can’t stop chuckling.

If we’re voting for post of the day, I would like to cast my vote for this one :)

Ok This is where I do not believe everything she is saying now. She is trying to paint too good an innocent picture of herself.

So here she is trying to say that out of the blue she gets that call and has no idea what actually happened and yet she borrows someone else's car and begins the long drive almost immediately after that phone call.

Nope Sorry. I dont believe her. She knew exactly what he had done before she headed the long drive to Colorado.

And for that other earlier statement she made in court about she "was hoping it would just go away."

Dont quite believe her on that either. I think it was more like she hoped HE would make her go away instead of her having to do it.

All JMO of course
She took hazmat materials with her so she had a pretty good clue what she was headed into.

Maybe the details about the tooth and help getting rid of Kelsey's body were discussed on the drive to Colorado. We can't know until KK gets someone to ghost-write her book!

Remember that KK had cleaned up some sort of nasty mess on the franch in earlier times so she had a history of saying Yes to Patrick's ridiculous requests.

Each knew very well that the other was a nutcase.

What difference would it make if she were likable? It's what she DID.

Patrick Frazee trial: Star witness Krystal Lee describes murder plot, abortion
[...]

To win her loyalty, Frazee, 33, claimed Berreth was an abusive mother to Frazee’s toddler daughter, and for a time, Lee said she believed him.

[...]

In testimony before lunch, Lee wept at points, even turning inaudible, as she recounted her on-again, off-again relationship with Frazee that lasted 13 years and included a 2016 abortion.

Their romance began in 2006 at a dance in Lake George, west of Colorado Springs, where she met him and fell for him that night, she said.

[...]

She didn’t look at Frazee, staring straight ahead and giving terse answers. Meanwhile, Frazee jotted notes throughout, sitting back in a chair at the defense table wearing a white striped button-up shirt open at the collar.

During the period they dated, she traveled from Idaho to Colorado to visit him 10 times – only to go days without hearing from him when she’d return to Idaho, leading to a 2007 breakup.

[...]

Lee described a moment afterward where Frazee threatened to drive up and kill a dog that she had gotten from him, telling her that the previous owner was demanding the dog back unless he paid for it.

In 2015, she struck up a correspondence with Frazee after her marriage to another man turned rocky.

[...]

In March 2016, Lee became pregnant with Frazee’s child. He did not react happily to the news, Lee said, and "he said I guess you're a baby killer or you're not."

Lee had an abortion, and told Frazee it was a miscarriage. Lee filed for divorce two months later.

[...]

Prosecutors say they wouldn't have discovered much of the evidence in the case without her, including the spot where authorities say Berreth's remains were burned at the Frazee family ranch in Florissant.

See, I totally believe this. If she didn't have her own RX for the drugs, then she would've had to steal them from work. She probably bragged to PF that she could do that. However, it's not that easy to do and she would lose her job. Again, I really feel like this was a game to her until PF actually killed KB. So, the consequence of stealing the meds was higher than what the outcome of playing along would be.

Reporter mis-tweeted and is correcting herself. KK did not have a child with PF, ever.

Daniela Leon‏Verified account @danielaleontv
Again she had an abortion, and broke down as she was talking about it, but even so always came back to #Frazee. Court was adjourned after she finished talking about how she found out about Frazee's daughter.

Thanks for sharing this Seattle1, it has to be so hard on these reporters to get everything right!

There are so many on here who make me laugh every day, which is much needed most days. And I have the sticky keyboard to prove it. Where’s a good cleaning lady when you need one...busy testifying I guess :-/
You are rollin' tonight, BP!

The ex-girlfriend can take care of herself quite well. I can't buy that idea. Sorry. JMO
I'm not even sure she will testify, but there is still Kelsey's friend, and all the people who Frazee lied to about how horrible she was to show how manipulative he is.

I don't think the jury will have a hard time believing it.

They are also probably taking note of his lack of emotion and empathy as he sits in court and listens to CB and others talk about what kind of person Kelsey was.

Imo

Yeah, he’s clearly a wonderful father, and completely misunderstood.

All we have to do is look past the brutal murder of his child’s mother.

I think him voluntarily paying child support for a short period of time, cancels out beating Kelsey to death with a baseball bat.

As they say, “six of one, half a dozen of the other.”

We all make mistakes. Or something.

Killing your child’s mother makes you a terrible father

Internet officially broken. :p:D

Oh I completely agree.

Guess I should have said she felt like he wanted her to get rid of her baby, but he wanted KB to keep hers (or something like that). At any rate KK had to feel hurt and betrayed by him.
While she was betraying her husband, and kids.

  • #659
Gee, it's only 2:00 p.m. there. Wonder what the rest of the day will bring?

  • #660
What did PF do that actually caused KK, or her dog or her children, physical harm? PF is on trial for murder, not for psychological torture.

KK claims PF made her have an abortion yet he didn't demand KB have an abortion. PF seems have to have been a hands-on co-parent who willingly paid child support even though not under a court order to do so.

JMO
It’s called psychological torture. And he may have demanded KB terminate her pregnancy. She had a miscarriage in 2016 (CB’s testimony). How do we know it wasn’t an abortion and that the second time she just said no. I think KB stood up to PF more than we know and it got her killed. I have been waiting for testimony. I don’t like KK but he sounds like a monster. As for child support we aren’t sure how long he really paid it and he stopped a few months before killing her. Child support shouldn’t have to be court ordered by the way.
