Let's hope this won't be so. Hoping for 100%.

After this weeks’ revelations I’m slowly changing my position on KK’s plea deal. I was worried it would become another ‘deal with the devil’ ie Karla Homolka but it’s apparent that KK actually led LE to most of the evidence they have and also her story has been corroborated by the evidence. I still wish they’d offered her 10 years with the plea deal though, up to 3 just seems a bit easy but it’s clear she is helping nail PF so I can see why the offer was made.
Her testimony on top of the ones we’ve heard so far really have PF bang to rights, hopefully there will be little doubt left in the jurors minds. It’s clear this was premeditated after learning PF’s claims of ‘no body no murder’ back in April 2018, and we haven’t even dug halfway through the witnesses yet. I hope he has a very uncomfortable weekend anticipating what will be coming next week. After the tooth bombshell he’s probably quaking in his cowardly boots. Moo
Thank you for that. This deal makes me sick. I, for one, am not impressed with these prosecutors. Good police work is where the credit lies. Any half way decent prosecutors could try this case exactly the same way. That they jumped too quickly and gave away too much to get KKs story is shameful. The defense is right about all of the possible charges she could have faced and that was a lot to squeeze her with and they blew it.
Probably CC MOOAt the very least, tell Kelsey so she could not only have a head's up about Patrick wanting to kill her.
Maybe this guy thought that he had talked him out of it. Perhaps PF didn't mention it again. He probably should have called LE, (and no, not the brother) and tell them Patrick is either mentally ill or a potential future murdered.
It just baffles me, though, how many people knew- some that didn't even know Kelsey, knew Patrick wanted to do this. How many does this make now? Krystal, Mr. Moore, Krystal's best friend, her best friend's bosses, both who are lawyers.....any more that I left out? Ugh.
Good catch.Wasn't there mention of PF taking his truck to a garage referred/ possibly owned by RS after the 24th? I'm wondering if a new bed liner was installed or a special cleaning.
If all the people who knew called police, the FBI She would be here. They are all lowly cowards. It just makes me so sick, sad, and SMH.Well, it's no place for that precious baby, that's for sure. I know she has plenty of toys now though, and all the love in the world. I just wish she had her mama.MOO
During voir dire we craft questions to rule out those very types of people. Your job as a juror is to look at both sides and apply ONLY the evidence presented to the law you are given and render a verdict. Can you do that? Is there anyone who thinks they just could not put aside their personal feelings and decide the case based on just the facts? Is there anyone who, despite maybe disagreeing with the state of the law, cannot uphold it in this case? Etc etc.
Of course there’s always the chance you have a deceptive person who lies under oath just to get on the jury and railroad it. But I’m certainly confident Dan May is a voir dire expert.
As a prosecutor, I wholeheartedly disagree with your take on these DAs. You clearly don’t know the work that goes into trial.
Well said !!!
Thank you, for serving to seek justice, speak for those that can no longer and protecting us one vile criminal at a time.
You're one of the reasons I sleep better at night.
HO..
I crashed out early last night and have been catching up reading. @MassGuy I'm laughing soooo hard over your spoiler button and the things people were adding to it. Thank you all for starting my day off making me literally lol! We have some of the best people on this thread.![]()
Yup. I get it that her info is sealing pf's fate, but I am feeling like some people are starting to see her as if she is somehow able to redeem herself somewhat, through this 'generous act' and I find that repugnant . She's a totally disgusting, jealous, murderous beaoch.
Or as punishment for just doing what curious babies do,or maybe she touched the stove in the middle of the Franch. That sounds way more likely.I wouldn't be surprised to learn that he intentionally burned her to be able to blame KB.
I don't know about the rest of the day's witnesses but the jurors did have questions for one of the dog handlers. MOOI was so behind, I read through the posts too fast.
Did the jury have questions today? Sam's at a wedding so I couldn't go to him as usual.
Any blood experts on here? Can't they now tell what kind of blood is present, ie if it's from a nose bleed, head wound, etc?Bet you're right!
He was spot on, I would add Cowards to that description.Well, I know her brother was enraged at the Idaho gang all knowing and saying nothing. He called them monsters. Now this.
