I’m so disturbed I can’t sleep. There’s got to be significance to the tooth constantly coming up.

I think of us hearing that and pray for all of us to rest. Can’t imagine how CB has slept the last year. My God. This is bad.
Totally agree.
I wonder if it will be worse for CB when it's all over? I feel so bad for her.

Well the tweets said it was intense. I’m sure she squirmed.

Next let’s hope she:

1. Loses her nursing license.
2. Loses custody of her kids.

Her reputation is totally shot. How shameful, what she testified to. Every detail is disgusting. She’s monstrous.
Maybe

Maybe she can get a clerical job in the medical field...not front office. Maybe a driver who picks up blood/specimen samples for testing.

Hoping some can update what Sam says tonight - I’m just too tired

Lee testified that Kaylee, the toddler daughter of #PatrickFrazee and #KelseyBerreth, was in a back storage room of Berreth's Woodland Park townhome, in a toddler's walker, when Berreth was beaten to death on Thanksgiving Day last year.

I assumed bedroom since it’s a small two bedroom condo. I know I read somewhere that the downstairs bedroom was a play room/storage but I can’t find it right now.
I think the little room with the wooden desk is the main floor back bedroom/storage/office/extra/back room etc etc

Don’t you think they knew all of this ahead of time. Probably right after KK told the FBI. They wouldn’t spring it on the Berreth’s at this late hour? Just a thought.
It doesn't make it any easier to hear it in court, from the person who cleaned up their daughter's blood, threw away her Bible, her baby's things, etc and helped burn her. For all the world to hear and see after the reporters post it on Twitter and their stories after court.

Hearing it come from Krystal's mouth, that Patrick, their daughter's boyfriend, told her that their daughter/sister said "Please stop", her last words and plea to him, had to be just devastating.

Mr. Berreth broke down today when seeing the photo of his granddaughter holding her little arms up, as Krystal described the things that she threw away and helped burn of Baby K's, because there was blood on them. Obviously, if this man heard it before, it still doesn't take away that anguish and hell he's going through, hearing his daughter's last moments out of the words of a disgusting sidekick of the murderer.

How does a parent or sibling prepare for such emotions? Just because they may have heard it before, doesn't mean they won't have any emotional reaction hearing it again.

Sam notes..... I missed the beginning, but hopefully this helps...

Sam showed google maps to show. where PF's house was and where the fire was. KK said that in that area was the black tote. She pointed out where the trough was. PF started the fire.

Sam talking about the man in the courtroom who was doing sketches. The judge was clearly not happy and told the deputies to rip out the pages of drawings. There were many. There were drawings of witnesses. The judge would not tolerate that. The main point being that the judge isn't messing around with the decorum order. Jury was out for this.

In the video, KK shows police where the pallets were. A gas can that was faded. She said Patrick got tin roof pieces, he put those on the fire. SF came out to look at the fire. KK told police that the whole black tote went into the fire, she didn't see it again. PF used gasoline to accelerate it. A single match to light it.

KK said that everything she was wearing underneath the white jumpsuit/hazmat - gray sweater, hair net, shoes, etc, she burned all of that on her property in Idaho. The white horse toy, building blocks, KB's bible or a religious book. Plastic cookie cutters. The spray bottle and rags.

Sam Notes..

KK confirmed plea deal was reached before she talked to police

Sam says that PF told the boys who cleaned up about placing the remnants left from the burning in the river..

Sam Notes...

Frazee Ranch photos... KK showed where trough was and where PF pulled up his truck to drop the tote into that trough. (Am I spelling that right?)

That's where the identical black totes were and the gas can.

KK didn't see anything specific inside the fire as far as items. She saw the tote as a "burning heap" in quotes. She didn't see anything distinctive. She saw the tote starting to melt before she left.

KK texting from KB's phone upon PF's request. PF told her that the fire burned way into morning. He said it was really hard? He had the young ranch hands help. More on that later.

PF said he used KB for "what she was worth" - feeding animals, moving hay, running errands. KK couldn't kill KB because she thought KB was good for those things?? (Need to go back and listen after the live)

PF knew KK could clean because KK has cleaned his house before. (Why does that not surprise me)

I agree.

I remember seeing the interview with Jeffrey Dahmer's parents and the heartbreak in their faces.

I believe, like what's his name, the Colorado movie killer's mom, they felt he was off-the-wall mentally ill.

I'd want my child locked up if that was the case and maybe we'll learn that's what Patrick's mother wants.

Time's about to tell.
LBM

I don't think that's what PF's mother wants at all.

She had years to have him committed if he's mentally ill.
But no.

Some psychopaths or sociopaths can be intelligent and show no signs of mental illness until it's too late for their victims.
Although intelligence is obviously not a factor in PF's decision- making.
Good that he had ma to help him.

She was going somewhere with him the day PF and SF were both arrested and SF was detained.
A good probability they were planning to conceal baby K from the Berreths'.

No, SF does not want to see PF in prison and has been supportive of him.
When on the stand it's also predictable that she won't 'remember' anything or pleads the fifth.
Anything to protect PF and keep him from facing life in prison or any prison time at all , would be the most likely.
SF will do and say whatever it takes.

But you are certainly right, time will tell.

I don't believe so. KK testified she learned she was pregnant by PF March 2016.

PF and KB's daughter born Oct 2017.
But Kelsey was pregnant the year before, I thought, and she miscarried?

Read more about the cross-examination of Krystal Lee by the defense team in the #KelseyBerreth murder trial:
ZLf061ee

Why Krystal Lee didn’t call law enforcement, waited to tell the truth about Kelsey Berreth

5:15 PM - 7 Nov 2019

During redirect examination with Viehman, Lee conceded she was afraid of Frazee, and explained why she didn’t tell her family, friends or police about what had happened.

“I didn’t want anybody else involved,” Lee said. “… I knew that I was in a lot of trouble and I didn’t want anybody else in trouble too.”

She told MS, "in confidence" because no one else knew (i.e., it was not public at that point).

But Kelsey was pregnant the year before, I thought, and she miscarried?

Her mother testified that she miscarried around Thanksgiving 2016, so unless she was close to full term (which would actually be a stillbirth and not miscarriage), it's unlikely they were pregnant at the same time.

Sam notes...

Defense ran through questions very quickly. He started with her plea deal. Evidence tampering lowest level charge in Colorado. She didn't plead guilty for cleaning up blood. She didn't plead guilty to sending texts from KB's phone.

Defense ran through questions fast. Didn't even really wait for answers. Seemed to try to be putting pressure on her. KK was emotional. Went through the three solicitation attempts. Defense kept asking her if she knew what the sentences would be for all those charges. She kept saying no. He is hitting on the fact that her plea deal is considerably favorable to her given her role in this. She hasn't been in jail. Hasn't been ordered to stay in Colorado.

He pointed out she first talked to police on December 20. She claimed she wanted KB's family to know what happened, she never stepped forward until December 20.
