He still won't let her.
She is told to drive back to KB's and send a text.
(We see a pattern of women doing his grunt work).

The women in his life certainly are tasked with driving like truckdrivers. KB drove a really long way to work so she could live fairly close to baby daddy. KK drove untold trips back and forth idaho to colorado. KK drove here there and everywhere during the thanksgiving weekend. Gad, he's like a modern day Manson with his hold over the women in his life.

My confusion is where was KK at 6:30 pm on Nov 24... SandySQL indicates that she was still at KB's condo, and that she left to head home to Idaho by 7:30... that she was never at the Franchette on the evening of the 24th when the fire took place.

Really? The evidence does not support that KK trolled around the condo until 7:30pm and headed to Idaho!

KK did her cleaning, stopped at Sonic for lunch, and headed to the Franchette to deliver food to PF and child. PF and KK traveled to Nash to collect the tote and back to the Franch.

PF directed KK to return to the condo to send a text to CB (KB's mom) and that's probably where the 7:30pm at the condo is coming from, but KK returned to the Franch.

I also believe that KK saw the ranch hands and they corroborated KK was at the Franch. KK also drove PF to the Conoco (minutes from his residence) to get his truck that evening. I suggest viewing the Arrest Application /Affidavit for reference.

Yeah, IMO, PF told CC enough KB stories with a sufficient amount of good ol' boy euphemisms with maybe a piece o' hay hanging from his mouth and frequent Aw Shux that he believed KB was a total loser of a mom. Women weren't the only people being manipulated by PF, apparently.

She didn't own up, though. They hunted her down and had her by the toe nails. She made the deal with them to get a lighter sentence and then told all, which matches up with evidence found.

They had her, though, in terms of her cell phone, her bringing Kelsey's cell phone back with her, even having it ping while she was on her way back to Idaho. Among other things.

She did not come to LE on her own. We must all remember this. Her tears are selfish tears.

She probably is reacting to Baby K's photo hard because I am sure if any of her family and friends are upstanding people, then they would be after her like no other, asking her how a mother herself could live with herself, cleaning up and throwing away the baby's stuff, because the mother's blood was all over it. How she could allow her boyfriend to kill his girlfriend with the baby in the condo with him, and her cover for him. How she could help burn her body. IF she was a member of my family, you can bet she wouldn't get an ounce of sympathy for me, and I'd be changing the locks on all of my doors and wouldn't allow her back into my life or my family's life.

This woman is also a narc. Don't be fooled by those so called emotional outbursts. She's only crying because she was caught, and because she was caught, Patrick was caught. She had no choice but to turn on him. No choice. This woman attempted three times to kill Kelsey. When Patrick finally did it, she didn't hesitate to come and do the clean up and help burn Kelsey's body and other things like trash from the condo with blood on it.

Then she went home and went to Vegas and partied like she had not a care in the world.

Krystal did not do anything honorable here. She did not feel for the Berreth family. She did not do the right thing- had she done the right thing, either Kelsey would be alive today, or Patrick would have been arrested the day after Thanksgiving. That's doing the right thing.

Yes, I got thrown for a loop by some misinformation and started to panic. I've since found supporting documentation for her whereabouts. Thankfully, the Jury will have a lot more accurate, detailed information at their fingertips when they deliberate.

The fact that we believe KK'S account of events surrounding the murder does not mean that we have to believe her professed noble intentions in swabbing up KB's lifeblood and her destruction of evidence re: KB's murder at multiple crime scenes.

We can believe her factual account while at the same time dismissing her attempts to mitigate/minimize her culpability in the eyes of the public.
The two are not mutually exclusive.

Apparently, this cannot be stated enough, so I'll restate it:

KK IS NOT A VICTIM IN THIS TRAGEDY.

NOT EVEN REMOTELY.

That horse ain't gonna whinny in this here barn.

Is the defense setting up to highlight some one lie with the jury to discredit KK's whole testimony? Is that why they'd barely question her? I'm beginning to think that the defense plans to present their entire case (which they don't have) in their closing argument, in the hope that a mistress with motive will override FULL EVIDENCE of their client's FULL CULPABILITY.

I wondered about the switch. Do you think that perhaps she did not ask to have her maiden name restored in the divorce but used it socially? If that’s the case, she may have been required to use her legal name of Lee in the courts.

The legal name (her restored maiden name) used in the court filings is State of Colorado vs Krystal Jean Kenney.

The sudden request to be called "Lee" is personal, and not for legal reasons. Also, despite her request, KOAA5 announced they will continue to refer to her as KK for the benefit of consistent reporting of KK (in her legal name) since the story broke. MOO

ITA - I admit, I did feel sympathy for her at the beginning of the trial but then it occurred to me - she could have called LE and they could have set up a sting - of course, they did not know the exact day of the planned murder - I'm not sure PF did either - because the better opportunity IMO was the cattle middle of the night activity - since it did not seem to bother him that the baby was in the next room - he could have knocked her out while in the field - much easier. The sting could have been bugging her phone and recording PF's telling her how to kill her those 3 times - surely that's enough for premeditated attempted murder, right? Most of us may never get over this being 100% preventable and we don't even know KB - I cannot imagine her family at this point. JMO

I think KB was disposed by KK in Idaho. She claims she told PF she couldn't do it because of expired tags but even if she was stopped for expired tags, LE wouldn't search the car.

I don't believe PF would take the body home to burn in front of his mother because his brother is in LE and the risk was too great. Plus, his mother seems to get along with bro just fine.
