oh my goodness, thank you for the much needed comic relief - I had to share your words on the phone with my sister just now. Brilliant.

I am just so glad this is turning out to be such a slam dunk. The thought of this sick monster getting away with any of this was too much to contemplate. My hat is off yet again to the prosecution and LE who worked so hard to put this all together to fry this jerk. I pity the defense attorneys. I can only hope PF decides to take the stand out of sheer desperation.

That will be the cherry on top.
I feel his attorneys would not permit this, claiming a medical problem.
MOO.

This is just stunning. Every.single.day. I keep thinking the State's case can't possibly get any better, and then it does! MOO
I almost feel bad for the defense attorneys. They don't even have the satanic cult in the white van to fall back on. MOO

KK brought a metal bat from her place in Idaho to Colorado and took it back home with her when she didn't use it.

KK's metal bat not in the fire pit -- only PF's wooden bat.

JM is one of the people PF gave permission to take care of baby if something were to happen to him. (the note they found in his house). pg 27

I Patrick Frazee on Dec 12, 2018 give my permission to SF, RS, JM, WC, SF2 to care for and obtain medical care in the case of my absence for my daughter KJF.

This just made me realize, was baby's last name Frazee?

Also changed names to initials, for obvious reasons.
We did debate this quite a lot - In some states the baby must take the Mother’s last name until the birth certificate (my state) since we don’t have the baby’s birth certificate we don’t know but it’s not surprising that he would name her that regardless if that’s her legal name or not IMO

Maybe he did! LE will tell you they can’t do anything until a crime is committed. All they could do at that point was talk to PF and he would have said he was mad and didn’t mean it. I don’t want to judge that man. I’m so glad he testified today. Yes I think he was decent.
But PF wasn't the one who needed to be warned.... Kelsey was! :(

I know, sadly, that actually could've "worked", and he'd have had plausible deniability of it being anything but a tragic accident. My thought has been that this was his original plan; they were out in the field till 4 in the morning with isolation and the cover of night on his side, but something (?) changed his mind... JMO, of course
He is not very bright, nor socialized. The fact that he was surprised at all of the national attention when she went missing speaks volumes.

I can't believe his defense didn't tell him to just plead guilty.
Yes, some day his daughter will read this testimony, about how he wanted to kill her mommy, did kill her mommy and made her listen to it all probably affecting her forever. My Dad described some innocuous things to my grandma that he could only have noticed by himself as a 1.5 year old.

<jaw hits floor>
Bombshell after bombshell!!! Can you believe this??

Actually no I cant fn believe this. This is by far one of the most strongest prosecution cases I have ever seen.

I think it’s quite possible that a plea isn’t even an option? I don’t think the DA offered one IMO and won’t
I think the DA will offer a deal in exchange for where to find KB's remains.

I have not been following the case closely...but my first guess is she could have lied to police or CBI when first questioned about potential fires on her ranch?

nothing will happen to mom f. Nothing happened to the Anthony’s and Cindy frequently lied.

Prosecution is now using #24 wood screws in that coffin. MOO

They do make baby walkers. My 9 month Grandson tools around in one.
Yes, a walker has wheels whereas a jumperoo is stationary.

Was it ever mentioned whether or not that back bedroom door was even closed?
I hate to think it was open and the baby could have made her way into the living room.

Imo

I doubt he reads or watches the news...

I love that saying! Reminds me of my late dad who was a stonemason. He used it frequently :)

Small world! My dad was one too, and that's exactly where I picked it up from :D

"a few bricks shy of a load" lol

Yeah he was ill after KK's testimony...what's next after the incoming mortars he took today?

With all the hatred/ evidence, surely this Creep, will medically fall apart, with no further appearances.
What happens then?
Does the trial continue?????
HELP, as worried.
MOO.

Remember the Seinfeld episode where Jerry suggests that George use the Vegas showmanship trick of leaving the room after a comedic high note?

The prosecution team should all just pick up their files and back out of the courtroom.

Frazeeing complete.

I think DA May made a very conscious decision about his strategy against PF:

SHOW. NO. MERCY.

When he heard KK's account of what PF did, and what she found, and then looked at the "voluminous evidence" in this case, he determined that he was going to land as many blows as he could possibly muster against PF.

PF bludgeoned KB unmercifully physically.

Dan May is bludgeoning PF legally just as hard, if not harder, than PF bludgeoned KB.

He can't leave PF in a literal bloody heap on the floor when all is said and done (due to CO's crappy stance r/t the dp), but he's going to leave PF in a figurative bloody heap on that courtroom floor.

When this trial is over we may learn that the DA wasn't even willing to negotiate a plea deal with PF, based on the strength of the evidence and the strength of his conviction that PF has to pay the max penalties he can levy against him.

I think DA May decided that he would meet PF's savagery with righteous fury.

He is extracting his pound of flesh on KB's behalf.

Dan May is an absolute Superstar.

He's KB's Champion.

He's a Brilliant Strategist.

He. Is. Awesome.

JMO.

I’m really surprised. I was expecting overwhelming evidence after what we heard at the preliminary, but I never expected this.

Then again, “this is PF we’re talking about here.”

Dude was an evidence manufacturing factory.
It’s quite unbelievable isn’t it? And seriously I think KK really tied everything up for the prosecution confirming that this is the strongest case altogether they could put on for full convictions and I can’t wait to see if other charges come after this trial!

Moore also testified that Patrick made comments about meeting with a former "mob hit-man" before, thought he was joking and didn’t believe him (we don’t hear any more about this in court).

Moore said Patrick also made comments about killing Kelsey, or having people watch Kelsey. Moore testified that Patrick told him “I figured out a way to kill her” and “no body, no crime, right?” Moore said he was uncomfortable with the comments but didn’t think they were serious

Thank goodness, PF decided his method would be better than any hit man, because perhaps the murder would not be revealed.
Now PF can bask in his plan, in Court: a star.

Yes, unfortunately her last name is Frazee. Hopefully, that will be changed after the trial.
Oh, wow, I thought all along her last name was Berreth.
