Me too, my likes and post are really really slow and summer not working and I have to refresh. I hope we don't have an issue later as to the server being overwhelmed.

Mine is goofy too. It's sloooow! When I just went to like a post it went to a different page and put this up....

It’s often said that SF blocked CB from seeing KB2. I think CB actually didn’t try. I think she felt it was the prudent thing to do to get a court order first. If anyone has evidence disproving this, I’ll stand corrected.
Under these awful circumstances the tender and human thing to have done was for SF to reach out to CB. In reality there no evidence SF extended any kindness to CB.
CB's harrowing and agonizing interview shows a woman that has had her granddaughter deliberately withheld.

Did you guys know there's a Patrick Frazee on Twitter and he posted twice, once about gaming and once about apparently maybe sports' teammembers? Dec 2018 was his last post....if it's HIM, he's also a gamer? That's how he was filling his time until his arrest? No offense to gamers, but interesting if it's him. I found it just doing a hashtag KB and PF search to keep up on the twitter.

I agree. They were dealing with someone very dangerous. I think CB and the LE proceeded with extreme caution.
ITA From the first presser CB did, I sensed she had to tread lightly for that very reason. I never doubted her.

It didn’t sound like there was enough of the initial blood splatter left after KK cleaned it up for anybody to do an analysis on. But that kind of testimony would certainly make the defense fight to keep it out.
You may be right.....but from what I've read
every single bit of blood splatter can help tell
the story. I'm continually amazed when I go back and read about this science, and it really
is a special science and larger LE branches
have these forensic specialists that are amazing
in what they can detect.
I'm hoping this is the mystery witness who will
replay what a brutal demise PF gave KB.

I understand where you're coming from, yep with trials I have followed , We will agree to disagree. I don't think it was entered as evidence so it will not go back. I mentioned a case which was recent, but I have seen this multiple times where the jury wants to see what was a synopsis by somebody, but it was not " entered into, by the judge as evidence" so therefore it could not go back.
I'm not sure. It's possible the digital document was entered into evidence, even if the poster board visual display was not. Sam said it was hard to even make out anything on the boards because there was so much text and flow charts and things going on. The timeline was extensive with every single movement or incident they had. From cell phone ping times, texts, phone call times, length of calls, to surveillance camera footage, etc. Sam said he did his best to keep up, but couldn't get everything because it was moving so fast, so I think it would have been impossible for the jury to take any precise detailed notes, especially verifying that they had written down the correct times, etc. during that witness testimony.

I certainly hope Dan May gets to motive. Something up his sleeve. I know it's been asked a million times, but whatever happened to divorce/separation/coparenting (I know, there was no marriage but there was paternal right) in these cases. PF could've stopped KB from taking the baby to her home state (leaving the state with the child to live elsewhere is not allowed in colorado unless the other parent agrees to it). PF could've survived child support payments. PF could've been sowing his endless seed anywhere he wanted to. WHY the murder? $$$? Psychosis just isn't enough for me. Here we go, kids. Hang on. Justice is coming no matter the motive. I hope.

PF didn't murder KB because he was psychotic.
PF doesn't have a psychotic disorder.

PF is evil.

If you want motive, simply stated, there it is:
Evil men commit evil acts.

Prosecution isn't required to prove motive, but they've certainly raised the specter of financial/monetary motives here.

I think all the prosecution needs to say about motive to this jury would be:

HIS Money + HIS kid = HIS motive.

It really is that simple, because let's face it, PF ain't exactly complicated.
He's basically a simian.
I'd call him a gorilla, but that would be an insult to gorillas.

PF presents to me a lot like someone who's had a significant TBI.
He isn't right in the head at all.
So there's that.

And we know his soul is as black as pitch.
So there's that, too.

JMO.

I'm hear - patiently waiting to see who this witness is that they seem to be fighting over - is it another DNA expert, a friend of KB's, a friend of PF's, a medical professional?? SF?

we want to know!!!

He's evil.

Prosecution isn't required to prove motive, but they've certainly raised the specter of money being a primary motive.

I think all they'd need to say about that to this jury would be:

HIS Money + HIS kid = HIS motive.

Thank you for posting about the months prior to KB going missing. For me, the text messages both before and after 11/22 were telling ... clearly very one sided in the days before 11/22, with KB texting almost all of the time and PF only occasionally responding. Perhaps when KB was sending him messages about looking at ranches for sale, he began to see that KB was not a pushover, and he realized he may not be the one in charge of this relationship. In his mind, he may have seen her as wanting more permanence than he desired. PF needed to be in control and make all the decisions, in my opinion. The texts that came in after 11/22 we now know were a giant coverup of the murder. The wording alone on those texts sounded nothing like PF!
I wonder just exactly when he saw RS During this time, because texting and driving with one phone is just insane, two phones is even more so. Also it's a wonder how PF can put his boots on the right feet, much less manage, driving, texting with two phones.

Blood spatter is amazing. I work for an animal e.r. and the copshop is right down the street in Boulder. Their blood spatter instructor comes and picks up our expired animal blood and she uses it in her class. She's talked to us a tiny bit about the direction of the drops and whatnot. It's fascinating!

I think more than anything those last six months of communication indicate how deceitful he was. Kelsey was trying hard to work on the relationship while all the while he never planned a future with her.

I think Kelsey was more like a surrogate mother to him. Once she had the baby he no longer had any use for her, other than her providing health insurance.

At first he probably saw her as vulnerable and easily controlled.
He used her for everything he could and when she started to make things difficult for him he began making plans to get rid of her.

Imo
EACTLY!
That text reenactment if you will, is exactly what the jury needed to see and hear! Slater slayed it! He showed how Kelsey was trying hard to work on the relationship and PF was "not responding."
Only after she is dead did he become kind and loving and started responding.

From another tweet it sounds like the judge is holding a private hearing to rule on this new evidence 'prior' to court starting.
Now I'm thinking it's her gun,and the reciever of this gun knows more about what happened to Kelsey. The final nail in the coffin.

It sounded like the jury would be able to see it during deliberation. Sam described it as a digital file, but one that was basically blown up on large poster boards.

At this time, based on past trials I have followed, I will agree to disagree respectfully.

@gitana1, @riolove77 or others, are Law enforcement synopsis on an overhead at the end of trial in testimony, that has been shown in court based on a plethora consolidation visually to the jurors within the prosecution case in chief of 15 Witnesses to do a time frame allowed, to be taking back to the deliberation room which they created from everybody else's testimony?

My opinion is that that is not evidence, that is a visual aid for the prosecution for the jurors and that is not allowed back into deliberations.
