The defense kept hammering KK on the charges she would get if she didn't make the plea deal. I wish the the prosecution (or KK) would have made the point that if she lied on the stand, the state could bring those charges against her.

I wonder how many witnesses the defense will have.....zero? Who can they call?
maybe Donkey Lovin Guy, Father figure RS,
other Farriers ?, MamaF, rodeo pals?

So much to read this morning. I'm here catching up. Caught the bug going around in the court room yesterday so fell asleep early.
A great big thank you to everybody posting all the updates from Sam and others. Thanks again @GoJacks. @PommyMommy, thank you for all you do and I hope you're feeling better today. There's so many doing a great job here, I won't try to call you by name, but you're so greatly appreciated!

Maybe she’s using the divorced last name to piss off her ex-husband. Better than pissing off her own siblings and parents.

A couple of days ago, I kept wondering why at the bottom of reports they would state "goes by Krystal Kenney now" I've been searching and now I can't find a dinged danged one! If I find one I'll post it!

Most divorced single moms of school-age children choose to keep their married last name. For the simple reason that it’s the last name the children have. A lot simpler to navigate life when they have the same last name as their kids.

You go get this evil monster.

I was surprised that he had the presence of mind to do the burn in a trough that had 75% of the bottom rusted out. A rusted out bottom is EXACTLY what he would want.

That means that after the fire cooled down after HOURS after it was out, he could shovell out the contained ashes and debris into that ONE silver colored can that the boys say that he himself took care of ( did not dispose of when they were around.) After it all cooled down and he shovelled out the "remnants" he could take off the outer rim and all of the ashes would fall into one contained area... which he could then move around and take out more surface of the ground, and then the boys then moved around and covered with inches of more dirt and then disposed of it all.

Again, 2+2, easy peasy for the jurors to get the significance of that, especially with the disposal of it afterwards.

Yeah. We knew he had the fire at the ranch and burned the tote and whatever remaining evidence in the tote but until these past few days testimony I wasn't totally sure he would be stupid enough to try to burn the whole body there at his own farm.

Ive mentioned before that Ive had a lot of experience burning old trees and branches that are very large and it always surprises me how difficult it is to get them all down to ash. I keep having to turn over the large trunks with a long handled fork rake as it literally takes hours and hours
and even the next day when I will turn over and mix the ash pile, its still hot inside. I had one huge barnfire where I had hot ash for about 2 or 3 days before it was totally out.

So the use of the metal trough sounded difficult to me because of the walls of the trough would impede air flow from the side and I am not sure how he got a clean burn in that trough. At a minimum, he would have to stir it frequently. Ive never added oil or other fluids so that trick may have helped him a lot. I may try that on my next barn fire to see how much hotter the fire gets.

The first evidence I heard where Im finally convinced the idiots did try to burn her body there at the ranch was a couple days ago when KK said it took so long that she tried to take a nap in her vehicle. That right there sounded truthful and told me they did indeed try to burn her body there.

We dont really know for sure how much remnats were left. Im guessing he had enough remnants left where he felt he had to take them away from the property. Sadly, I am not sure how much of the remnants would be recoverable.

Its all so horrific.

I think KB was disposed by KK in Idaho. She claims she told PF she couldn't do it because of expired tags but even if she was stopped for expired tags, LE wouldn't search the car.

I don't believe PF would take the body home to burn in front of his mother because his brother is in LE and the risk was too great. Plus, his mother seems to get along with bro just fine.

Trial testimony begins here:

CO - CO - Kelsey Berreth, 29, Woodland Park, Media, Maps and Timelines *NO DISCUSSION*

Some highlights:

Patrick Frazee murder trial: Opening statements
At a later date, Kenney would bring investigators back to that exact spot, which had been covered in dirt, and when uncovered, would show scorch marks and a possible human tooth fragment, Viehman said.

NOV 1, 2019
Frazee murder trial opens with focus on defendant's mistress
Defending Kenney, Viehman said much of the evidence in the case, including the area of his Florissant ranch where authorities say Frazee burned Berreth’s remains, wouldn’t have been found without her assistance. When investigators dug into the burn scar, they found evidence of accelerants and a possible human tooth, Viehman said.

Krystal Lee also described in the video the items she took from #PatrickFrazee's house & burned in the fire, which included stuffed animals -- a large white horse among them -- as well as what she said may have been a Bible & children's building blocks. #KelseyBerreth @csgazette

Sam Kraemer on Twitter
She also points out different but identical black totes on the Frazee Ranch, as well as a gas can she thinks he used for the fire. The identical tote & gas can were entered as evidence and physically brought into court. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney

The two young men also testified that they helped #PatrickFrazee dispose of a metal trough that prosecutors say Frazee used to burn #KelseyBerreth's body. Frazee never told them anything other than wood and deer or elk antlers were burned in the fire. @csgazette

UPDATE: Two young men, at least one of them a teenager, testify at the #PatrickFrazee trial that they unwittingly helped cover up a burn area at Frazee's ranch, where prosecutors say #KelseyBerreth's body was burned. @csgazette

See how KK's testimony is corroborated by physical evidence and testimony from other witnesses? Cool, huh? And, that's just after Day 5.:cool::cool:

#JUSTICEFORKELSEY!

A non sarcastic thought, maybe he is thinking of killing him self . Jmo

Not a Chance. Regrettably.

In the extremely unlikely event that I'm wrong, though, question for the group:

Do they allow prisoners to have baseball bats in their cells?

Asking for a friend.

I was just thinking the same thing. I want to go to trial but get intimidated . I’ll be home for Monday or Tuesday

Oh, no, mlc, please don't feel intimidated, the judge's threats and intimidation of the gallery, notwithstanding.

As long as you don't bring your colored pencils or phone into the courtroom with you, there's literally nothing Judge Sells can do to you.

He ain't God.

Maybe Ma' will be their witness.

"My son's a good boy, he only brought a hooker home once''
... "And when he camped out in the barn, he slept with the sheep to keep 'em warm."

Wow with the day's review from Sam. A lot covered. Like many here, I'm perplexed at the rapidity of her time on the stand and was hoping for a come to Jesus moment between her and the prosecution for all of us to relish. The coverup by the teens though. What a despicable piece PF is. Defies description.
On a side note does anyone have a link to the thread for the horrifically tortured little boy Adrian Jones? I can't seem to find it and his case jumped back out at me (Horrific images of tortured Kansas boy Adrian Jones | Daily Mail Online)

Nevermind...I finally found it.
