I think the DA will offer a deal in exchange for where to find KB's remains.

JMO

I don't think there are any remains to find.. so PF deserves NO DEAL. moo! He can just rot.

  • #162
I'm sure he didn't think PF would actually do it but he should have warned Kelsey. Anyone tells me they're going to kill someone, I'm contacting that person!
And police,and FBI.

A few threads ago a nurse I think told us about a chemical used in hospitals to obliterate blood. Could that be how the townhouse and the truck gave up confusing results? A nurse would know how to get her hands on such a substance.....

MOO

Yes, it's great that he told the truth. I wonder if he came forward as soon as he Kelsey was missing. I don't think so given what we know. He still should have gone to Kelsey and warned her. He mentioned this kind of talk from PF more than once.
You are right. Now that I have read more of what he said. I don’t understand people. It’s like there is a fear of getting involved. Maybe he never went to LE at all. The more I think about it, maybe LE went to all of PFs “friends” and asked them if he had ever made any statements. If only one had gone to Kelsey. Maybe they didn’t even know where she lived. It’s all so sad. PF told so many lies to so many people!

Well, we have it now.:):):)
How many more surprises will be revealed.
Comeon, the remaining 60 or so, witnesses: what else will we find.
MOO.
Knowing his penchant for writing things out - perhaps he wrote out a thanksgiving day murder plan and post murder actions ? JMO

A decent friend?! Integrity?!

Patrick talked about this to him in April, 2018 and the decent friend didn't tell anyone?

He knew Patrick's brother was a cop. could he have mentioned this to him?
EXACTLY!
How many people is this now? WTH?
Yeah. I do think he lured her out there to do the deed, but something spooked him,and he couldn't do it then.
Yes totally agree...I think he didn't follow through then because she had talked to her mom.

Moore also testified that Patrick made comments about meeting with a former "mob hit-man" before, thought he was joking and didn’t believe him (we don’t hear any more about this in court).

Moore said Patrick also made comments about killing Kelsey, or having people watch Kelsey. Moore testified that Patrick told him “I figured out a way to kill her” and “no body, no crime, right?” Moore said he was uncomfortable with the comments but didn’t think they were serious

I just want to point out that LE CAN do something when alerted to something like this. They do a sting with a cop posing as a hired killer AND Kelsey could have been warned to leave town.

Awful upon awful :(

I just got a mental picture of Patrick standing in line for the evening slop tonight at the jail.

The inmate wielding the ladle says with a stifled giggle, "Dude, did you actually say that? Furreal?!"

Hi guys. I haven't been posting, just trying to lurk and keep up.

However....regarding PF's surprise that KB's disappearance was noticed and garnered national attention.

On August 24, 2018, a woman named Terri Ackerman disappeared from her home in Lochbuie, Colorado, about two hours northeast of Florissant. I believe there may be a WS thread on her.

Her disappearance didn't make national news or even state news. She disappeared without a trace and I believe she left behind her purse and phone. She was living with her family. AFAIK, still not a word about her - no massive manhunts, nothing. She is not the kind of woman who is sadly likely to fall through the cracks - someone involved in prostitution and/or drugs or an otherwise risky lifestyle. She was a wife and mother and grandmother in her 50's living in a decent neighborhood.

If PF was aware of her disappearance, he may very well have thought that KB's disappearance would also generate little to no excitement, just as Terri Ackerman's did.
Great observation perhaps he was following along - maybe he even checked into Websleuths ??? Or someone close to him perhaps? Nothing will surprise me now / and I will go have a look at her thread and see if I can help - thank you for bringing this up !

Just heard that the jury is already asking for all of the videos to watch while deliberating.
They're going to need some popcorn as well.

I know, sadly, that actually could've "worked", and he'd have had plausible deniability of it being anything but a tragic accident. My thought has been that this was his original plan; they were out in the field till 4 in the morning with isolation and the cover of night on his side, but something (?) changed his mind... JMO, of course

Shoot, saying a cow tipped over on her in that pasture would have worked more in his favor than this.

I'm still wondering why he didn't try a farming "accident"

Like you know, the night before when she was out to all hours of the night helping his stupid @#$
I thought he was going to try to shoot her in the head out there and leave her...but she talked to her mom on the phone and messed that plan up. That's what I was thinking anyway...

RS has not yet testified?

What's the deal - they both saw PF like a son?

Right? How many father figure, role models does this guy have?

  • #176
Haaaaa. Idiot.

Moore recalled an April 2018 conversation about #KelseyBerreth:
"I figured out a way to kill her," #PatrickFrazee said.

"And I went don't even talk about **** like that," Moore replied.
"He went, 'No body, no crime.'"
"I said 'Patrick, get that out of your head.'"

This^^^ saves KK's credibility. It makes everything she said more believable. This killer is a total imbecile with a big mouth.

He thought he was so clever too. No body, no case.

Whoops.

When do you think it’s gonna hit him that he’s done? Today should do it
But he and his defense attorney have known this for a while so he's had time for it to sink in.

Maybe he just likes coming to court for fresh air and better lunches?

"I get to walk through my very own tent. I'm like a Rodeo King! And Ma brought me these new shirts to wear!"

Oh yeah. For anyone saying, “I don’t think PF would have spoken to KK in that kind of detail,” look no further than this witness.

He kept his mouth shut after law enforcement honed in on him, but the damage was done well in advance of that.
