How could she trust this evil and go part time?? After he missed at least 2 child support payments and last ones were short anyway...And signing her life over to him...
KB and KK were so mistaken! Both were nothing more than a myriad of other sex partners...

No, CB said KB was working less hours to spend more time with baby K.
May have also been seasonal. It was a long commute for KB in good weather let alone the dark and icy roads of winter. I also believe student count may decrease during winter months so likely an agreeable arrangement for her employer. MOO

Well well well - yet another motive IMO - he didn't want to share the baby with a part time mommy.
JMO
Or be responsible for increased child support?

Kelsey was already exhausted and with the prospect of the winter commute, maybe she worked the numbers and was going to cut back her hours, at least for the winter? Maybe she was terrified at the prospect of leaving her precious and soon to be mobile baby at the franch where safety for babies was optional? That could be how the talk of moving to Pueblo came to be. JMO

Speaking of KK being afraid/fearful of PF. I still don't think so. I think she and PF thought they would get by with what they had done. IMO the first fear she had was when LE and the FBI began contacting her. JMO
I agree. I don't buy her story one bit, as far as being afraid. She knew what she was doing, she could have called for help from LE, she did nothing. She was in on this and saw it through til the end with him. Little did she know, in my opinion, he was setting her up to take the fall. As evidence came out yesterday, he had clearly moved on from Krystal and Kelsey and was making plans to have dinner or hang out with another poor lady, who was clueless.

haha- yeah. I once had an a/c repairman confess to me that it was soooooo easy to hook
up with good looking females once he was in their home- ALONE- working on their a/c.

I had that happen too! But I think it was the cable guy

I have to quote myself because I’m embarrassed by my earlier typos. I’ve now corrected them. I was in a hurry!! “Probative” not “privatice” whatever that is. And “impermissible” not “impressive”!
Better than Aquaruis. HaHa.

IMHO, the prosecution has enough even without positive DNA on the tooth.

I agree, but that would be an absolute “slam-dunk” IMO

Is this new info that KB was switching to part time status at Doss? And do we know why the switch?
I do remember some earlier discussion about KB cutting back her hours.

Now-CBI Agent Chris Adams was recalled. He said the landfill search yielded nothing. He says he learned about a month ago that Evraz Steel and a steel trash can (from the burn at Frazee’s ranch) were important. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney

We’ve heard from some of her fellow flight instructors. They knew Kelsey to be quiet, private, sweet and someone that loved being a mom. All said they never smelled or saw any signs of her struggling with drugs/alcohol. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney

They also testify Patrick Frazee was listed as the beneficiary on Kelsey Berreth’s life insurance. Doss had just been bought around Nov. 2018, which caused employees to have to re-enroll for benefits. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney

Some morning highlights: - Doss Aviation HR employees have taken the stand. They say Berreth was switching from FT to PT in November. That’s why she was losing health benefits for her and her daughter. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney

Whoa! There's motive and explains the timing of NOV 2018. She was going to cost PF more money starting that month by making him pay for baby's medical and she had just added him to her life insurance. Evil PF probably figured KB was worth more to him dead than alive. He probably figured the life insurance would more than pay for Baby K's health insurance. And if not then "kids go missing from the playground all the time..."

ETA: I never expected a life insurance motive here. KB seemed so smart to keep her house in her family LLC and with only her name on the house that I'm shocked PF was added to her life insurance policy. I also didn't expect a life insurance motive because that usually means the body needs to be found... Or else PF would be waiting years to get KB declared deceased. But when I think about PF's original plan being to send KB's body to Idaho with KK it makes sense. I think the fool thought he could frame KK for KB's murder and get an immediate insurance payout. He must have been fuming mad when KK refused to take the body.
MOO.

Yes but part time (losing insurance benefits) suggest to me 20 hours - which is a big change IMO. I wonder if there was a 32 hour option so she could keep that benefit? this is big news to me - and very telling for the prosecution.

My gosh, I am so far behind and trying to catch up.

So do you think that PF never noticed the camera at the neighbor's house until Slagle brought it up to PF when they were doing the alibi run? That's my guess...

The state published surveillance video that they said showed Slagle at Berreth’s home picking up the package and leaving. He said he noticed the surveillance camera when he got out of his truck but had also seen it on previous visits to her townhome. He noted that it’s fairly obvious.

He said he didn’t know if Frazee had ever noticed the camera before.

Frazee trial: Arson analyst, Frazee friend testify

...and even though I am always in & out, I am always here for Kelsey!

Woah, I truly missed the bolded part! When was this guy at Kelsey's condo before, and for what? Apparently he didn't think Patrick would do anything to her there, or he might have warned his good ole "like a son" that there was a camera next door. I just bet Patrick said "thanks a lot" after the fact!

I still have mixed feelings about sf1:
I'm swinging around with my opinion of her.
I originally thought she was a victim, then... a participant. Now I'm rethinking things again.
MAYBE:
•She's known all along that pf was many bricks short of a full load and, therefore, provided him with a place to stay. And, of course, that helped her to have someone help with the property. (It can take a court order to get him off the property in some states, anyways, and trying to kick off an adult son can put you in danger as well).
•And maybe she didn't approve of his long line of ladies coming to her house. Now that's where she seriously went wrong. She misjudged the ladies when it was actually her son who was the player.
•It's often hard to know where his evil attitude came from. It could be genetics, how he was raised, a combination, or just plain Evil and his harboring selfish, evil thoughts.
•As soon as he was an adult and bigger than her, she might have lost control of him. And once children grow up, they don't always follow in their parents footsteps. The parent can talk til they're blue in the face to no avail.
•Whatever happened, though, HE is responsible. No one else. No one forced him to be Evil. The buck stops with him.
•So in a bit of repetition, she could have seriously been in dangerous herself. He's that dangerous.
So I'm going to give her some slack til I hear more. Staying tuned for more.

She’s been there every day of trial, took the fifth at the prelim and fought to keep custody of the baby.

That’s all I need to know.
