Can you imagine what the PD office has looked like the past year?

“Look PF, the DA has an insurmountable amount of evidence against you. This doesn’t look good. It is my professional opinion based on my years of experience that we try to work out a plea agreement.”

PF: [blank stare]
I think it’s quite possible that a plea isn’t even an option? I don’t think the DA offered one IMO and won’t

I'm still wondering why he didn't try a farming "accident"

Like you know, the night before when she was out to all hours of the night helping his stupid @#$
I know, sadly, that actually could've "worked", and he'd have had plausible deniability of it being anything but a tragic accident. My thought has been that this was his original plan; they were out in the field till 4 in the morning with isolation and the cover of night on his side, but something (?) changed his mind... JMO, of course

Moore said Patrick told him he had people watching Kelsey and taking pictures because he wanted full custody of the baby. Said Patrick claimed he had a photo of Kelsey at liquor store, with the baby left in a running car outside. Moore said Patrick never showed him the photo

After Kelsey went missing, Moore says he was with Patrick several times. He testified that they would discuss her missing but said Patrick never mentioned hoping Kelsey would return. Said Patrick was surprised at the amount of publicity around her disappearance

So he told JM this, he told KK that Kelsey was abusing the child, wonder what he told mommy?

I find it extremely hard to believe he didn’t confide in her at all, since he had no problem telling everyone else he was close with.

<jaw hits floor>
Bombshell after bombshell!!! Can you believe this??

I’m really surprised. I was expecting overwhelming evidence after what we heard at the preliminary, but I never expected this.

Then again, “this is PF we’re talking about here.”

Dude was an evidence manufacturing factory.

Stick a fork in him.

With all the hatred/ evidence, surely this Creep, will medically fall apart, with no further appearances.
What happens then?
Does the trial continue?????
HELP, as worried.
MOO.

My thoughts EXACTLY. What the $&##@ is wrong with people?!
Imagine their further distress knowing ANOTHER person knew PF spoke of killing Kelsey and didn't report it.

Yeah. I do think he lured her out there to do the deed, but something spooked him,and he couldn't do it then.

^^S/BBM

Based on the timestamp, I think this paragraph is in error.

I believe it should read KK picked up the borrowed car from Conoco (with trash bags), and drove it to the Franch -- NOT Nash Ranch.

KK testified that she collected the black VW (left PF's vehicle at Conoco) and returned to the Franch where she added the trash bags from KB's condo to the burn pile.
Oh, most definitely. Good catch, Seattle. MOO

Ha, Aubrey Trail (sydney loofe murder) stopped going to court after all the evidence started piling against him. (Mind you he also tried to slit his own throat during court at one point).

Trial just went right along without him.

He thought he was so clever too. No body, no case.

Whoops.

When do you think it’s gonna hit him that he’s done? Today should do it

Cuz he's SEVERAL bricks shy of a load? ;) (being extremely polite)
I love that saying! Reminds me of my late dad who was a stonemason. He used it frequently :)

I hope that once PF is in jail snug as a bug that Dan The man has a big document dump

Well, we have it now.:):):)
How many more surprises will be revealed.
Comeon, the remaining 60 or so, witnesses: what else will we find.
MOO.

Maybe he did! LE will tell you they can’t do anything until a crime is committed. All they could do at that point was talk to PF and he would have said he was mad and didn’t mean it. I don’t want to judge that man. I’m so glad he testified today. Yes I think he was decent.

Yes, it's great that he told the truth. I wonder if he came forward as soon as he Kelsey was missing. I don't think so given what we know. He still should have gone to Kelsey and warned her. He mentioned this kind of talk from PF more than once.

Hi guys. I haven't been posting, just trying to lurk and keep up.

However....regarding PF's surprise that KB's disappearance was noticed and garnered national attention.

On August 24, 2018, a woman named Terri Ackerman disappeared from her home in Lochbuie, Colorado, about two hours northeast of Florissant. I believe there may be a WS thread on her.

Her disappearance didn't make national news or even state news. She disappeared without a trace and I believe she left behind her purse and phone. She was living with her family. AFAIK, still not a word about her - no massive manhunts, nothing. She is not the kind of woman who is sadly likely to fall through the cracks - someone involved in prostitution and/or drugs or an otherwise risky lifestyle. She was a wife and mother and grandmother in her 50's living in a decent neighborhood.

If PF was aware of her disappearance, he may very well have thought that KB's disappearance would also generate little to no excitement, just as Terri Ackerman's did.

UPDATED STORY: Compelling testimony from longtime friend of #PatrickFrazee wraps up the second week of the murder trial. The friend said he had multiple strange conversations with Frazee before and after #KelseyBerreth disappeared.
5:42 PM - 8 Nov 2019

Prosecutors attempt to corroborate witness in Patrick Frazee trial
[...]

... But at the end of Friday’s testimony it remained unclear whether the tooth belonged to the 29-year-old instructor pilot.

[...]

The wide net of the investigation also entangled a longtime friend of Frazee, Joseph Moore, who said he knew Frazee since he was a boy and considered him like a stepson.

But Moore testified that Frazee in April 2018 made a comment that he had “figured out a way” to kill Berreth. Moore reacted in shock, he said, but Frazee didn’t take the comment back.

“He said, ‘No body, no crime’” Moore testified.

Six days after Thanksgiving but before Berreth was reported missing, Moore had a conversation with Frazee during which Frazee worried about having Kelsey Berreth’s blood on his clothes. Frazee said the blood was from a nosebleed Berreth had.

[...]

Moore is only the second person close to Frazee who has been called to testify thus far and became emotional while describing their relationship.

“You don’t want to picture someone you’ve known so long and have trusted,” Moore said, tears in his eyes. “You don’t want to think they could have done something like this.”
