With all his “planning” that “genius” didn’t think to bring some clean clothes along? Well, it is PF we’re talking about, right? He was the “Mensa” that told KK to hit KB over the head with a metal pipe and there wouldn’t be much blood. Boy was he wrong!
I still say he had clothes there even the neighbors thought he lived there. I think he did wash his clothes there but he left them in the washer, as I noted before KK said she did laundry while she was there. I think the 220 to 420 span where the killing took place, it could be that he picked a fight with her there could have been arguing and bickering even beforehand anything could have been going on for a good hour.
We all have thought, to begin with, the murder happened at 1:30 nobody even knew she was on the computer till 2:20. Domestic violence in the form of arguing and other things could have taken place. Then it would have taken some time to clean up and put her in that tote. I still say he threw his clothes in the washer left them there and how clean clothes at her place

Can’t wait for Ma F to testify.

Jumping off your post to say that this case didn't start with murder, either. KB told her friends/co-workers/cousin/brother and mom that PF was emotionally abusive to her, IIRC. And baby K was delayed meeting KB and PF after her birth because PF became so enraged that the hospital nurses feared for everyones' safety and reported him to CPS, sparking an investigation.

Why some people repeatedly refuse to acknowledge these facts is beyond me (and I'm not saying that you're one of them).

IMO
Yes. Pf had some big red flags. We never know if they're going to cross that line to murder, though. Some people who have had experiences of abuse can spot the red flags faster than the general public. (We're basically just not taught about it).
One big red flag is if they are super nice in public, but downright scary when you're alone with them.

If you can point me in the general direction. I could have very easily missed it. Thanks :)

CRIPPLE CREEK, Colo — Prosecutors spent Tuesday morning building a nearly minute-by-minute timeline of what surveillance video shows Kelsey Berreth and the man suspected in her murder were doing on the last day she was seen alive.

That day was Nov. 22, 2018 — Thanksgiving. Kelsey Berreth wasn’t reported missing by her mother until Dec. 2, seven days after her cellphone last pinged near Gooding, Idaho on Nov. 25, 2018. Patrick Frazee, Berreth’s fiance, was arrested in late December and is now standing trial for first-degree murder, solicitation to commit first-degree murder and tampering with a deceased human body.

[...]

Earlier in the day, Investigator Chad Mininger testified about footage collected from Berreth’s neighbor’s motion-activated security cameras. This footage, according to Mininger, showed Frazee outside of Berreth’s front door at around 1:23 p.m. Berreth is carrying roses, and a baby carrier was seen in photos shared in open court.

[...]

Mininger said this was the last time Berreth would be seen in any surveillance photo obtained by law enforcement. According to Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Agent Chris Adams, the last Google search on her phone was at around 2:20 p.m. for sweet potato casserole. In the arrest affidavit, investigators said Berreth texted Frazee and asked if he wanted sweet potato casserole that morning.

In light of what we now know what happened that afternoon this somehow makes it a little worse for me IMO
She cared so much she wanted to know if he wanted that thanksgiving staple - sweet potato casserole and then he beat her to death with a baseball bat

You misunderstood. I never said what she said is untrue. PF needs to be convicted. But I was just thinking, the defense will have a field day tomorrow with Krystal and no one is going to feel sorry for her.

I’m actually hoping the prosecution gets all they can from Krystal because the defense is going to shred her. Maybe that’s all the karma she will ever get but she deserves it. As long as PF goes away for life, let them tear her apart.
I am not KK fan and have no sympathy for her current position, but I would not agree that she is paying no price for her participation. Is it enough? No. But it is also not nothing. She is likely facing jail time and the complete daily shame of a small town community and her own children who now know exactly what she has done. I highly doubt she can ever work as a nurse again - and that is a well paying, respectable career that takes years of education. She has been exposed not only for committing a crime and failing to prevent the murder of an innocent woman, but also as a weak and pathetic person who allowed a man to treat her like absolute crap while she came back for more. And the entire world knows it now. That is a heavy burden to carry. No one will care why she might have been predisposed to such emotional abuse from a man - they will not pity her - they will scorn her. I do not envy her position. But it is what she deserves for not calling the police day 1 on PF's murder demands.

When small kids are in the home it's not unusual to have more than one child gate.

Truth told, we only have 3 dogs but we have 5 baby gates. They're so useful. And the dogs have knocked them over on themselves. It's like PF takes real life accidents and turns them into abuse. I can see closing a door on a hand (my sister shut her car door on mine), getting a burn on her hand from fireplace, curling iron. Kelsey was a first time mother and working far away and managing a house (so likely exhausted) and maybe just learning what to look out for with a toddler.

Thank you O. Even while he was plotting away, she was being her kind self. Makes me so angry I want to scream.

It's also worth a thought - as much as most hate her - to realize she's going to do some time. Less, yes - but with that, she's giving up information that will destroy her family. Her long-term affairs, daily calls, and pregnancies, abortion/s. It isn't easy to sympathize with her but there is no doubt this is easy for her, either.

It would have made sense to show how easily manipulated she was - that seems pretty clear to me. She was PF's tool, his slave. She would do anything for him.

While it makes us despise her, we should try to understand that type, as well.

No, I'm not feeling sorry for her at all - but do feel it's worth understanding her type of personality.

