I wondered about the Aug 2007 trip as well and whether we will get anymore details on what KK did that was "not pleasant". Is it possible that KK previously helped PF clean up a murder in 2007? I looked through NAMUS and saw one CO case that may fit with the timing and locations mentioned: The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

Missing woman Colleen's movements were somehow tracked from Colorado Springs on Highway 24, Highway 42 and toward the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument in July 2007. Map showing that in relation to locations relevant to PF: خرائط ‪Google‬‏‏
I got chills seeing that it is in the same direction that PF took KB's body. It may not be related at all since it seems there are some other POIs in that case (and it looks complicated-- Colleen's boyfriend was found murdered and another POI died during a shoot out with police) but I like to look into possible geographical and date connections on unsolved cases. Since I didn't see a thread for Colleen Barrett I made one. Please sleuth away on her case there if any of you have time: CO - CO - Colleen Kay Barrett, 46, Littleton, 19 July 2007

it might be unrelated but nice investigative work anyway.

If the delay didn’t push their lunch schedule to the right, we should start seeing Tweets very soon.

thank you
You're welcome! So no recording in or around the courthouse, there is a specific perimeter listed on the link.

BBM:

Great questions! Let's ask the moron himself.

PF, What say you?

"Well, exactly."

JMO.
My favorite quote of his.

Question: How can you figure out the timeline if you don't know when she went missing?

PF: "Well, exactly."

Haaaaaa. That was hilarious.

This guy has rocks for brains.

They are not supposed to film when they are on courthouse property (includes the area surrounding it that belongs to the county/courthouse). The rule doesn’t include photos/reporting off of that property.

it is kinda interesting that kk did not qualify for the tent treatment today.

  • #409
If you look at the order, paragraph 1C and then IIA, it looks as though they would cover filming of the court property. imo

I agree and one of the reasons why they came up with the tent entrance for PF after reporters used a loophole in the last decorum order for no cameras on the sidewalk. (Media instead brought out better camera lenses to capture PF entering courtroom without filming from the sidewalk)!

Court has not been immune to the public hatred of KK, and have already made it more than clear that her safety is paramount for this trial.

And ABC's Sandell knows better!!

I would highly advice to PF to Take a plea if I were his lawyer. But if I were the DA I would say only if you tell where Kelsey is.
MOO
Absolutely. Deal off if Kelsey's body's location isn't given.

I am behind in this thread, so forgive me if the trial has already started and this is irrelevant (my comment, not @AgeofAquaruis 's comment.)

And he wasn't going to the last places KB might have been seen in an effort to be looking for her... nope, he's wondering around retracing his own steps to build a timeline. Doofus.

UPDATE: Krystal Lee, the prosecution's star witness in the #PatrickFrazee murder trial, continues describing in detail the bloody scene she found inside #KelseyBerreth's Woodland Park townhome. (She has also used the last name of Kenney.)
@csgazette

When asked by a prosecutor why Krystal Lee decided to talk to investigators a month after the killing, Lee said: "I couldn't have lived with what I'd done. And Kelsey's family deserves to know what happened."
@csgazette #PatrickFrazee #KelseyBerreth

Lee testified that Kaylee, the toddler daughter of #PatrickFrazee and #KelseyBerreth, was in a back storage room of Berreth's Woodland Park townhome, in a toddler's walker, when Berreth was beaten to death on Thanksgiving Day last year.

So according to Lauren Scharf, both Frazee and KK felt sick, so that’s why delay earlier. Please! Both? As if they are in tune with each other. Imagine how Kelsey felt (dying). Those two need to get there butts up there and face the music.

It’s been a rather strange day in court. We were supposed to start at 8:45, so the court could handle a private matter. We didn’t begin until 10:30. Judge said Frazee was feeling sick, as was Kenney

Also this morning, prosecutors showed a video of Krystal Lee walking investigators around #PatrickFrazee's Florissant property in late December, describing Frazee burning #KelseyBerreth's body.

Once we began, Kenney retook the stand. Lead Prosecutor Jennifer Viehman led Kenney through photos of Berreth’s townhome. Kenney used a laser pointer to show every spot she saw blood & the places she cleaned. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney
