Yeah but she was phishing for one
MOO
Pretty lame attempt for someone who was SO afraid for her life and that of her child. If someone had threatened any child of mine I would have gone to LE, not to a lawyer. She only needed a lawyer because she was up to her freakin eyeballs in cow doo doo. JMO

Didn’t Sam say that she testified the fire was still burning when she left Colorado? If that’s correct, they probably haven’t seen each other face-to-face since then so I question whether he told her where he put KB. He might have told her of his plans for her body.

JMO but I feel he had help with disposal (a word that makes me cringe).

I also wonder how long it took the fire to subside enough to retrieve anything that didn’t burn.

So many questions. I think of one and five minutes later 10 more come rushing in.

JMO

Possibly! Curious what makes you think he had help with the disposal?

I’m super curious about how the cross will go. I can’t wait to hear the questions and answers. I’m going to call that the prosecution does a redirect after the cross to hammer some points down before moving to the next witness. I’m wondering if after they’ll retain KK or release her from any potential call back at a later time.

Today should be very interesting.

I think mostly just a gut feeling. But mixed in with his interactions with an older adult in the following days. That person seemed very in tune with what was going on. But again, just a personal feeling.

Can someone please refresh a couple of unclear details for me? What is Nash ranch? I assume it is not the same as the Franch? What is Conoco station I've seen mentioned? Where was KB's body before KK got to Colorado? Where was the burning of the body allegedly done? Thanks so much!

If you have Google Earth, copy these coordinates and paste them into the search window for Nash ranch barn. A pin will drop onto the barn roof:

38°40'34.56"N, 105°23'33.28"W

Copy and paste these coordinates and a pin will drop onto the canopy over the gas pumps at the Conoco station:

38°56'44.35"N, 105°17'31.03"W

Copy and paste these coordinates and a pin will drop in the exact location of the alleged fire at the ranchette:

38°57'21.07"N, 105°17'36.41"W

I think they'll retain her

I have a very hard time even understanding how nurse could have withheld information like she did, much less another human. I'm open to it though.

PF wasn't there for the clean up ~ that was KK's 'mess to clean up', per PF. IIRC, the neighbour's camera was only set to record activity while they were not at home... Since it was a Saturday, I gather that the camera was not recording during that time, unfortunately.

I found an explanation of how the original photos were retrieved.

The footage was captured by a home surveillance system installed by a neighbor, Mininger told the jury. To preserve memory, the system deletes the videos it records after seven days. But in this case, Mininger said he managed to obtain still images from the neighbor’s cellphone — left behind in the phone’s “cached” memory by automatic notifications she received through an application.

Mininger used a special device capable of searching phones, computers, drones and other devices for deleted content that remains even after it is deleted.

Here! I’ll try not to ask any questions based on misread today! :) I’m in and out so I scan read comments to catch up, concentrating on MSM tweets and recaps by Sam and @GoJacks.

I'm just not sure about RS. He's an older man and possibly was taken in by PF just like CC. Narcs are strange animals. It's amazing what they can manipulate, not the least of which being how others perceive them. They were fooled, just like KB, sorry to say :( I believe for those two, cognitive dissonance has come into play. They just can't believe he could do such a thing, given their personal experience with him. THEY have not seen that cruel, twisted side. Now, whether or not they have the brain matter to discern the truth once ALL the evidence is laid bare during this trial, is another matter. JMHO

I do believe she was here first :) Had I known it was SO close, I would have dreamt up another moniker. Oh well, here I am.

I hear ya! There's a handful of names similar to mine. This is my second account. I left for awhile and then couldn't remember what email I'd used, my name, nothing, so I just made a new acct.
By the way, it only took me two times to get your name spelled correctly in my edit. :rolleyes:Now I'm just going to watch for your duck.
Anyway.... Justice for Kelsey

BBM I would like them to ask her where he disposed of KB's remains. She HAS to know. I'm sure he told her. moo
I believe he told her exactly where/how also. Why would he leave that bit out?

