I haven't read all the pages so forgive me if this has been posted already.

In this video, at 19:27, Sam Kraemer shows us on Google Maps where the burn spot area was pointed out to be in the courtroom.

Sam Kraemer TV

This drone footage was taken after the first time LE searched at the franch, as seen by the dirt dug up by the backhoe. It was posted the same day PF was arrested, and MOO it was taken before the second visit when LE took KK with them and they learned where the burn spot was.

At 3:15, there is a good view, though from a different angle than Sam Kraemer showed us, of that same spot. I have circled that area, which clearly contains an area of lighter colored soil. It may be the burn spot, after the hired hands "fixed" it, and before LE dug it up!

Very possible. But low IQ doesn’t always lend itself to cruelty and murder, as far as I know.

Also, re. KK....I’m not excusing her, and I’m not an expert, but I hear her and I look at her and I wonder whether she has undiagnosed learning difficulties.

It sure seems that she could have but what is confusing to me is that she was capable of graduating from nursing school and passing the state nursing boards?

Of note, his shoes were mentioned by his brother, and now mentioned again. I have a feeling that the discussion of the boots will come up again.

Iirc, two pairs of boots were taken in the search of his property. I think you may be right.

I think learning difficulties come in many different guises. But then, I’m sure there are also a number of other factors that could explain her profile. And his, of course. Fascinating, IMO, and horrific and frightening that it can exist in the general population.

1&2&3 said:
snipped by me....

However, CL has hung the noose around PF’s neck! For any minuses she felt or feared in the relationship, she is the one who tied his murder of KB into a nice perfect package.

CL’s testimony and the rest of the testimony given up to today, gives PF no hope for ever walking in fresh air again.

Okay... I thought I knew ALL the initials here - but "who" is CL??

TIA! :)

BBM was this the point at which his attorney ditched him...
not sure that the atty. actually ditched him as
he was an expensive atty. according to locals and
PF had little money going into a potential murder trial so it may be a matter of economics
that PF needed a new atty. I believe there was
some discussion that the first atty. might not be
qualified to defend him in a murder trial.
We discussed this move at length very early
in the threads.

Problem is there is so often at least one juror who will think this way. That's all it takes. They may hear so much of her involvement it's not such a big stretch to say she was the actual murderer. Every time we get a horrific murder being discussed here you can guarantee there will be at least one devil's advocate. They basically want the killer to get away with it.
Wouldn't it be ironic if he were found not guilty because of this perverse thinking ? Then he and she both walk...

BBM...

....guarantee there will be at least one devil's advocate

That dog won't hunt ..... as we say in the south

I'm aware of how valuable her information was and her testimony is. My point is that they had her on enough to scare the hell out of her and give her a deal with, potentially, more years than than three (as well as other possible punishment) and she still would have felt damn lucky.

My only disdain is for the poorly negotiated deal.

As you know, often the prosecutor has to make a deal with the devil in order to get the worst offender. It has always been that way and will continue to be that way long into the future.

I’m wondering now when he said he figured out a way to kill her, if he wasn’t talking about manipulating his dumb girlfriend to do it and letting her take the fall.
Great minds! I’m behind and just posted something similar before I saw your post!

After this weeks’ revelations I’m slowly changing my position on KK’s plea deal. I was worried it would become another ‘deal with the devil’ ie Karla Homolka but it’s apparent that KK actually led LE to most of the evidence they have and also her story has been corroborated by the evidence. I still wish they’d offered her 10 years with the plea deal though, up to 3 just seems a bit easy but it’s clear she is helping nail PF so I can see why the offer was made.
Her testimony on top of the ones we’ve heard so far really have PF bang to rights, hopefully there will be little doubt left in the jurors minds. It’s clear this was premeditated after learning PF’s claims of ‘no body no murder’ back in April 2018, and we haven’t even dug halfway through the witnesses yet. I hope he has a very uncomfortable weekend anticipating what will be coming next week. After the tooth bombshell he’s probably quaking in his cowardly boots. Moo

Sorry guys about the repetitive post about the boots. I made the post and my power went out. I got back in the covers and slept a couple more hours. The first post I saw when I got back on was @MassGuy with the same thing. Oops too late to delete.
But I'm really glad to have my power back. It's 23 degrees here.
If anybody was ever full of the devil, PF is. But..he's going down! Yes?!!!

P
  • Patrick Frazee is also all of them. (Bonus points for stupid.)

I believe instead of “stupid”, you meant “moronicity”! :)

His brother said that when PF finally got to T'giving dinner, he had changed his boots on the porch and did chores outside 50% of the time he was there.

Moo and IIRC

Now we know why Baby K was immediately placed with the Berreths even though they live out of state and SF supposedly often took care of Baby K. Not that it was a big mystery, but many here debated about the possible reasons that CPS would give her to the Berreths before the first custody hearing even happened-- IIRC they arrested PF, detained SF and CPS workers took custody of the baby but she was given to CB right away. I had thought it was because of PF's outburst at the hospital when Baby was born but this explains why CPS didn't even entertain letting SF watch the baby until a court decided where to place her-- her home is not safe! I'm gobsmacked that these people were the primary childcare for Baby K while Kelsey was at work. After reading about the condition of the home I'm hoping we find out that the part about PF watching Baby K every time KB worked was another lie from PF & Co.:(

MOO.
The jail interview with the DHS employee his defense sought to exclude is hopefully next week, hoping she testifies!
