The boundary of Pike National Forest is actually Boundary Avenue, on the east edge of KB's condo complex. She could be less than a city block out her door, and be lost in Pike National Forest, but it is 1,106,604 acres surrounding Woodland Park, stretching southward all the way down Ute Pass to Manitou Springs, and extending north and west to surround Florissant, Divide and Fairplay. If KB was lost, odds a very great that she would be lost in Pike National Forest.
Actually, if she was ordering a FreakyFast sandwich at Jimmy John's in Woodland Park, It could be said that she appeared to be lost within the Pike National Forest.
PF's statement is a non-specific possibility that he was expressing, and hardly indicates a confession to his friend IMO
No, but this sure as hell was:

"And he's like man, if I had known it was going to blow up this big, I never would have..."And he stopped. He did not finish that sentence.”

Coupled with this, before the murder:

Moore recalled an April 2018 conversation about #KelseyBerreth:
"I figured out a way to kill her," #PatrickFrazee said.

"And I went don't even talk about 🤬🤬🤬🤬 like that," Moore replied.
"He went, 'No body, no crime.'"
"I said 'Patrick, get that out of your head.'"

I think KB was somewhat religious and once there was a baby, she thought (and maybe her parents thought too?) that the child should have a mother and a father and that they could "work it out." IMO.

It's horrifying what women live through just to keep their children in what they think of as "unbroken" homes.....terrible verbal and physical abuse, men who won't work, outright poverty.

What stuns their loved ones is that these women knew what was coming, having been berated before marriage as Kelsey was.

It would be good to use this story as a lesson to the young girls in your care.

Perhaps that could be part of Kelsey's legacy.

Yeah, cause we all get lost on our way to EPSTIEN ourselves.

You left out the part about pf "telling JM Kelsey could go out to PIKE NATIONAL FORREST and commit suicide"

I'm sure he was just making another casual reference to her death. Again.

Here's another story about her bloody nose and the bar/pole:

“He was very curious and always asking questions because he point-blank said that he had Kelsey’s blood on his pants and he had Kelsey’s blood on his shirt and boot, and the bottom of his boot,” Moore said.

Moore said Frazee told him he had the blood on him because she had a bloody nose on one occasion, and had injured her nose on a pole while they were herding cattle on another.

Oh, that's yet another sterling character from PF's motley crew.

Initials of Mr. "Forget you ever saw us" are RS.

RS is the self-professed "Best friend" and "Father figure" to PF.

He's also the one who intimated to Agent Slater that KB disappeared herself voluntarily.

He's not been called to the stand.
Yet.
Something tells me DA May is letting both Ma F and RS sweat it out a bit, and by a bit, I mean, for as long as possible.

Have I mentioned how brilliant Dan May is recently?

They're both absolutely going to be called to that stand.

*ETA: @gitana1 , See pages 9, 10, & 11 of Attachment A for more on RS.

Thank you and all who clarified!

With all of the evidence he knew was coming, I still cannot figure out why he did not just plead guilty vs. having all of this come out.

Christopher Watts/Jodi Arias mixture?

Is he doing this trial and testimony just to shame KK for turning him in, and having his defense rake some folks across the coals with unknown information when the defense gets up for their turn? That's what is a conundrum for me. I am leaning that he has something on someone that he wants to punish them with that is still living.

SMH, I just cannot for the life of me figure out why he didn't want to hide all of this, to let his good friends shame him worldwide without having some type of revenge (In his mind)

SMH and *scratching my head* as luckily I guess, I cannot get into his head.

MOO

does he actually remember everything he says to everyone or does he just spin along day to day?

Sounds like a solid confession to me but what do I know?
I just speak in non-specific possibilities around here.

Wrote a song about it.....
"Twisting Yourself Into a Pretzel on a Saturday Night".

(It's only 7:49 and Heaven help us, I'm sure more material is coming.)

I was one of those who thought for sure Patrick would plead.

We may one day learn that his attorneys waterboarded him, trying to get him to 'fess up and save himself (and them) from humiliation!

That horse done left the barn and they've got to suffer two more weeks of this while Patrick doodles and his mama wanders the lobby.

so much of JMs testimony hasn't been put out there.
watching GH last night, he read out verbatim from 9news.
talking about PF telling JM Kelsey could go out to PIKE NATIONAL FORREST and commit suicide and no one would ever find her.
also shows street view of the red barn at nash ranch.
quiet a few tidbits we haven't heard before.
starts roughly at 1.20 hours in.

I know Kelsey lived with a friend in Grand Junction while she was pregnant. But, was she living their for the 9 month pregnancy? When did she move to the condo?

Oh. So Kelsey had multiple bloody noses and bled all over him on each occasion.

Sounds totally believable, and not an excuse to explain away DNA evidence on his clothing.

Absolutely buy it.

With that in mind, anyone want to buy a bridge?

so this son of a b had been planning much much earlier than we were lead to believe. Monster.

Non-specific that she could commit suicide?
That’s specific if you ask me. People don’t talk like that.
Oh wait a minute. I bet psychopaths do.

  • #1,034
I have asked before who the defense is using for witnesses. I can imagine one, but.....

I did see the two private investigators, not sure of others. It was a very limited list.

Yes because it is so easy to get blood on the bottom of your shoe from a nosebleed.

PF is a cooked goose.

  • #1,036
Yes, he was just asking for his friends opinion as to whether the blood could still be detected after his clothes were washed.
He must know the answer by now if he knows what evidence LE has.

Imo

didn't they take the washer too? Or am I imagining that?

sbbmff
don't think anybody could or would read that statement as indicating a confession to his friend dave?

the focus was here is more of JM'S testimony we haven't heard.

Well, in all fairness, the "Father figure" title had already been claimed by RS.
JM probably figured the next closest title would be a "Stepfather Figure."
No doubt CC at some point will declare himself to be like a "Big Brother" to PF, if he hasn't already.

It's stunning how many people in his orbit are not merely willing, but eager, to claim some familial type relationship to him.

Especially considering that PF feels no such attachment to any of them whatsoever.

Silver linings, though:
It's pretty apparent that his real, biological brother has washed his hands of him.

JMO.

Has it been speculated as to whether Patrick had pedophiles in his life as a child?

The lack of attachment is telling.

Has anyone checked the Sex Offender Registry there?

We don’t know the relationship with his dad, or if there even was one. I think that’s more likely the cause of his “daddy issues,” than something like that.

Possible though.

GoJacks might consider volunteering?

Somebody's gotta' do it.
