PF likely has a personality disorder- he does not think the way a human being should. :/ IMOSo ... having had some time to process the trial details so far ... I just have to say ... I don’t get it. Kelsey was so many wonderful things ... beautiful, kind, smart, loving ... and willing to love and nurture her baby and PF. How on earth could PF hate her so much ... for so long ... that he could kill her ... in such a brutal and rage filled way. I JUST DON’T GET IT!
I feel sameIf pf hadn't involved kk, had done all the dirty work alone, and not told a living soul, looks like he would have gotten away with it.
Even with all that, there's the chance, (however slim) he still might.
Who knows what evil lurks...
For some reason, mr. "No body, no crime, couldn't even figure out that he'd get caught if he "sang like a canary" his own damn self.
And I just want to add Ritchie said he started working at the ranch sometime in the summer of 2018 and Dygert began working there in August, mainly working on fences and vehicles, splitting wood, cleaning up, and other repairs. He also said in the few months he'd worked at the ranch he did not know of any other fires.I can say with certainty. If I were to go outside and dig a hole near my house, I would not uncover a human tooth.
I just don’t understand how anyone can overlook that evidence, and pretty much say that it’s not proof of KK’s account (regarding the fire).
Especially combined with the rest of it.
Their testimony jibed perfectly with KK’s testimony, from the height of the flames that PF told them, to SF standing on the porch.
The timing of what they testified to, also fit perfectly with what KK said.
He wanted to make that burn area disappear, and these two unwittingly helped him with that.
So I guess that human tooth didn’t convince you huh?
BAM! Sweetbeach!Exactly. That with his lack of empathy, sense of entitlement, and his need to control everything under the sun was a deadly combination.
He couldn't suck it up and co-parent because that takes cooperation and putting your child's needs first. He wanted his way, his child, his money. I know I've said this before and I'll say it again...To PF, this is his world and we're just living in it. CB testified to the fact KB put God first. Here's a clue PF, she wasn't talking about You!
MOO.
Yeah, you can’t just plead the Fifth to protect someone else, or because you just don’t want to answer. It’s only to protect yourself from giving information that can later be used against you in court.
@gitana1 Can a judge tell someone they can’t plead the Fifth, if the judge doesn’t believe the answer will incriminate this person?
I'm confident the jurors (most importantly), and the vast majority of the public following this case (if not all) will be able to come to the logical conclusion here. The evidence is so incredibly overwhelming it's actually embarrassing to watch, if you know what I mean. I am gobsmacked after one week and the prosecution has another 60 some odd witnesses to roll out!I can say with certainty. If I were to go outside and dig a hole near my house, I would not uncover a human tooth.

angry vindictive people always despise others who always make the best of things. So ... having had some time to process the trial details so far ... I just have to say ... I don’t get it. He put metal on top of it, which KK testified to witnessing, and the ranch hands testified to removing.BBM. Not if PF told them his mother said the flames were too high and to put it out. I'm confident that if PF told them the height of the fire and that his mother came out and told him it was too high and to put it out, PF also told this to KK. It would also mean KK lied in her testimony when she said PF told her it burned all night and that it was still burning when she left at 7:30. There is no way PF would have left a fire with flames that high unattended just so he could take KK to her car.
I don't believe an LE officer knows whether a partial tooth is human or belongs to an animal, so no, I'm still not convinced a human body was in the fire.

totally agree warwick!1. He couldn't control her.
2. She had a loving strong family bond with parents and brother. I feel he resented them in her life. He wanted her isolated.
3. She was a career woman, strong in her own rights. I feel he hated her for it.
4. He HATED paying child support for property he felt was his.

Oh, you so nailed it!!Exactly. That with his lack of empathy, sense of entitlement, and his need to control everything under the sun was a deadly combination.

Yes, and even if PF had burned anything else in those months, I doubt very much the flames reached as high as the trees or 13 feet high, or burned as long as the fire the night he burned the body. He also probably didn't usually use accelerants. And I just want to add Ritchie said he started working at the ranch sometime in the summer of 2018 and Dygert began working there in August, mainly working on fences and vehicles, splitting wood, cleaning up, and other repairs. So there's this one fire, and a tooth is found in the dirt where the said fire took place.
Strong evidence.....
Bam!!!!!BBM
Why do you think this?
Plane crash victims have been actually identified by partial tooth fragments.
BAM!!!!!He put metal on top of it, which KK testified to witnessing, and the ranch hands testified to removing.
This was done in an effort to quell the flames.
DA May didn’t discuss the tooth during his opening statement, just to turn around and say that lab results showed it wasn’t human.
He also wouldn’t have allowed an officer to destroy his case, by calling that item a “human tooth,” if it was not in fact one.
So basically the recovery of an entire human body from that burn site, is the only way you’d believe a body was burned?
What is so confusing about this?
5. He HATED being 'inconvenienced' by having to pick up their child on the days KB was working. MOO1. He couldn't control her.
