This is another statement where I find myself doubting it’s validity. It’s hard to imagine PF saying he did something “inhumane” (hard to imagine him having the thought plus it’s an awfully big word for him to use). If he did say it. it’s entirely possible he said it to frighten KK into line. It’s also not hard to imagine KK fabricating it to make jurors believe she had reason to be scared. This would be one lie that no-one but PF could challenge and if he did nobody would know who to believe.

I think she may be lying about this particular statement, but I believe many others. And I believe PF is guilty of murder.

I think he did say it...only because I think he wanted to brag that he did what she (Kk) couldn't do..and that keep her in line out of fear.

KK now tells a major lie to cover her own butt, to obtain the plea deal.
This evil women was performing these horrific, unbelievable tasks to benefit herself, thinking she will be in a relationship with PF.
Now trying to sugar coat 'why she owned up'.

She didn't own up, though. They hunted her down and had her by the toe nails. She made the deal with them to get a lighter sentence and then told all, which matches up with evidence found.

They had her, though, in terms of her cell phone, her bringing Kelsey's cell phone back with her, even having it ping while she was on her way back to Idaho. Among other things.

She did not come to LE on her own. We must all remember this. Her tears are selfish tears.

She probably is reacting to Baby K's photo hard because I am sure if any of her family and friends are upstanding people, then they would be after her like no other, asking her how a mother herself could live with herself, cleaning up and throwing away the baby's stuff, because the mother's blood was all over it. How she could allow her boyfriend to kill his girlfriend with the baby in the condo with him, and her cover for him. How she could help burn her body. IF she was a member of my family, you can bet she wouldn't get an ounce of sympathy for me, and I'd be changing the locks on all of my doors and wouldn't allow her back into my life or my family's life.

This woman is also a narc. Don't be fooled by those so called emotional outbursts. She's only crying because she was caught, and because she was caught, Patrick was caught. She had no choice but to turn on him. No choice. This woman attempted three times to kill Kelsey. When Patrick finally did it, she didn't hesitate to come and do the clean up and help burn Kelsey's body and other things like trash from the condo with blood on it.

Then she went home and went to Vegas and partied like she had not a care in the world.

Krystal did not do anything honorable here. She did not feel for the Berreth family. She did not do the right thing- had she done the right thing, either Kelsey would be alive today, or Patrick would have been arrested the day after Thanksgiving. That's doing the right thing.

She couldn't live with herself- oh BS. Had they both not been caught, she'd be driving back and forth to Colorado for her cowboy.

As a general matter a witness can be recalled by a defense lawyer as long as he did not release the witness at the end of the original questioning and informs the court that he wants that witness to remain available to be recalled.

It was KK that announced at trial that she now wants to be referred to as KL. There was also an announcement made today by KOAA5 (and Sam K) that they will continue to refer to her as KK in their news stories for consistent reporting of the entire case history.

KK is her maiden name and why this divorced woman suddenly wants to be called by her ex-husband's name is probably rebranding or personal.

No matter -- she's still a killer's helper. MOO

It's kinda funny really, we're all anxious to see her testify (or at least hear what she testifies to) but, the evidence thus far is so utterly overwhelming, it's almost unnecessary!

See above. I think it was self serving and she would only say it if she absolutely needed it as proof of her story.

After following many trials I have observed that juries don’t always follow or agree with the sentiments of the majority of Websleuth members. Just recently the Dan Markel case had a boatload of evidence and seemed like a ‘slamdunk’ with surveillance videos, cell phone tower information, wiretapped recorded calls between the main players by the FBI, bank records and more. Yet three rogue jurors could not connect the dots and still felt there wasn’t enough.

The problem with the perceived little lies is that the jury is usually instructed that they can reject all or part of it.


Most members on here are pro-prosecution and have faith in the strength of the evidence but I find it interesting to read the posts of those with opposing views because it may capture the mindset of some jurors and just because some don’t believe the star witness does not equate with not wanting justice for Kelsey.

I have served on a jury and can state that, for the jury I served on, this is absolutely true. However, I still find those posts maddening because they are SO illogical, LOL.

Respectfully, ... and all my own opinion.

KK was a mandated reporter, RN. This is standard yearly training for all medical personnel. We are taught to continue to make repeated reporting for Child Abuse. She knew she could call anonymously to the child abuse hotline and anonymously to LE. She knew DCPS had to investigate. She knew PF had photos of burns. She knew what needed to be documented to prove a claim.

If not for mandated reporting training and speaking with her lawyer friends, I might just might buy this story.

She wanted KB completely out of the picture, never to be see or heard from again. She was jealous, revengeful and vindictive. She wanted to eliminated any competition. KK was competitive, we know from her rodeo days.

PF was a good father to his child, his friends bragged about it. He took her everywhere, had the love she craved.

She killed her unborn child to please PF and she helped kill KB.

But it plays for a nice story to the jury and provides a good alibi to improve her integrity to the jury.

I'm an RN too. I have never had mandatory education related to being a mandatory reporter that stated one should repeatedly call.

Next let’s hope she:

1. Loses her nursing license.
2. Loses custody of her kids.

Her reputation is totally shot. How shameful, what she testified to. Every detail is disgusting. She’s monstrous.

She likely won't lose her license officially until she is sentenced. It's still showing unencumbered on Nursys.

The two young men also testified that they helped #PatrickFrazee dispose of a metal trough that prosecutors say Frazee used to burn #KelseyBerreth's body. Frazee never told them anything other than wood and deer or elk antlers were burned in the fire.

WHOA. Yeah, this is getting a little silly. Whoever said that PF should be embarrassed by the amount of evidence he left is absolutely correct.

In that video, the reporter recounts testimony that PF asked one of the ranch hands to cover up the burn area, so there wouldn’t be any sign of a fire having been there.

The issue was that the dirt it was covered with was a different color from the area around it.

Yeah, I guess that's what happens when you ask teenagers to coverup your cleanup. Seriously.
