Maybe this was the crew that was suppose to break PF out of the pokey this morning when he wouldn't leave his cell -- alleging he was sick? Everybody is abandoning him. :( NOT!

Eric Ross‏ @EricRossKOAA
According to the 4 Mile Fire Protection District, the #thief in this RV not only stole 60-80 gallons of gas, he left the hose on the ground. More than 300 gallons spilled and contaminated the soil. Damages estimated at $25,000+.

He also hit often on the fact Kenney lied to everyone about this situation — her family, her friends, law enforcement. He asked why the jury should believe her 8 or so hours of testimony after months of lying. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney

"The Use of a Criminal as a Witness" on the ACLU's website is a good read on how a skilled prosecutor must often use evil people like KK to convict the worst among us.

I think gitana has a good quote about pulling witnesses out of hell IIRC.

So they pulled KK out of hell to get Patrick and that's the only reason BabyK is in the arms of sane people.

I can hate KK all day long and if she never serves a day I'll still be glad for this outcome.

She's lost her humanity in the world's eyes and that's quite a price to pay. Yes, some years in the slammer will put the cherry on top and I'm also good with that.

We’ll have plenty to talk about tonight. Adam Stiegerwald was pointed in his cross-examination of Kenney, which lasted just over an hour. He emphasized she never told police until getting a plea deal. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney

He ran through the solicitation attempts, saying she could’ve faced first degree attempted murder charges for them, meaning she could’ve spent the rest of her life in prison. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney

That just infuriates me all over, again. To cut a deal from possible massive prison to a potential three years was giving away the store. If she had been facing decades, prosecutors could have agreed to 10 and she would have talked.

Update: Nervous Teenager testifies saying murder suspect hired him to unknowingly moving dirt near spot where #KelseyBerreth body was burned. Her fiance Patrick Frazee is charged in her murder last Thanksgiving 2018. ⁦@KDVR⁩ ⁦@channel2kwgn
5:30 PM - 7 Nov 2019 from Teller County Courthouse

In that video, the reporter recounts testimony that PF asked one of the ranch hands to cover up the burn area, so there wouldn’t be any sign of a fire having been there.

The issue was that the dirt it was covered with was a different color from the area around it.

Oops!

Defense points out Kenney never tried to warn Berreth or police

Nov 7, 2019

Kenney confirms she only spoke to law enforcement during a visit to her home because she finally felt they would believe her and she felt safe from Frazee. She also says she never told anyone because she did not want anyone else to get entangled or in danger.
BBM
No, no and NO! I call horse doo doo on that!! Like they wouldn't have believed her if she'd called them from Idaho and told them she thinks her boyfriend went bat$hit crazy (literally) and killed his baby momma and had given them them address they WOULDN'T have believed her after seeing the blood bath? I'm sorry I just can't buy that load!

Just think if ol Patrick could have done his own dirty work it would be much more likely he could have gotten away with it.
Ahhhh yes, but he was tooo busy being such a good father

Nothing really new here, but Scott Reisch says Prosecution is making a mistake by not telling KK to speak towards jury instead of at the prosecution ppl.

Thank God pathetic patrick couldn’t do anything on his own. So much help he needed every step of the way. Now if RS would wake up and see the forest, and tell what he may know, that would make me a happy camper.

One of my many wishes in all this is that dumb ole patrick isn’t too stupid to realize how stupid he is. If that makes any sense.

Remind me who RS is.

I’m puzzled why the defense didn’t ask Krystal about her going to party in Las Vegas with friends after the murder and clean up. She was so concerned for Kaylee and the Berreths so she drowned her sorrows laughing and partying in Vegas?

Remind me who RS is.
Creepy “father figure” to PF.

The man who accompanied PF to the bank, made bizarre comments at the press conference, and collected a package from Kelsey’s house.

A man who knows things, and may have done some things.

This was an annoying live. She told us many of the questions that KK was asked on cross, but not many of KK's answers

So would that have made KK and KB pregnant at the same time?!

It would be straight up comical, if it wasn’t a murder we were talking about.

Literally nothing surprises me with this dolt.

Is Kelsey's family in the courtroom?

Was a tote brought in as evidence?

The tote he put her body in was also burned with her, right?
Yes, Kelsey's family is there.

Yes, they brought a tote into the courtroom. Yes, the actual tote was burned, but he had others that were identical.

She said it was a "rodeo event" IIRC

WTF, he told them they might find deer or elk antlers so as not to be concerned if they found bones?

Lord have mercy................

ETA

I couldn't believe what he and his friend said at the bank, then that was upped by what he said to the Verizon guy, and now this.

Why hasn't he pleaded guilty as he was projecting and couldn't have done more if he was wearing a NEON sign that blinks "I'm guilty"
I hate to write this, but I think we can assume that her bones were smashed to bits.

The two young men also testified that they helped #PatrickFrazee dispose of a metal trough that prosecutors say Frazee used to burn #KelseyBerreth's body. Frazee never told them anything other than wood and deer or elk antlers were burned in the fire. @csgazette

UPDATE: Two young men, at least one of them a teenager, testify at the #PatrickFrazee trial that they unwittingly helped cover up a burn area at Frazee's ranch, where prosecutors say #KelseyBerreth's body was burned. @csgazette

Poor kid. Can't imagine how awful that must feel.
