Wow with the day's review from Sam. A lot covered. Like many here, I'm perplexed at the rapidity of her time on the stand and was hoping for a come to Jesus moment between her and the prosecution for all of us to relish. The coverup by the teens though. What a despicable piece PF is. Defies description.
On a side note does anyone have a link to the thread for the horrifically tortured little boy Adrian Jones? I can't seem to find it and his case jumped back out at me (Horrific images of tortured Kansas boy Adrian Jones | Daily Mail Online)

Trying to think through what the defense is planning on doing to try to prove their opening statement that KK murdered KB, but not in her condo.

Serious question--what do you guys think? Will they just hold their theory until they close? Are they even allowed to do that if there is no evidence to back up the theory?

That would be so brilliant...with the upcoming V-Day holiday, the jurors would have 3 full days to stew over her non-testifying testimony before the trail* resumes.

Also, strategically, the one who questions Ma F. needs to be Dan May.
No softy "woman to woman" questioning with that one.
It really needs to be Dan.
Cut and dried, no nonsense, "Just the facts, Ma'am."
Or pleading the 5th.
Whichever.
PF will be torched by either one.

Frazee trial: Kenney testifies, details murder cleanup

"...Hoyland then showed Kenney’s phone connecting to various towers between Idaho around 6:30 p.m. Nov. 23 all the way down through Salt Lake City and Grand Junction and into Florissant by 6:30 a.m. Nov. 24. He also showed connections showing her phone leaving the area around 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 24 and arriving back in Idaho around 10:30 a.m. Nov. 25. ...

KK left Teller County around 7:30PM. SamK video for day 4 says the same thing. The Florissant tower provides coverage at least 12 miles west of Florissant along Hwy24, past Lake George, before handoff to another tower in Park County, IMO. The FBI expert knows KK was leaving heading west because her phone pinged some tower, eg. she was already gone well west of Florissant by 7:30PM IMO.

On Nov 24, PF's phone was way down pinging west of and on Cripple Creek tower at 5:21PM (call with KK), 5:51PM RTT ping, and at 6:19PM PF's phone was still over 2 miles south of the Florissant tower. PF could not possibly have arrived at the ranchette until 6:30PM, where he sent and received calls until 7:23PM.

KK says she took a nap at the ranchette, PF brought her pizza slices, she saw SF1 come out on the porch, the bonfire was raging, PF kept adding materials and accelerants - but the FBI says she was already leaving the area by 7:30PM per the tower records.

What bonfire? How long, what hours, was this bonfire? KK does not appear to have been at the ranchette on the evening of Nov 24 per the FBI expert.

I was of the understanding that KK's phone left Florissant around 7:30 pm on the 24th, not Teller County. So, even if PF didn't arrive at the Franchette until close to 6:30, that still gives them an hour to get the bonfire started, have their little pizza party and KK's power nap. Can you point me in the direction of a report that provides the cellphone log details of both phones in one neat little package? TIA

We really don’t have a clear picture of the dynamic there, so nothing excludes that.

She apparently yelled at him about the fire, kicked Kelsey out of the house, and called her names.

Doesn’t sound like a pushover to me.

Morning all - I really hope that they get SF on the stand soon. After reading your post a thought just came to me. How did KB hear that SF said those things about her? Did that come from PF or directly from SF? Because PF made up a lot of lies about KB. He told those lies to friends, and I assume family. Perhaps he made all of that up because he wanted to keep his family away from KB and keep KB away from his mother because his mother knew he was involved with KK at the same time. His true self and lies would be exposed if KB got too close to his family. His family could probably tell her endless stories of bad things PF had done and PF probably didn't want her to hear it. PF might have manufactured all of these lies to keep his two worlds from colliding. And where did that $700 come from that he was paying for child support each month. I would like to see his finances. Just a thought . . . JMOO.

I'm holding out hope for Ma F to DO THE RIGHT THING and just tell the same facts that Brother SF2 told, and admit she saw the dang fire. I know odds are so strongly not in favor of it happening.... but if she does, it will be the football equivalent of the Immaculate Reception...

As Sam said last night and in other media, folks today will be outta town folks iirc. I'm saying save Ma for the end, or heck.... don't even put her on the stand at ALL. Just keep her out of the courtroom, and if the defense calls her, she will be a hostile witness and be torn apart.

My bet (since legal in Cripple Creek, not here) is that she is NEVER called by prosecution, or will be the last. They.are.on.a.roll.... so why upset the momentum with his mom.

I'm confused over the confusion?

His trip not at the Franch was explained that he was gone an hour to get pizza, which perfectly aligns.

Can someone explain what I'm possibly missing here?
