With all the hatred/ evidence, surely this Creep, will medically fall apart, with no further appearances.
What happens then?
Does the trial continue?????
HELP, as worried.
MOO.
Nah!! PF thinks his team has it in the bag :p Now, as for Steigerwald and Porter, they're just waiting for this nightmare to be over :D

Yes, it's great that he told the truth. I wonder if he came forward as soon as he Kelsey was missing. I don't think so given what we know. He still should have gone to Kelsey and warned her. He mentioned this kind of talk from PF more than once.

Patrick's murderous words would have flooded into Moore's mind the minute word was out that Kelsey was missing, long before LE had the goods on KK.

He's no hero in this cowboy movie, not by a long shot. (Pardon the pun once again.)

I'm sure he didn't think PF would actually do it but he should have warned Kelsey. Anyone tells me they're going to kill someone, I'm contacting that person!
I'm TOTALLY guessing here and it might be very far fetched. Ok, here goes.
At one time I had thought pf might be a bit slow and an off-the-wall talker in general. You know...the type who is always annoyed with this and annoyed with that. So maybe Mr Moore would chide him, but not take his outbursts very seriously being PF's norm.
I wonder if the smart ladies, and they both were very smart, saw pf as innocent because he was a bit slow.
Excuse me if it's far fetched and off-the-wall, but I knew someone kinda like that.

As PF and his attorneys had all this info from Discovery etc, you would think, anyone with sense would seek a Plea.
Hope we hear, the Prosecution, were against this.
They want the max for this monster.

But stupid wouldn't plead Guilty, as wants to take his chances.
Now all up to this Jury.
Hope we're all celebrating at the end.:):):)
MOO.

I got into this case late but have been reading different articles and trying to catch up. It seems PF started messing up immediately and there is no way he can fix his mess. IMO they didn't even need the half truths KK has had to offer, there was enough evidence without her help. But now, since she made that stellar deal there's the possibility she won't even do a single day of time. That's just wrong and she should pay for abetting Kelsey's murder.

Oh yeah. For anyone saying, “I don’t think PF would have spoken to KK in that kind of detail,” look no further than this witness.

He kept his mouth shut after law enforcement honed in on him, but the damage was done well in advance of that.

bbm I was just thinking the exact same thing. He told (bragged to) her exactly where he disposed of KB too I'm certain. (moo)

Yeah he was ill after KK's testimony...what's next after the incoming mortars he took today?
He may need to be hospitalized ! I’ve often wondered how accused murderers who appear weak (he does to me) handle this level of stress? JMO

On Dec 20 2018 #PatrickFrazee is talking to the friend saying he doesn’t understand why there so much media coverage on #KelseyBerreth going missing. He said “people go missing all the time.” @KKTV11News

What PF-er says here is perfect example of psychopathy. Completely lacks conscience. Believes killing the mother of his child is just as insignificant as cursing at his dogs.
PF can’t take a plea because he cannot see or feel he did anything wrong or anything worse than killing a roach.

I'm still perplexed and maybe I'm just a bit slow on the uptake. It happens.

What does she need to plead the 5th TO?? She's can't incriminate HERSELF by admitting she saw the fire, found the metal pipe at the gate OR testifying when PF came home for TG dinner and when KK was there. That doesn't incriminate her. What is it that she has to hide??

If this has been answered before, forgive me, just give me a quick answer so I can understand what it is she did that is criminal. Did she KNOW KB was being burned? Did she know he was going to kill her? Did she encourage it?

TIA
It was noted earlier somehow (pretrial/ that SF would plead the 5th...well to what? DId she know he was going to kill KB? Did she know KB was dead and being burned in her front yard? Had she ever heard of or discussed killing KB?

We just don't know because no one asked her...because they said she would just plead the 5th on everything.

Now we know at lot of everything so how about just ask her. Make her answer or...plead the 5th in front of that jury,...which would look very bad.

UPDATED STORY: Compelling testimony from longtime friend of #PatrickFrazee wraps up the second week of the murder trial. The friend said he had multiple strange conversations with Frazee before and after #KelseyBerreth disappeared.
5:42 PM - 8 Nov 2019

Prosecutors attempt to corroborate witness in Patrick Frazee trial
[...]

... But at the end of Friday’s testimony it remained unclear whether the tooth belonged to the 29-year-old instructor pilot.

[...]

The wide net of the investigation also entangled a longtime friend of Frazee, Joseph Moore, who said he knew Frazee since he was a boy and considered him like a stepson.

But Moore testified that Frazee in April 2018 made a comment that he had “figured out a way” to kill Berreth. Moore reacted in shock, he said, but Frazee didn’t take the comment back.

“He said, ‘No body, no crime’” Moore testified.

Six days after Thanksgiving but before Berreth was reported missing, Moore had a conversation with Frazee during which Frazee worried about having Kelsey Berreth’s blood on his clothes. Frazee said the blood was from a nosebleed Berreth had.

[...]

Moore is only the second person close to Frazee who has been called to testify thus far and became emotional while describing their relationship.

“You don’t want to picture someone you’ve known so long and have trusted,” Moore said, tears in his eyes. “You don’t want to think they could have done something like this.”

[...]

I so wish Sam would be speaking to us about today's testimony.

We're spoiled knowing how many details he shared that we'll miss altogether.

Bummer.

After yesterday’s delay due to his “illness” I think his stomach ulcer is acting up again

I just want to point out that LE CAN do something when alerted to something like this. They do a sting with a cop posing as a hired killer AND Kelsey could have been warned to leave town.

Awful upon awful :(

Just like the Dalia Dippolito case....

Dude is a human blooper highlight reel.

Someone needs to do a “Best of,” at the end of this.

“Top 10 PF Bloopers.”

Holy cow - never have I seen such a succinct way of describing him and what he may be thinking - well done IMO great to see you here

I can't believe his defense didn't tell him to just plead guilty.
They probably did ask him to, several times.

But narcissists don't take that kind of advice. He doesn't think it's that big of a deal. He assumes he will win the jury over with his total awesomeness.

Other than that, he’s totally normal. :p
