Just a stain in almost the exact shape of
the tote KK said was
placed there by Patrick
15 feet in the air
on a bale of hay
on which a cadaver dog hit.
DNA would have been nice but I'll take that!
Ha! That’s right!

I forgot about those measurements.

You did a fantastic job on the timeline! It was really helpful. Thank you for doing it!!

You’re welcome. I can’t take all the credit. I couldn’t have done it without everyone else. It’s all about teamwork!! :D

The prosecution presented a HUGE amount of circumstantial evidence though and IMO the defense doesn’t have much.
I agree with you completely but I worry about this jury hanging only because the evidence is circumstantial. I can’t imagine the defense closing statement. But that jury? I don’t feel confident. I wish we could have seen the testimony and the faces of everyone. I do believe he is guilty.

This is big for the defense. On the hay stack...no human dna and no blood.:(
That's ok, the dog still detected the smell of a decomposing body on the hay stack, both below and above. I wouldn't expect blood to be there since the body was inside the tote.

The jury now knows that it was Kelsey's blood all over the condo, so I'm not sure how the defense will convince the jury that she was killed somewhere else.

Imo

I’m keeping the faith and going with this quote from KB’s Pinterest:

Only God can turn
A Mess into a Message
A Test into a Testimony
A Trial into a Triumph
A Victim into a Victory

We have plenty to discuss from today’s testimony. Again, I’ll plan on the Facebook live around 8:30 p.m. MT.

ETA: See media thread for Day 8 tweets.
(Sorry - I could only get to media thread this afternoon).

PF pushed this “alcoholic in rehab” claim to anyone who would listen. Numerous witness testified to this, and its a complete lie.

Not only is there no evidence Kelsey had a drinking problem, but the facility she checked into didn’t treat substance abuse.
The amount people in his circle who carry on about wanting proof PF did it, but they had Zero proof of lies said about Kelsey, and those who knew of his plans, and helped him disgust me to no end. Caw Caw.

They couldn't pull enough DNA from the tooth??? {{{scream}}}

Afternoon in the #PatrickFrazee murder trial reveals tooth found in burn pit on his property was human & female, but profile wasn't strong enough to ID whose it was. ALSO, the discolored hay in the Nash barn tested negative for human DNA. Thurs-Defense cross on DNA.

Atleast they not only proved that it was a human tooth, but also a female tooth.

There is no innocent explanation for it. There was plenty of evidence to support Kelsey being burned in the fire, but that seals it.

While I too wish there was more DNA evidence, I think the prosecution has presented an open and shut case. They have shown that unfortunately KB is not with us any more, and the only one who is responsible for her murder is PF. I am optimistic that the jury will come to this same conclusion. AND, we still hopefully have a few more bombshells left for tomorrow, before it's all tied up with a nice little bow!!

Just a stain in almost the exact shape of
the tote KK said was
placed there by Patrick,
(had been seen earlier in his truck on video,)
in the barn he was leasing,
15 feet in the air,
on a bale of hay,
where a cadaver dog hit.

DNA would have been nice but I'll take that!

Particularly when the dog that hit had never made a mistake, IIRC.

I think it is ok. Female, at the burn site, it is ok.

Yeah. Common sense and logic. This is strong evidence to add to the pile.

Well, almost all evidence is circumstantial, unless there is a video or an eyewitness to the crime.
Most importantly, there is the person that PF confessed to, whose testimony has so far matched all the most important evidence and the timeline.

Looking at the relationship between mama and HER boy I get the sense of the type of person PF is when it comes to HIS child. Children are a mirror of their emotions to narcissists. They are vessels. Belongings. But just look at how hard so many child abusers fight for possession of the kids they later starve and/or otherwise torture to death. Despite having so many options.

Jhessye Shockley. Noah Mcintosh. Maleah Davis. Gabriel Fernandez.

I can go on and on with lists of kids whose parents fought relative support of social services to retain or regain custody of their kids and then killed them.

Possession. They fight fiercely for it.

Yes, they do fight fiercely! I worked in child support for years, handling the welfare cases. When I first started working for our county, I became so sick, I had no clue of all the things that actually happened here! It's an ugly world out there.

Edited to add: I worked there when I had to read each case on paper, page by page to catch all entries of change of the support order, who was the custodian etc. So I got the scoop on each case.

Although there wasn't much physical evidence. An educated juror only needs to trace the evidence that is known. The last time KB was seen was at her own door at 1:23pm. Her apartment is left as she had it on Nov 22 with bread dip recipe ingredients still there. Both of her known vehicles are still at her residence. Her blood is in her apartment, her cellphone was the only item of hers that showed activity, and that cellphone was traveling and communicating with PF for several days even though she wasn't seen with PF at his residence during that time. Her child was with PF since Thanksgiving Day. A woman's fractured tooth was found in a burn pit on his property. "No body -no crime".

I think, for me, the most convincing is the cellphone information.

I believe his motive was completely financial. He probably thought she had more money, but turned out she needed his support. He knew eventually she would need to get child support, so he just wanted her gone before it got to that point. I am just glad the baby was placed with the maternal grandparents.

Of course, all speculation on my part.

Not quite. Short of video and eyewitness, there is DNA, murder weapon or the body itself.
