In thinking about KK's long history of burning the road to Colorado beginning weekends in 2006, and most recently 2018, without complaints of fatigue, I wouldn't be surprised if she had a legitimate prescription for Adderall, Dexedrine, or other stimulants.

MOO

I agree. Having to stay awake to work extended shifts is a way of life beginning with nursing training.

Either KK learned to do it naturally or with the assistance of meds.

They also have to learn to hold their bladders which also comes in handy on long trips.

That's kind of creepy IMO
I don't think it's creepy that a hospital would keep close track of all their employees, and know exactly who was where and when. I think it would be creepy if they didn't do so.

haha, but seriously, can't you see PF playing soft/baseball a lot. I don't know why, it just seems logical to me.
He apparently used baseball bats on his cattle, as witnesses were going to testify.

The judge rejected it though during the pre-trial hearing. This detail obviously lends credence to the veracity of what those witnesses would have said.

Seven dogs were brought to #ParickFrazee's ranch during one of the searches in December 2018. The dogs were trained to find the scents of human remains, flesh and blood, but did not find anything, an FBI agent testified.

Back to the burn area: When special agents first searched #ParickFrazee's ranch on Dec. 14 & 15, 2018, they didn't find any burn areas, old or new, FBI agents testified.

In the case of 16-year-old Ben Eastman murdered by his best friend and the friend's brother, there's now a total of 7 defendant's charged in this crime -- and the last 3 arrests resulted from polygraphed witnesses.

Here's an example of the terms of one of the plea agreements including a polygraph. Note this plea agreement was not sealed, and why the details are available:

Among the list of things Brown must complete to comply with the plea agreement is making a recorded statement to law enforcement, passing a polygraph test and serving as a state witness in any other case connected to hers. Currently, the only other person attached to Brown’s case that hasn’t pleaded guilty is Adamson. Adamson was slated to plead guilty the morning of Feb. 22. However, he indicated to his attorney, Don Blair, that he didn’t want to follow through with the plea. The hearing was stricken. He’s currently set to go to trial the week of Aug. 5.

This is the definition of a “bombshell,” something there have been no shortage of thus far.

I hope they aren’t done for the day, and this is merely a break.

Oh I hope they end the day on a BIGGER bombshell.

....That tooth being Kelsey's.

Ugh that is sickening.

I too was just thinking why he had a bat, let alone three.

What a disgusting person.

Yessss how can he dispute this and keep going on his Attorney must be begging him to change his plea
This wouldn’t be new information to PF or his attorney. They knew this going in, as they would have learned of it through discovery.

PF has decided to fight this, despite the fact that his defense is a sinking ship.

Wow! The news of the tooth is the best news of the day .... to think they almost missed it! I’m loving all the evidence that’s coming out now the trial is underway.

Thanks to all here who keep the rest of us updated ... WS is the best!

God bless the Berreth family ....

No but you know what? I contacted his attorney during the trial saying that if he was convicted, I would be willing to testify during sentencing about the man I knew (not the one he became), in hopes that maybe he might at least be spared the death penalty. The attorney never even bothered to return my call.

Didn't you say you didn't know him too well---you just did some business together at one time?

Are you saying that because he seemed like a nice, good guy when you did business together, he then does not deserve the death penalty, if found guilty of a double murder? I am not sure how that equates.

Maybe that's why the lawyer didn't ask for your testimony? Just because he seemed like a decent fellow when you knew him, that doesn't mean he should be given special treatment if found guilty of killing two people. IMO

Don't forget it's a three day weekend. No court on Monday.

He's following a psychological strategy. Always end with folks wanting more...

Remember who shot JD in Dallas. We had to suffer the whole summer.

Jury, heck all of us will be thinking about this all weekend.

I want more....please, give us more!!!

I doubt that the DA would bring up finding the tooth unless more is coming in whose tooth it was!

She worked all day then drove all night the night before and started cleaning as soon as she arrived the next morning. And she had quite a busy day. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn after putting some distance b/w herself and the Franch KK pulled over for a nap.
I believe we were told she stopped and slept for 20 minutes unless I dreamed that!

He would, only if it was human. The jury is still out on if there was DNA recovered, and I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t.

Although I’m really, really, hoping that there was DNA extracted.

I love the irony that PF had KK find the tooth to get rid of it...and he does himself in with his own burn pile! HA!

But when #PatrickFrazee's mistress, Krystal Lee, came forward a few days later, she led them to the burn area covered in dirt. It was where Lee prevoiusly testified it was -- on a dirt driveway, uphill and in sight of Frazee's house.

Multiple special agents from the FBI have taken the stand testifying about their search efforts after Kelsey Berreth went missing this afternoon. One agent spoke about finding a tooth on Frazee’s property. #FrazeeTrial @FOX21News

I bet it infuriates Krystal to be called the “mistress” when she was there first and probably considers Kelsey the “other woman.”

If so, I enjoy her infuriation.

Wow.

NEW: A tooth was found on #PatrickFrazee's Florissant ranch, at the place where he's accused of burning #KelseyBerreth's body. It was part of the last shovel full of dirt removed from the burn area by Federal Bureau of Investigation special agents.

Once again, didn’t bash her. Relayed information that had been relayed to him and didn’t know at the time (Dec 2018, nearly a year ago) that it was BS. This was within days of the arrest - prior to a preliminary hearing, prior to the arrest warrant affidavit being public. He had seen zero evidence just like most of the general public. And the accused has a presumption of innocence until proven guilty.

That just counts in court. No guarantees out here in the real world.

Can't remember who said it but somebody famous did, "When people show you who they are, believe them." I always do.

ETA: Maya Angelou. I rest my case. (No pun intended.)

Maybe LE requested and received complete tower dump information showing the RTT hits - look at the little boxes on the maps in the SW's where it shows which tower as CID#. SamK stated in one of his videos that Verizon only has 4 towers in the Teller County area. hth

I agree and am betting that is exactly how LE got a lot of the phone tracking data. The Cell Tower Dumps is a whole different set of other information that is different than asking the Cell Provider company for specific phone information related to a single person's phone usage.

Once they get a Cell Tower Dump then LE has complex computer programs that can crunch through the data to pick out specific phone numbers and are able to locate the time and date of "pings" on the tower. The pings only prove the phone hit that specific tower but it is very helpful because a phone would have to be in the general vicinity of that tower in order for it to happen. So they can state some facts based on a Ping.

Here is one of many articles on Tower Dumps

Police Use "Tower Dumps" To Collect Cell Phone Data Without A Warrant
