Mybelle, I’m genuinely curious to hear what your theory is. I believe yesterday you said you thought that KK killed KB and transported the body back to Idaho. Is that still your main theory? What is PFs involvement in your eyes?

None of the evidence shown so far in trial has shaken your belief even a little bit, so I’d like to hear why, if you don’t mind?

I’m totally with you on KK not being an innocent saint, obviously. But they also have quite a bit of evidence to back up her story. They aren’t just blindly accepting her words here

If KK made three previous attempts on Kelseys life, finally following through, and then cleaned up the crime scene before dumping her body somewhere, then how is it possible for LE have made such a huge mistake in not realizing this and how is it that he is the one who has been sitting in jail and is on trial for her murder?
What other role could he have played in all this?

Once she had his child, she seemed to be "seeing better" and was beginning to step away.

I'm TOTALLY guessing here and it might be very far fetched. Ok, here goes.
At one time I had thought pf might be a bit slow and an off-the-wall talker in general. You know...the type who is always annoyed with this and annoyed with that. So maybe Mr Moore would chide him, but not take his outbursts very seriously being PF's norm.
I wonder if the smart ladies, and they both were very smart, saw pf as innocent because he was a bit slow.

I don't think he's slow as in low IQ. He's a country bumkin rodeo guy (ick), so certainly not sophisticated or polished but he's arrogant and gotten away with publicly witnessed abusive behavior for years and nobody stood up to him. ASPD may look "dumb" to those without personality disorders but it's that they are REALLY are different from other humans. It's that thinking they can get away with anything and never be held accountable that appears stupid but it's way beyond that.

That's a great explanation.
It's hard for people to understand how anyone can possibly be manipulated and not recognize the red flags with someone like PF unless they have known or been in a relationship with someone like that themselves.

Thanks to her deal, she was given an incentive to tell the truth. Lie, and her deal goes bye bye. This is absurdity.

Everything she has said, has been corroborated by evidence, to include witnesses accounts, surveillance footage, cell phone evidence, physical evidence, and PF’s idiotic words and actions.

Problem is there is so often at least one juror who will think this way. That's all it takes. They may hear so much of her involvement it's not such a big stretch to say she was the actual murderer. Every time we get a horrific murder being discussed here you can guarantee there will be at least one devil's advocate. They basically want the killer to get away with it.
Wouldn't it be ironic if he were found not guilty because of this perverse thinking ? Then he and she both walk...

I got into this case late but have been reading different articles and trying to catch up. It seems PF started messing up immediately and there is no way he can fix his mess. IMO they didn't even need the half truths KK has had to offer, there was enough evidence without her help. But now, since she made that stellar deal there's the possibility she won't even do a single day of time. That's just wrong and she should pay for abetting Kelsey's murder.

Thank you for that. This deal makes me sick. I, for one, am not impressed with these prosecutors. Good police work is where the credit lies. Any half way decent prosecutors could try this case exactly the same way. That they jumped too quickly and gave away too much to get KKs story is shameful. The defense is right about all of the possible charges she could have faced and that was a lot to squeeze her with and they blew it.

With how strong the case is, and based in part on the questions the jury asked of KK (they were focused on the things that mattered), I think they’ll end up nailing his ass to the wall.

When even Patrick's longtime friend and father figure basically says he's guilty to the jury, I'm not worried at all.
