i guess you would have to believe pf to think the burns were a result of action of KB, right? why would you believe pf? serious and respectful question.

I don't believe PF, for sure and some of what KK is stating.

KK implied she helped PF because the "system" was not protecting the baby from reported abuse. She wanted the system to work.

The system can and does work, but may not always be just a simple phone call. Many times abuse complaints are investigated and no abuse "found". Folks are good at cover up, failed workers, etc.

All mandated reporting professions are legally obligated by polices, procedures and the law of our lands to always take any unresolved complaint to the next level.

She chose to do nothing more than talk or complaint about the situation. She had a legal and moral obligation bound by the law.

She broke the law. Hope the jury finds this out.

@MyBelle, Do you have a considered alternative theory as to where KB might have been if she weren't in the trough? Why are you not convinced about the trough?

I think KB was disposed by KK in Idaho. She claims she told PF she couldn't do it because of expired tags but even if she was stopped for expired tags, LE wouldn't search the car.

I don't believe PF would take the body home to burn in front of his mother because his brother is in LE and the risk was too great. Plus, his mother seems to get along with bro just fine.

How do you know LE wouldn't search her car if pulled over? It would have STUNK! How do you know that MA F got along with his brother just fine?

That would be like a 3 day old body at that point. Likely it would stink.

And an out of state license plate in CO - in which she was crossing state boarders. With expired tags.

You know how much MORE likely that is to get searched?

We have this thing called recreational marijuana, that those states don't have.

And that’s not even remotely the biggest issue with that.

KK is lying. Those boys are lying. The physical evidence is wrong. There is an innocent explanation for PF trying to conceal that location, and hiding the contents. He bought that gas for no reason. And SF intended to plead the Fifth at the preliminary for no reason.

And that’s just off the top of my head. Other than that it’s a great theory, and totally based on some semblance of evidence.

@MyBelle, did you have a chance to get caught up on the testimony in court from KK? How are you seeing it would be possible for KK to take the tote where the KB body was allegedly located back to Idaho?

Is what you are suggesting that KK drove through the night to CO, cleaned up the KB condo, watched the fire burn at the Franch with PF, but then put the tote + body in her vehicle and drove back to Idaho?

What do you think was burning at the Franch?

Very curious why its possible to put this all on KK and not PF?