In a very secondary way - IN NO WAY A COMPARISON to KB - she was also a victim.

(I know, I'll be hated for this post - I'm ducking under the desktop to avoid the rotten tomatoes right now!)
BBM:

Nah. Sounding the buzzer.

KK is no victim in this tragedy.

She's a grown-*** woman, not some impressionable teenager.

That she found herself so completely drawn to a remorseless, soulless, emotionless monster, even after he solicited her to poison a woman's coffee and beat her to death with a metal pipe, merely speaks to her own pathology.

She clearly found the illicit affair, sneaking around behind her husband's back, getting pregnant by another man, etc., all very titillating...as evidenced by her actually thinking that PF would be excited (!) to find out he'd she was pregnant by him while married to another man.

KK thrives on drama. That much is evident.

She probably fantasized about going on the Maury show, and having PF and her husband sitting on either side of her, waiting for that envelope to be opened.
For her, it would be just like the Oscar awards.

"He used her, she used him, neither one cared. They were getting their share."
With apologies to Bob Seger for mangling his beautiful lyrics, and using them in this grotesque tragedy.

JMO.

I agree. And, I take this into consideration as well. I doubt KK would ever do something like this again. If PF gets off, he most certainly would, starting with KK. JMHO

And there's no doubt he reminded her of that fact.
She is responsible for what she did, but with her personality type, commanded by his, she was merely a tool for him.

With his intense psychological abuse over that many years -- so damaging, it's as if she had no real personality of her own.

Of course, I don't know her - so I could be wrong - but I do know the type of woman who has been controlled for years by an abusive man.

Her testimony will be important for the jury to convict him, and at this point, she has no reason to lie - it would not help her at all.

this is what I heard of KK's testimony today*
Also I forgot a pen so this is all off the top of my head.

Okay so KK drives through the night (with a 20 min power nap somewhere along the way) and is instructed to pick up the keys @ PF's house. Believe he had them in something at the gate of the Franch.

Parks her car a little bit away from KB's condo and walks there. I believe she said she only came armed with 2 trash bags, a thing of bleach, a painting (hazmat) type suit, a box of gloves, rags, and shoe booties.

She said she walked in and knew it was bad. Says blood spatter everywhere.
Viehman says, what does blood spatter mean to you. She describes the scene, said it looked more like when you take a paint brush and fling the paint rather than like paint dripping. Blood taller than she could reach in some areas. Says living room floor was covered in blood. Bloody foot prints throughout.

Asks to describe footprints. Says not a child's footprints, not a small footprint, a big boot like footprint. Not cowboy boot as it had tread.

Asks how she started to clean. Believe she said PF told her where to find KB's cleaning supplies. Found an empty bottle and filled that will bleach. Also found windex which she didn't use initially but said used later (they directly asked about the windex, so seem it might be important, perhaps it's what left the streaks everywhere).

Said she spent most of her time cleaning the East(?) wall in the living room. Asked how she cleaned things. Said she used a rag until it was too dirty and would leave residue. At one point they asked how many rags she went through, she said a lot. Said she left with barely if any clean rags.

At some point she realized there was really just too big of mess to clean up. PF told her to wash things. (btw PF called her multiple times while she was cleaning). Believe she did use the washer to wash things but then gave up and started throwing things away. Talk about popping the exercise ball to trash it, stuffed animals, curtains, etc. Ended up with SIX bags of trash.

There was an initial list of things PF said to make sure about. Clean the candles, clean the cookie cutters, grab her purse from upstairs etc. There might have been more things, can't remember exactly.

I believe in one of the phone calls PF asked her to look for the tooth in the vent. Tooth wasn't found in vent, she found it behind a cedar chest.

Asked about baby gate. Tells them the baby gate had blood on it.
Viehman "did you clean it?" KK says no. Viehman, ''what did you do with it?" KK says she put it in the backroom.

Viehman presents said baby gate and asks if it's the same one. She says yes. She says how can you tell, says it's the same style of one with the same clips as the one in KB's house.

....I'll post more later. Want to watch Sam, as I want to hear about the first half of the days testimony.

Warning: I'm fixin to yell

KK didn't think PF was capable of doing what he did? But when she got to KB's residence and saw what he did, SHE STILL DIDNT CALL THE FLIPPIN COPS?!?
And he solicited her 3 times??

Ugh.
Reading the Denver Channel article.

KK watched baby KB2 at the franch one day while PF was at work. During her Oct visit when she went to KB’s with the pipe.

Makes me sick what these two did.

I keep telling myself I need a break from this... And I get away from these updates. I find them very upsetting.

Then I can't help myself and go to the next posted update.

Uggggggg.....
Yes! I thought I was being smart again...lurking at work trying to keep up..but no! I'm 30 pages behind.
And yeah I could go to the media page..but again no! Because like you, even though it is just so upsetting, I can't help but turn to the next page and read every word.

I think for me, I just have to know every detail. Because even though I believe how evil he is (they both are), there's one really good part of me that just cannot believe what a horrid 🤬🤬🤬 he is! I have to read it all otherwise I just cannot believe it.

I figured she would testify today since they mentioned travel plans yesterday.

That’s a very good point she was in love with him for many years from her testimony - I’m not sure she could say no to him - IMO
