CC.I wonder how many witnesses the defense will have.....zero? Who can they call?
CC.I wonder how many witnesses the defense will have.....zero? Who can they call?
Just guessing
So she can get play-by-play updates at every break from whoever she has on the inside (maybe PF Sister?). She is probably making sure she knows what is being said so that when its her turn, she knows where she has to use her "i dont remember" or plead the 5th excuses.
I am preparing myself that we may not get a whole lot of information from her when its her turn.
That's precisely my point... She couldn't possibly have left for Idaho directly from the condo, as SandySQL's timeline suggests. I'm just looking for a detailed report of her phone pings on the 24th.KK testified she was at the fire.
Death Certificate??????? Wonder what that's about.Thanks. That answers a few questions. Based on the timing of their interview with law enforcement, I agree, this information almost certainly came from KK.
The truth is Hatch, they don't even really need her. They've already nailed his coffin shut. She's kinda just the "icing on the cake." More for us, than the prosecutionJust guessing

Trial testimony begins here:
CO - CO - Kelsey Berreth, 29, Woodland Park, Media, Maps and Timelines *NO DISCUSSION*

Patrick Frazee murder trial: Opening statements
At a later date, Kenney would bring investigators back to that exact spot, which had been covered in dirt, and when uncovered, would show scorch marks and a possible human tooth fragment, Viehman said.

Frazee murder trial opens with focus on defendant's mistress
Defending Kenney, Viehman said much of the evidence in the case, including the area of his Florissant ranch where authorities say Frazee burned Berreth’s remains, wouldn’t have been found without her assistance. When investigators dug into the burn scar, they found evidence of accelerants and a possible human tooth, Viehman said.

Krystal Lee also described in the video the items she took from #PatrickFrazee's house & burned in the fire, which included stuffed animals -- a large white horse among them -- as well as what she said may have been a Bible & children's building blocks. #KelseyBerreth @csgazette

She also points out different but identical black totes on the Frazee Ranch, as well as a gas can she thinks he used for the fire. The identical tote & gas can were entered as evidence and physically brought into court. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney

The two young men also testified that they helped #PatrickFrazee dispose of a metal trough that prosecutors say Frazee used to burn #KelseyBerreth's body. Frazee never told them anything other than wood and deer or elk antlers were burned in the fire. @csgazette

UPDATE: Two young men, at least one of them a teenager, testify at the #PatrickFrazee trial that they unwittingly helped cover up a burn area at Frazee's ranch, where prosecutors say #KelseyBerreth's body was burned. @csgazette

See how KK's testimony is corroborated by physical evidence and testimony from other witnesses? Cool, huh? And, that's just after Day 5.
#JUSTICEFORKELSEY!
THIS PROSECUTION ROCKS!
She's under estimating PF's level of moronicity.HA!
That would be like a 3 day old body at that point. Likely it would stink.
And an out of state license plate in CO - in which she was crossing state boarders. With expired tags.
You know how much MORE likely that is to get searched?
We have this thing called recreational marijuana, that those states don't have.
That's precisely my point... She couldn't possibly have left for Idaho directly from the condo, as SandySQL's timeline suggests. I'm just looking for a detailed report of her phone pings on the 24th.
OMG, I don't have time to find the links but the details are all in the media thread. There's a great article that lays it all out - I think it was day 2 - the Cellebrite Forensics Expert. I'd look if I had time, Factoria. Sorry! MOOMy confusion is where was KK at 6:30 pm on Nov 24... SandySQL indicates that she was still at KB's condo, and that she left to head home to Idaho by 7:30... that she was never at the Franchette on the evening of the 24th when the fire took place.

Day 6 of the Trial.
Roll Call!
Who's Here For Kelsey?
I wonder how many witnesses the defense will have.....zero? Who can they call?
IANAM. (I Am Not A Mathematician), but by my calculations, here's what that formula looks like:
DA May has also shown that it is of vital interest to make sure the custody case goes the way of the Berreths. Putting Ma on the stand could help cement releasing all ties to the Crazy Frazee family once and for all.I'm thinking, thinking, thinking.
Again, strategically, I think that it would be best that the prosecution not even call her at all.
The momentum for this trial is tremendous. We/media talk about the bombshells every single day. In a positive way. If his mom testifies, I would assume the focus would be on her, and not what is helping to prove the state case.
I was vacillating as to having her as the last witness, or leave her for the defense (if not, lol, a void that screams out)
I still am putting my bets on..... leave her by the wayside. Let the defense call her and then treat her like a dismissive witness for the defense when she pleads the fifth or testifies against allllllllllllllllll the other evidence that has been presented.
My confusion is where was KK at 6:30 pm on Nov 24... SandySQL indicates that she was still at KB's condo, and that she left to head home to Idaho by 7:30... that she was never at the Franchette on the evening of the 24th when the fire took place.
"He had a sharp wit". Compared to what a potato?Earlier account of how PF seemed to target women vulnerable to him as far back as 2010 (when he was about 20-21).
Patrick Frazee, suspect in Kelsey Berreth's disappearance, called 'monster' by ex-girlfriend
March 8, 2019
"He is a monster."
Vanessa Curie is talking about her ex-boyfriend, Patrick Frazee — the man at the center of a homicide investigation that has gripped the country.
[...]
"He had no empathy for life," Curie said about Frazee, in an exclusive interview with NBC's "Dateline."
[...]
Curie said she and Frazee started dating in 2010.
"I was attracted to his sharp wit and he had a very explorative mind. He contemplated everything. And he was excellent at reading people," Curie told "Dateline" correspondent Andrea Canning.
But, four months into their relationship, Curie said Frazee started playing mind games on her.
“He began not calling me for days, and then calling me in the middle of the night telling me he had visions of me in a wedding dress. And we'd talk and argue for hours. And we'd end up winding right back into each other.”
[...]
The emotional abuse, as she described it, went on for a year. She said Frazee would put her on a pedestal, then tear her down. But, she said, she continued to be drawn to him.
As their relationship continued, Curie said she observed Frazee, a rancher and popular farrier, hit his dogs.
Curie and Frazee’s on-again, off-again relationship ended in 2014, when Curie said she came across the definition of a psychopath online.
“He fit the bill to a T. And that's when I left him.”
[...]
Kenney allegedly told investigators she helped Frazee clean up the bloody crime scene at Berreth's home and admitted to getting rid of her cellphone in an effort to disrupt the investigation, leaving many to wonder why she helped Frazee.
Curie believes she knows. She thinks Kenney was under his spell, just the way she had once been.
“He's a very, very complicated individual. And he's very, very smart. And, like I said, he can read people really well. And he knew how to press people's buttons.”
Thank you again! We appreciate everything you do. I actually cried a bit this morning when I saw all the hard work you all do to get information out to us regular Joe's and josephine's who are emotionally invested in this case.Trial testimony begins here:
