It makes me nervous that they are saying “likely” and “possibly” when referring to the blood DNA. Can they not say definitively? Anyone think this will leave room for doubt in the juror’s minds?

In Science, even when a result appears a definite certainty, these terms are used.

What's more, companies don't limit employees' health care enrollment to the year's end. It's probably medicare the poster is thinking of, and that wouldn't even be for the initial enrollment. We're supposed to believe that an employee hired in January in the typical American company has to wait until the following October or November to enroll in health care benefits?

I'd just like to throw in that whatever the case is about the insurance, it's immaterial to the murder case against PF.

So blood on the fireplace and blood on the baby gate is unequivocally Kelsey’s.

It’s almost as if KK was telling the truth.

Just imagine- if she had just called LE right away, when Patrick said that he killed Kelsey and that she had a mess to clean up, how much MORE evidence would be available to LE! They even might have found Kelsey's body!

But no........she waited until "those guys" contacted her first, because she was sssssssoooooo worried about the Berreth family and that they should know the truth about what happened to Kelsey.

So yes, she told the truth, but only after she hired a lawyer got a nice deal for doing so. I will give her that- without her testimony and it being backed up by evidence, who knows if Kelsey ever would have been considered still missing at this point. Those darn cell phones got them bagged.
