I've got two pairs of socks on tonight, does that mean I'm in line for parent of the year award?
only if you have a jumpsuit on too.

So that makes the lady who says he beat her horse with a rasp, way back in the day, is an outlier? IMO

Not at all. There were apparently other people who witnessed PF’s abuse of horses.

The judge denied the prosecution’s attempt to have them called as witnesses (during the pre-trial hearing).

Clint has donkeys if I recall, and maybe he doesn’t have as much of an issue with them as he does with horses.

Then again, PF was kicked in the head by a horse, so I get the animosity.

Interesting theory and timeline.
She worked all day then drove all night the night before and started cleaning as soon as she arrived the next morning. And she had quite a busy day. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn after putting some distance b/w herself and the Franch KK pulled over for a nap.

No. But he didn't have to bash Kelsey, and put out the BS PF was.
Once again, didn’t bash her. Relayed information that had been relayed to him and didn’t know at the time (Dec 2018, nearly a year ago) that it was BS. This was within days of the arrest - prior to a preliminary hearing, prior to the arrest warrant affidavit being public. He had seen zero evidence just like most of the general public. And the accused has a presumption of innocence until proven guilty.

Yes, CC for instance considers PF a good father because he dressed his daughter.

With a bar that low, he’s practically a saint for feeding her.
er....maybe he didn't.

Disagree. He answered reporter questions with answers based on what PF had told him. And he said that he would withhold judgment until evidence was presented. Nothing wrong with that IMO. He is very much on the periphery of the case and shouldn’t be disparaged, IMO. Besides, his interview was in the early days. I’m sure he would have something different to say now, and probably will.
Not sure he has changed his tune, just yet. Apparently he is still onboard with his friend, attending the trial in support of him.

Possibly a lot of Red Bull and coffee. And then there’s adrenaline.

There are some people who don't need much sleep. I'm worthless without the full 8 hours and I'd be dropping in my tracks to do all of that (never mind what "all of that" actually was!).

Kelsey bought the flowers (a poinsetta) and champagne. MOO
Right, I remember—thanks. I meant the atmosphere there was a loving one—to her—especially if the plan was for PF to come over. I mean you can but flowers and champagne for yourself only, but I get the impression she felt they still had a thing going on. Who knows...! Oh poinsetia...well ok guess that’s not romantic lol

Or maybe attending because he wants to see what the evidence actually is. Which is basically what he said he wanted to do back in Dec.

He also might be on the witness list.

What is your source for the info about him attending the trial?

The CBI has polygraph experts on staff. We learned this in the Watts case, which also occurred in Colorado.

So Colorado absolutely has polygraph machines. I don’t know where you’re getting this from.

I am sorry. I am not familiar with that case, but I looked it up. You are correct, CBI Agent Tammy Lee does administer polygraph tests. The agent's report on Watts test was 34 pages long. If She did one on KK, it is in the evidence file. On KK it ought to be a whopper. I'm sorry. Poor choice of words on my part. It ought to be a big report IMO

I said lie detectors aren't very common in Colorado. Are you saying they should have gotten online out on Thursday Monday December 17, 2018 when she agreed to confess and purchased a lie detector, so it would arrive in time to be ready when the lady arrived in Colorado Springs with her legal escort on Thursday? Just asking.
I
Gotten online? To buy one on Amazon? I find it hard to believe that lie detectors are very rare in CO to the point where major CBI regional offices do not have them and agents trained to use them. Moreover, I imagine it is often made as part of the deal to pass a lie detector not so it can be presented in court but so officials have a greater confidence they are not wasting their time in a complex, important and expensive case. Oh, I bet her Adrendal gland was in overdrive. The old fight or flight syndrome.

Living that natural high our bodies provide in stressful situation.

Well Watts was a triple murderer, and he confessed following the polygraph. So that’s why it was so long.

KK’s would be substantially shorter, in part, because she didn’t kill anyone.

They would only need to ask her around 10 questions (Sam made reference to a letter from the DA regarding KK’s deal and it’s conditions, he listed 7 different things that had to be truthful).

I mean you can buy flowers and champagne for yourself only, but I get the impression she felt they still had a thing going on and that stuff was there because of that. If it was just a child exchange then no. Who knows...!

I think Kelsey was really trying in spite of everything. PF's kinda mean to her (a/t her chums' tales over the past year), she's tired from all the driving, this "engagement" isn't really going well, her future MIL hates her, where's the handsome romantic cowboy who wooed her so effectively? JUST THAT DAY, she'd texted and asked if he wanted X to eat for Thanksgiving. Kelsey's bought sparkling something for assumably them to share...

I'm still so confused on what Kelsey thought was going to happen for the meal that day? Was this a rare invite from Ol' Ma to come to dinner? Was this a fake invite passed on from Patrick, him knowing full well what was going to happen and he wouldn't have to make good on it? Where did Kelsey think she was going to be partaking in turkey (or whatever) that day? With only a side dish, she was certainly thinking SOMETHING was happening.

Oh, Kelsey, I'm just so sorry.

I think he expected KK to drive up in her truck and he would just throw the tote inside, leaving her no choice.

The borrowed car put a kink in that.

Excellent observation, I would have never in a million years thought of such. That is why I like this place so much as so many ideas and brain power.

I don't think I ever even knew she owned a truck, or just flew past that info when in a document. Perhaps that came into knowledge when the discussion came about of her moving a friend? I'm trying to recall... but I cannot. Thanks!
