Sack o’ potatoes. Focal point is him, to him.

And yeah, many of us have held our kids like that at times but we haven’t seen him pictured holding her another way. Facing his body. Her body nestled against his. Supporting her.

And to carry her that way after her mom disappeared and she so desperately needed reassurance and love makes no sense.

Looking at the relationship between mama and HER boy I get the sense of the type of person PF is when it comes to HIS child. Children are a mirror of their emotions to narcissists. They are vessels. Belongings. But just look at how hard so many child abusers fight for possession of the kids they later starve and/or otherwise torture to death. Despite having so many options.

Jhessye Shockley. Noah Mcintosh. Maleah Davis. Gabriel Fernandez.

I can go on and on with lists of kids whose parents fought relative support of social services to retain or regain custody of their kids and then killed them.

Possession. They fight fiercely for it.

So very true! Just reading the names of these little darlings breaks my heart!

Someone hit the fast forward button!

We need to go about an hour and 45 minutes into the future.

Thanks!

Don’t do it brother! Don’t take the bait.

Wouldn't it be delicious if, in all this DNA testing, it could be discovered that PF is not the father?

Can we just agree that that darling little girl just has double of her mother's DNA?

And after this trial, the Frazees will do one right thing -- and leave Miss K with KB's parents. Not fight for custody. Not demand visitation. Go back to the Franch and let the Berreth family grieve in peace. Her safety should be the only thing that matters.

Just my own wishful thinking...

I would imagine any future visitation the Frazees got would be at the mercy of the Berreths and I don't see that coming in this lifetime.

That baby girl will happily live a world away and, hopefully, Ma F won't be able to afford a trip to even look at her from across a playground.

"Woman, you watch from the deck while my daughter burns in your yard, then let me wonder what happened to her and you are officially written off!"

Sometimes people reap what they sow and I expect CB will see that Ma F does.

No, not if it's 100 septillion times more likely to be her blood!
Who can argue with that?
Someone will, because that number isn’t “infinity.”

Probably CC.

I didn't think Faecal Encephalopathy was contagious.

Then again, IANAD, so what do I know?

Do we have any verified doctors on the thread that we could ask?

JMO.
Might just be a "Cripple Creek" thing....

Perhaps a Cripple Creek exception to the usually non contagious Faecal Encephalopathy?

MOO

Prosecution is going to end with a bang!
I think so too but, boy, they've been banging for over a week.
How do you top perfection?

Right?! Especially after hearing that he cursed her and berated her for not knowing how to handle big old powerful cows and yet he is carelessly manhandling a small fragile BABY. His baby.(MOO)

And well, exactly. No sense

This has been so well orchestrated by the prosecution, just wait, the ending will be superb!

I wonder if there are groupies following Michael Wayne Jones, the guy that looks like a stunted, dog pee'd on fire plug. Or just with the silent stupid but vaguely good looking bearded Mama's boy murderers.

Here’s the ABC News video when Patrick was dangling the baby over his arm coming from his attorneys office.

ABC World News Tonight with David Muir

I know I won’t get my wish but I wish at sentencing (knock on wood) the judge would say:

“The fact that you thought no one would care that this young, sweet mother disappeared tells us all we need to know about the defects of your soul. You are so apart from the rest of the human race that you couldn’t fathom love and concern so strong that millions of strangers were vested in finding Kelsey. That was your downfall and every sick murderer’s downfall. You’re not normal. You’re soul sick. You can’t relate to the normal world.”

As a family law attorney who has seen this play out too often, control of the child and not wanting to pay support was always my number one motive for this case.

I have a cases where a parent has fought bitterly for the child they claim to adore. But when they think no one is watching they neglect the kid, put them in super unsafe situations and generally show they don’t really care.

Yet these are the cases where it’s super hard to get witnesses to testify voluntarily because they fear getting killed or harm to their kids, pets, parents. These are the cases I most worry about someone showing up and blowing me away at the office. No one is going to dare get between the parent and THEIR child. Yet nothing the parent does shows they actually love the child.

It’s about possession and control and that’s more important than anything to some people.

I hear the same sentiments from my daughter who practices family law in Colorado. You explained it very clearly ... “possession and control”, sadly not “love”.

I always enjoy following your posts as you’re the voice of reason and experience.

but....but....but....that's a bunch of septillions.

surely, no one...no one....would doubt it.

I have been exposed to manipulators/controllers/ narcissists. They get violent if you differ from their commands. They know who they can manipulate. If the submissive victim becomes belligerent, they want them out of the way & Kelsey had something this controller wanted: his child.

Welcome Beenthereb4, with your first post, coming here at an interesting time of the trial.:):)
Hope you are now far away from the evil you experienced.

Wow who knew ? She has a beautiful smile but yes she could also have needed it for this purpose
I’d grind my teeth too (grrrrrrr) if I had to co-parent with that gaslighting man and have to try to be civil to his mean clown mom.

She deserved so much better. :(

Good explanation. My older "golden child" sister didn't grow up mean either.

It’s a Venn diagram thing. “Dogs have tails, fur and fangs. This creature has tails, fur and fangs. Thus it must be a dog.”

That’s an illogical fallacy. But the tails, fur and fangs can be a starting point.

I would say most Golden Children don’t end up being evil murderers. But it’s not a coincidence that so many evil murderers were someone’s Golden child.
