Stop the bickering and criticism about one member's point of view. I am not basing this on any specific knowledge, but did it ever occur to members that perhaps some members are discussing things from a defence standpoint rather than the majority of members chorusing Guilty?

As long as an opinion is respectful, members are expected to be respectful in their response and not personalize toward another member.

If you don't like the post or someone else's point of view, scroll and roll. Move on.

Judge calls early recess after testimony by 14 witnesses, saying #PatrickFrazee trial is “significantly ahead of schedule.” Tomorrow resumes at 8:30 a.m. w/ full day. #KelseyBerreth @csgazette

It's very interesting that they are 'significantly' ahead of schedule. In my experience, it usually goes the opposite way.

Things moved very slowly in the last Trial I followed, mainly because the Defense team made so many objections and there were many sidebars. On top of that they spent a lot of time cross examining nearly every witness.

I don't get that impression here---but since we are not seeing much of the trial, I am not certain.

The cross examinations appear to be very short. That makes sense, as much of this is irrefutable.

BBM:

Don't think that hasn't occurred to Dan May.

Ma is going to cool her jets in that hallway until DA May is good and ready to call her into that courtroom.

He'll whistle for her when he wants her, and not a minute before.

It's entirely possible he'll call her last, just to spare the B's from having to face both PF and Ma in the courtroom at the same time.

It's a lot to ask of KB's parents, that they maintain their composure sitting in the same room with the man who beat their beloved daughter to death with a baseball bat, and the woman who kicked her to the curb when she was pregnant and called her a prostitute.

Indications are Ma is getting a little feisty out in that hallway, which makes me think it's getting under her skin.

Good.

Fingers crossed that DA May calls Ma last.

JMO.

Contrary to what I just posted about letting her stay in the hall.... maybe you're right. Dan May knows a whole heck of a lot more than we do. And maybe he knows her testimony will be the final blow to PF. But she won't testify until she is sure he is going to jail for life.

So PF' sister has not been there either?
Maybe she will be called to testify.
She might have been there for opening - anyone remember ? But she would need to be called IMO if the DA is going to explore her fathers estate and the fight over it he alluded to

Sam tweeted today - I thought he said only KBs dad has been in court ? IMO

Wasn't KB's mother the first person to testify?

I wonder if the two farm hands are still on the franch payroll since they testified against Patrick.

Someone has to be taking care of any animals that are left.....not that I care if that whole place gets taken over by squirrels.

This is a franchette! Nobody need apply.

PF's small herd was out on leased pasture (sold almost immediately), and we've heard SF was not hesitant to contact animal control about PF's dogs.

I don't believe SF requires much more than somebody to plow her driveway when required. MOO

I thought EF was there earlier, perhaps on the first day or so of the trial, when SF2 testified. If she was in the courtroom, it meant she wasn't going to be called as a witness. I thought she was in the room when CB testified that SF called KB a 'hooker'.

Wow! Just catching up now. No wonder PF wanted KK to kill KB - he was totally going to let her take the fall. And he could move to his next girl of the hour. Stupid, stupid KK driving all night to clean up his mess and do his dirty work while he was texting other women. I feel like hearing that has to be one of the worst punishments for her. If she was soo enamored and obsessed with this tool, it must be sooooo devastating to learn that she was just a pawn while he was pursuing other women even right before Thanksgiving.

That said, she's so stupid because he never seemed to even pretend that he cared about her, loved her, wanted to be with her once KB was out of the way.

The other stupid part of their plan (man there are so many), is the fake texts back and forth from PF and KB's phone. PF being sooooo sweet, “Are you ok? Do you need anything or can I do anything?”

The stupid, oh so CLEARLY written by a female wordy response from PF that he still loved KB - when "she" (KK as KB) asked "Do you even love me? And he texted, "Why would I bend over backwards and stand behind you thru everything if I didn't? So to answer your question yes I do." (And what guy texts like that anyway)

It doesn't even fit their stupid narrative that PF thought KB was a terrible, unfit mother and that he wanted her dead. Their whole KB just "went missing" or "went to visit grandma" genius plan (complete with both of her cars left in the driveway) no longer works once everyone is coming out of the woodwork to share how much PF wanted KB gone.
AGREED!!!!!!!!!
It crossed my mind at the beginning if he was framing KK. Now the writing is on the wall, oh yeah it was definitely framing KK. She was going to take the fall!

I didn't think DA May was going to pursue the estate conflict in depth because it doesn't seem relevant to the murder and the jury will already have enough relevant sordid details to wade through.

The only way it could possibly be relevant is if the defense wanted to claim SF2 would lie to incriminate PF because they're at odds about the estate and I don't think the defense is foolish enough to try that on.

That reminds me of the concrete residue in the exact shape of the buckets that Scott Peterson used to make homemade anchors to weigh Laci's body down in the bay. One thing these perps have in common is the belief that they will not be caught or convicted. MOO

oh dear. I'm going to HAVE to go read a book about THAT case. I didn't start following crime until the Arias case, then these two colorado cases reeled me in, too. I did not know that Peterson concrete fact.

Jakob Rodgers on Twitter

Also, Krystal Lee (who has also gone by the last name Kenney), testified that she burned one of two "burner" phones she purchased ahead of #KelseyBerreth's killing.
First she threw into pond off Hooser Pass.
Second she burned in fire in Idaho, she said.
@csgazette #PatrickFrazee

I'd like her to answer the question why she was using burner phones.

Vile and evil, monstrous 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬! So much I'd like to call him, but cannot.
Poor Kelsey and her poor, poor daddy. That was his little girl.
I can't wait for the word guilty and he'll spend the rest of his disgusting, pathetic life behind bars. I know the DP is off the table, but if anybody ever deserved it, he does! Creep!!!

One suggestion was that KK planted the blood.
I would love to see someone truly explain that. No, really. So what did she allegedly do, siphon out her blood, put it in a spray bottle, and sprayed every surface around then condo, then cleaned some of it up with bleach, just for fun and games?

Ugh....

I'm with you on this..... it would make sense if SF had been/was/will be ready to sell the francette and downsize to something for just herself. Yet she had PF still living there and whatever animals were on the property.

I think whether SF and PF had a bad relationship is probably unimportant. PF was a 33-year-old man that by all accounts never left his monther's home. PF was abusive to women and animals in and around the franch, and it's pretty obvious there were no boundaries or non-negotiables at the franch.

I believe they had a very co-dependent relationship, and SF gave as good as she got. SF was getting something out of the relationship or he would not have still been under her roof.

MOO

At the risk of sounding ridiculous, I think it was very much a Norman Bates/Mrs. Bates relationship. I don't think she needed him there and I don't think she was pleasant to live with, but I also think he preferred 'squatting' there and playing rodeo cowboy/rancher romeo to leaving home and having to support himself.
