The baby was locked in a closet?
What happened to her being in the back bedroom?

No. I'm trying desperately to find where it says back room, back bedroom. I'm not having much luck.

Yes, it’s a longshot, but I think we have to be careful what we say here. I wouldn’t want jury members to think we do not respect them (they aren’t supposed to follow this, but what about family that’s keeping tabs - it happens). And to do too much bashing of KK could reinforce the defense’s argument (in someone’s mind) that she may be the primary guilty party, no matter what the evidence shows.

We want him to be convicted.

I’m sorry. I know this is not going to be a popular opinion but I feel it’s something that needs to be cautioned in a public forum.

Perhaps you misread my post.

I've said from day 1 that PF was an arrogant, uncaring, user of women, children and animals. I loathe him more than I thought humanly possible.

The fact that he's sitting there like an empty headed dolt just goes to show that evil does exist in this world and he needs to be locked behind bars for the rest of his miserable existence. I think he's actually enjoying 'punishing' everyone (KK, KB's family, his family & friends) involved by not pleading and saving them for having to endure this testimony. He has no conscious IMO.

Now that I know the prosecution has nailed him 9 ways to Sunday, I don't think I will continue to follow the trial. It is a horrible and deeply disturbing thing that he did.

I'll be here to celebrate when they haul him off in chains forever.

Yes -- that's it!

I believe he pulled the tweet until it was broadcast on ABC News live broadcast for the "exclusive."

Also -- I believe the woman following KK is her attorney. I've been wondering if KK's private attorney was in court with her.

I'm looking too because I remember KK saying the baby was in the "utility room" in the back, in a walker ( so awake imo!)

I've seen it a few times too. Do you where it's stated the back room or bedroom?

Lee testified that Kaylee, the toddler daughter of #PatrickFrazee and #KelseyBerreth, was in a back storage room of Berreth's Woodland Park townhome, in a toddler's walker, when Berreth was beaten to death on Thanksgiving Day last year.

I assumed bedroom since it’s a small two bedroom condo. I know I read somewhere that the downstairs bedroom was a play room/storage but I can’t find it right now.

I'm reading through the media thread. I'll have to dig later as I have some things I need to do.

I can agree with you SO much and bless you for what you managed to do. That is awesome!

However, I have to agree to disagree on KK being the "real" murderer. She is guilty of SO much, yes indeed. But as MG pointed out many months ago, PF swung the bat. And for that reason it is imperative that he be put away for life because I have NO doubt in my mind that if HE went free he would murder again. I don't believe she will ever become involved in anything like this again. I hope sincerely that she gets the help she needs because she is a very sick woman, but PF is an even sicker man. JMHO

We’ve seen the evidence, and it shows that PF was the killer. The only killer.

That is the only thing that matters in this trial. She got what she got, whether we like it or not.

If PF is found not guilty of murder, then this is over and done with. KK isn’t suddenly going to find herself on trial for murder, because there is no evidence that she was the one that murdered Kelsey. They’ve got the right person on trial for that.

PF beat Kelsey to death, and that makes him the worse out of the two. That’s how the law sees it, and that’s how I see it.

If PF is found not guilty, then he stands a chance of regaining custody.

That can’t happen, because that would mean murder really does pay.

That one doesn't make sense to me, if she really had killed KB with a bat, why would she want some retail store in that town to have a very recent record of the sale? Of course she would bring it with her. Unless I'm missing something?
He was just performing.

Either that or he's never watched Forensics Files with the Walmart videos.

I think back when it was first reported they called it an office, then corrected it bedroom.
Then today I thought they called it a storage room.
Maybe it's just a small room and Kelsey was storing things in it.

Imo

Are jurors allowed to ask questions during the trial?

I wish there were a reporter who knew the lost art of shorthand. Then we'd have ALL of it, every day.
Watch Sam Kraemer. He's mighty good.

I like how they could clean up this horrific, gruesome murder and burn a body, and go get Sonic and eat greasy pizza feeling just fine, but now suddenly their poor stomachs hurt. Too bad Kelsey isn't around to go pick up some meds for them.
Right???
so infuriating!

Or something to cover her head and face, maybe a bag. Or since winter is approaching, an appropriate hat/scarf combo.
how about a sweater over her head

I cannot even think about him being freed. I just will not let my mind go there.

Thanks! KK did not say bedroom I know that.
ETA it was storage room"

KK's condo unit is very small. While the legal description cites two bedrooms, there was testimony that KB's bedroom was in the loft, and the second bedroom (on main level) was used as home office/storage. I believe there's also a washer and dryer in that room if I remember correctly. I think it would be easy for the witness to describe it as a storage room. MOO

Neither can I, and I’m not the least bit worried about that happening.

“Bombshell,” is almost becoming cliche here.

Sorry it was a utility room. So probably very small room.

Someone had posted a Twitter link of video of KK arriving, but I couldn't get the video to play. Hopefully it will show up again somewhere.

ETA: Thanks everybody for the link. I was way behind when I made the post but then I see that it had been reposted! Thanks!
