We heard some emotional testimony from a longtime friend of Frazee’s, Joseph Moore. Knew Frazee since he was in 4H with Moore's kids. Later hired Frazee as a farrier and kept & cared for many of their cattle together. Moore said they spent a lot of time together over the years

Notice too, that in that statement, he shows that he still doesn't care about her. No remorse.

I got into this case late but have been reading different articles and trying to catch up. It seems PF started messing up immediately and there is no way he can fix his mess. IMO they didn't even need the half truths KK has had to offer, there was enough evidence without her help. But now, since she made that stellar deal there's the possibility she won't even do a single day of time. That's just wrong and she should pay for abetting Kelsey's murder.

I’m glad to see you are trying to catch up / I will say this - we didn’t have what we have now without her testimony - others will have their own opinions but I truly believe this was a necessary evil to allow the DA to build what now seems to be a slam dunk case - I’ve followed many trials and cases that never get to that point - it sure looks easy now but It really wasn’t IMO- let me just end with two words - Casey Anthony - and that one had a body

But Moore shared some troubling conversations he had w/ Frazee. Moore said the first time he met Kelsey, she helped him and Frazee move cows. Said this was unfamiliar for her and she was a little freaked out and Patrick “berated her” and "cussed at her"

Moore said Patrick called him after his daughter Kaylee was born, claiming he didn’t even know Kelsey was pregnant until she asked Patrick to take her to the ER and she had a baby. Moore said he thought Kelsey was still working Grand Junction and that the two had split up

I agree completely. LE has shown multiple times they didn’t even have a murder scene without KK. I hate the princess deal but if it gets PF gone for life I’m ok with that.

Moore also testified that Patrick made comments about meeting with a former "mob hit-man" before, thought he was joking and didn’t believe him (we don’t hear any more about this in court).

well..omg...KK mentioned making drives to KBs because she thought PF was watching and would know if she didn't go there. wow maybe I have to believe her on that. And...maybe I have to believe that she really was at times afraid even far away..if PF also mentioned a hit man to her as well.
I want to think he's full of it...but he does have a way of getting people to believe what he says.
I do think she's full of it..but there could be a teensy bit of validity in the threat.

I've seen that personality on commercial vessels, they're called "screamers". And ALWAYS, a pathetic "little" man emerges over time, out of his league with thoughtful leaders and skippers who don't belittle their "crews". (re wives, partners, cow hands). Sadly these screamers often choose to do it in front of others to build themselves up. For awhile.
