I am not an attorney. This is my own opinion. This trial is a slam dunk that shatters the backboard.
It is this simple.
There has been nothing, absolutely nothing thus far to support PF did not kill KB. At all. Zero.

There has however been everything under the sun that supports that not only did PF kill KB, no one else but PF could have possibly killed her.

It would appear that the defense doesn’t have much to throw at the prosecution’s theory, as they have done very little in the way of cross examination thus far.

It’s telling that the defense also agreed that the Friday timeline is accurate, as far as closing arguments goes. This likely means they don’t intend to offer much rebuttal when it’s their turn.

PF could be a convicted felon on Monday.

Reading back (Feb. 19, 2019) on Sam's tweets of KK's version of the events, it sounds more like he has more than a love hold on her, unless she's into submitting to a jerk. Makes me wonder if he had something prior on KK that they did criminally together or she was just too dumb to realize what he was/is? Lust can fool you though big time. I just can't see an attraction to him what so ever but the population is small. jmo

I think it's great that SF2 testified first- she can't lie now, because he was there at her house when Patrick showed up after dinner.

KB would have options going to the health exchange and maybe gift income from parents. I don't believe this was a rash decision on her part. I only wish it had been a decision to investigate her way out of dodge but it sure does not look like it. MOO

It's apparent she suffered from magical thinking. That's usually the case with people involved with personality disordered people. "He'll change if I can just please him enough"; "Sure, he's awful to me but he's a good dad and loves our child". Had he not been caught, he would have gone on to destroy Baby K, too.

I want to scream with you.

Especially since Krystal mentioned the tooth was found behind some chest and not in the vent, like Patrick thought.

Yet a part of me thought that there might not be enough, after it was in the fire. Just enough to say it was most likely a female human tooth, but not enough DNA to say it is hers.

Oh well, there's more evidence, thank goodness!

He might very well have come by there with PF in the past. I mean, if you have a husband, he probably has a good friend who has been to your house, right?

But anyway, I think PF’s story of having someone follow KB and take pictures was just bunk. He lied about what the photos supposedly showed, and no one has seen them, so that’s a good indicator that he lied about all of it.

With all due respect, (and I mean that sincerely. I love to see your use name come up!),

I don't think favoritism creates these monsters. I have a brother, a year younger than myself. He was the "Golden Child". I was the one who could do nothing right. But because he has a human soul and a conscious, he was and is a very loving person.

He bent over backwards when we were kids, to do anything for me. He understood, even if he didn't understand why, our parents placed him on a pedestal and it embarrassed him made him feel guilty, and ultimately crippled him as an adult,(in that he never learned how to be an independent adult, very well), but it did not make him a cruel evil person. I. M. extremity strong opinion,
You can not do what PF did and blame mommy. No way.

The "golden child" usually refers to how a narcissistic parent treats one kid, as opposed to being a golden child making one a narc (or any other PD). Like your brother, most kids are very damaged by it.

As to the grand finale, maybe they have a photo of the tote in the pickup on the way to the Nash place and a photo of the pickup and no tote coming back.

If a Criminal, noted the various ways, these Murderers are arrested, and found Guilty, tabulating the evidence produced at Trials, he/she may eliminate as many as he can, so the planned Murder, would not have him/her as a Suspect.