Even nurses friend knew much of what was going on and didn't go directly to LE so nothing more can surprise me when it comes to this ring of fools.

'I saw a lot of blood': Mistress details gory scene in man accused of killing fiancee
[...]

She said Frazee called her "rattled" on Thanksgiving night, asking her to come to Colorado saying, "He told me that I had a mess to clean up."

Kenney was already on the road when she received another call from Frazee, saying -- for the first time -- that she had a lot of "blood" to clean up.

"Part of me was scared that he really had done it," she said. She said he told her most of the blood was in the living room and asked her to "look in the vent to see if there was a tooth in the vent.”

"There was blood splattered on the east wall, taller than me," Kenney testified. "There was splatter, on stuffed animals, an exercise ball, a cedar chest. It was on the west wall, on the sink, the stove, on the dishwasher. The majority was on the hardwood floor in the living room."

She testified she cleaned up the blood, fearing for her own life, but intentionally left spots police might be able to find later.

“I shut the door and stood there. I was thinking about how bad it was, and how it was bad," she said. "And how I was probably next. I didn’t know what to do."

Nov. 22, 2018: What Patrick Frazee, Kelsey Berreth were doing on the last day she was seen alive
snipped
According to Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Agent Chris Adams, the last Google search on her phone was at around 2:20 p.m. for sweet potato casserole. In the arrest affidavit, investigators said Berreth texted Frazee and asked if he wanted sweet potato casserole that morning.

================
I'm still searching for this but I really think it was only testimony and not in the arrest affidavit - note they do reference that she texted PF that morning to see if he wanted it.
ETA: spelling and I've asked Sam to clarify this point. I really think it is important IMO
Yes, from all the recent accounts it was stated that she looked up the recipe at 2:20 PM. (or someone did)
She had texted him earlier about it, I'm assuming on her way back from the store, because she told him she forgot the pecans and if he still wanted them he should pick them up. That was the last text she sent him.

Imo

I agree with you. Makes more sense that she would have googled the sweet potato casserole at 11:00am and then gone to the Safeway to get the ingredients. Not 2:20pm.
Patrick Frazee is on trial for the murder of Kelsey Berreth. Here's what we know about the case so far

snipped
That day, 29-year-old KB called her mom twice to talk about Christmas shopping and her plans for Thanksgiving. She also sent her fiance a text to tell him she bought sweet potatoes but forgot pecans.

The short clip from KB's trip to a Woodland Park grocery store would be the last time she was seen alive.

Frazee trial: Defense questions timeline of surveillance photos
snipped
Among her Google search records from the evening of Nov. 21 were song lyrics to Joe Nichols’ "What’s a Guy Gotta Do," bleeding ulcers and how to soothe them, and related searches for other digestive issues. Berreth had called her mom the morning of Nov. 22 noting that Frazee felt sick and she suspected stomach ulcers, Cheryl Berreth said in court earlier in the week.

On Nov. 25, Adams found five different searches for Walgreens from KB's account, and said KB had performed those searches.

He told Reed those searches don’t appear to be consistent with a couple that’s breaking up. Instead, he said, they appear to show that KB was concerned for PF.

Frazee trial: Witnesses explain suspicions after woman disappears
On the morning of Thanksgiving day (Nov. 22) — the day of the alleged murder — KB hadn’t gone to bed until 4 a.m. because she had been helping PF check cattle and get medicine for him, CB said.

CB confirmed that during their phone conversations that morning, she knew Kelsey wanted to create a backup plan for dinner and wanted to get her gun back — though it wasn’t clear why it wasn’t in her possession — because she didn’t feel safe running without it, CB said. CB noted the structure of the text seemed odd. It had lots of punctuation marks and exclamation points, which KB typically didn’t use.

So far, I am not finding a reference to the pie recipe search in the warrant/affidavit. Hoping Sam or someone clarifies this.
