Just thinking about where we are in the timeline, which is the order the case is also being presented in.

The prosecution has covered up to the fire, both just before and just after.

If SF is going to testify, it’s gotta be very soon. If she doesn’t testify come Tuesday, then I don’t think it’s going to happen.

We’re still waiting on expert witnesses to discuss the blood and other physical evidence, and hopefully people to testify in regards to what was found on the Frazee devices.

A few more bombshells, the defense flopping around like a dying fish, and PF should should find himself a convicted murderer by Thanksgiving.

Would it be premature to celebrate now?

The nose bleed he's talking about is the one that happened when he dislodged the tooth. He is devoid of humanity. I hate knowing that he kept swinging, angrier and angrier at her. Her fault, in his deranged mind. And then to have the added gall to minimize in such horrifying fashion.

There's almost always a shard of truth in a pathological liar's lie.... it was a bloody nose, caused by him, with a baseball bat, and he didn't stop there. Monster. We can be glad though that his own words are coming back to damn him.

The defense, he didn't kill her, and also he didn't kill her in the townhouse. Psychopaths are masters of deceit, deflection and semantics... Again that truth embedded in the lie. It might be too horrible to consider.... that she was still alive when he put her in the tote....

Perhaps they need to test PF for human DNA to see if he has any.

MOO
I don't believe there ever was a bloody nose or he was telling a partial truth.
I think he was just fishing for information.

He wanted to know if his friend knew if LE could still find blood on a piece of clothing that had been washed.

Guessing candle scents strikes me as a prelude more than a postlude but another charming trait shared by socio/psychopaths: they're takers. I'm also guessing the idea of "game" came to him on the spot.... raises the question, did he bring the tote in when he first came in? Did he tell her he had something in it for her? He was setting up murder, she may have thought he was being mysterious, in a playful way.... it just makes what happened all the more insidious.

Surprising he didn't tell KK it was her fault that he was forced to kill Kelsey.
I'm sure he thinks it's her fault that he got caught.

Cannot agree more - and we still have what? 60? More witnesses ? Holy cripe how many people did he talk to? I’m believing that DA And company found every single person he ever whispered anything to regarding KB
I. can’t . Wait.

(But am glad court is closed Monday I need to catch up on my other cases)

I don't know how you guys follow all of these cases. Just keeping up with this one - and skipping the occasional 60 pages + videos over five minutes - this is the only site I've had time to read in a few days.

Ha! Yes.

I had very few concerns just prior to trial, and I have zero now. I had no idea the prosecution would have this much, and they aren’t done yet.

But it ain’t over til the jury says it is.

oviedo, I've never personally thanked you for the wonderful job you've done putting together Kelsey's media thread. Not just hers. I've followed others that you did. Jennifer Dulos' comes to mind. Thank you very much for your fantastic work.
Aww that’s very nice - it’s a joint effort by many of us - thank you

I have been celebrating every.single.day. in this trial. That JUSTICE for KB is done and we have steps each day to such.

Minor detail, but it's "Robert", not Richard.
The checkbook for the estate was seized in the search of the ranch house of December 14, 2018 under search warrant 18-112 while information about who was signed on the account was demanded from Ent FCU in search Warrant 18-113 dated December 19, 2018.

Hmm the estate checkbook ? The executor or personal representative should have that so is PF ? If he’s the oldest he could have been appointed - maybe he was stealing from the estate and that’s what they were fighting over ??? JMO

PF’s story about KB having a nosebleed and putting her head in his lap sure doesn’t ring true. I cannot imagine that he would allow her to do that. No way.

I can imagine him screaming at her for having a nosebleed.

But we all know the nosebleed likely didn’t happen.

But, that won't stop "someone" from believing it

I don't think he knew her well enough when he moved her out to Colorado. She was reserved, quiet, and kind and he likely thought she was vulnerable.
They were only together for a few months before she got pregnant.
That's not long enough to truly get to know someone.

Once he realized she was intelligent and becoming more independent he probably realized he could not control and manipulate her so easily.
I'm guessing that made him angry and resentful.
He was likely furious when her parents bought her the condo.

Maybe she was starting to stand up to him. They probably argued about how to raise the baby.
Maybe she didn't adore him as much as when they first met.
Or maybe he just lost interest in her soon after the baby was born.

Either way, I think he knew there was no way she was going to let him have custody. No way he could get around having to pay her child support.
So he decided the only option was to get rid of her.

I think that's the bottom line. Kelsey actually seemed to be very compliant. She was out there screwing around with cattle in the middle of the night and running to a pharmacy to get meds for his stomach issues. Then she's back up and shopping for Thanksgiving goodies for him. The truth is nobody could please PF, because of what he is, and that included KK. If someone was useful to whatever aims he had, he used them.

Knowing what we know now about the wax scenter that was found (again and again this is referred to a candle by media,) but MOO it's a wax melter with fragrance)... the story of guessing the smell on a candle... pffft. It's not like you have different candles to guess or it take a while for a melter to give a fragrance.

ETA. Sam just did a retweet.. Gophers won (who are they lol) He's been retweeting football today... Good for him... the boys at the wedding are doing the "watch the game" before the wedding lol

I’ve always wondered if he brought the tote in while she was still alive and told her it was Christmas decorations or something.

She didn't come back today, gitana, but I think everyone expects her back.
She was not released.
We ended on some good notes today!

Thanks for the reassurance on that appeal. I'd hate for the Berreths to have to make repeated high-anxiety trips to look at Patrick's ugly mug.

But was it true the other day what Stiller said that she had undergone cross, redirect and jury questions?

Yes. Sam detailed it in his Facebook Live. The jury asked 6 questions I believe. She still needs to stay close in case she’s needed again.

Yes, and that compliance will be compared to how KK also went out of her way to please him. The difference is that she did not have the morals that Kelsey had.

I''ve never put that together before, but good insight as to she told her mom about shopping for trees with the baby and PF. Hmmmmmm.
