A total of 17 letters, mostly written on napkins, were read aloud in court. A Colorado Bureau of Investigation agent read all of them, and said they appeared to be in #PatrickFrazee's handwriting. @csgazette #KelseyBerreth

#PatrickFrazee promised to help this surprise witness, Jacob Bentley, bond out of the Teller County jail, in exchange for the help, Bentley testified. @csgazette #KelseyBerreth

11:07 AM - 15 Nov 2019

I'm starting to see the carefully guarded tent entrance differently in light of this new testimony. If he was passing notes on napkins calling for multiple murders on his behalf, then who knows what else PF might try in order to communicate a signal to an outside source willing to help him in his murderous desires. Perhaps the tent was not only to protect him, but to also to protect the public from him? PF can't send any signals or get any info from anyone else if he is forced to walk through this narrow tent hall every day of court without any interaction with anyone at all. MOO.

Patrick Frazee solicited fellow prisoner Jacob Bentley to have key prosecution witness murdered. Bentley testifies with letters from Frazee.

No words, I just want him gone.

Frazee murder trial: Cellmate says Frazee tried to order hits on witnesses - KRDO
[...]

Prosecutors say the inmate was in custody with Frazee between September and October; Frazee asked to put a hit on Krystal Lee and many of the other witnesses, including some of his friends that have testified in this case.

More than a dozen different letters were written on paper towels between the two; Frazee gave descriptions of the witnesses, their ages, where they lived, phone numbers, and other identifying information to put a hit on them. Frazee said he would help the inmate post bond to get out of jail of he helped murder the witnesses, the inmate testified.

[...]

According to the inmate's testimony, Frazee said "I'd really like to see Krystal with a bullet in her head ... p*** on her and s*** on her face, f****** dirty a** b****, her and Michelle [Stein]." He also claimed to the inmate that prosecutors were "coaching [Lee] of the circumstantial evidence to match up."

The inmate didn't come forward to confirm this account until Monday.

DELUSIONAL .... PF is completely living in an alternate universe!
Yes! A perfect question to ask him would be, "So PF, What color is the sky in your world?"

I cannot stay caught up.

who here is really surprised he tried to have KK and others killed?

Me neither.

All the same: who knew anyone could be so heartless, brazen and stupid?!

  • #1,289
I've thought all along it was like he was setting himself up. Now I have no doubt. Unbelievable...nah, not for Frazee.

I apologize because of the tragic circumstances, but I can’t stop laughing at the thought of these solicitation letters being read out loud in court ... PF is hilariously the dumbest of dumb imaginable!
I want to look at PF's face while this is being read

@MassGuy, Bringing this to your attention.

"Flush when done."

Frazee murder trial: Cellmate says Frazee tried to order hits on witnesses - KRDO
Frazee made statements on paper saying: "They all need to disappear, unseen until November 22" and "I'm really nervous." Frazee told the inmate to use a fake name while setting up the hits, and he underlined the words "Flush when done" on one of the notes.

"Flush when done"

I'm thinking that this was the moment when PF clearly saw his own future.

Time to flush, Patty!!!

Defense points out former inmate is a convicted felon who asked DA to help him deal w/ multiple pending cases in one county. They claim he saw the letters as his ticket out, but inmate didn't totally agree with that statement. #PatrickFrazee #kelseyberreth

This was probably the most graphic of the notes (warning). It read: “I would really like to see Krystal with a bullet in her head. Piss and sh*t on her face. F****ng dirty c**t a** b***h.” #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KeystalKenney

I helps to sing along-

What do Patricks dreams of?

When they take a little Patrick snooze

Do they dream of mauling witnesses

Or Krystal in her cleanup suit

Don't you worry your pretty pointed head

We’re gonna get you back to the Franch and your cozy cowboy bed

And then were gonna find our best friend Mom

And then were gonna give her a best mom hug

Patrick, Patrick, Oh, Patrick…

That was jaw-dropping! GK was right - never underestimate the vastness of PF's moronicity!! Those letters show exactly what kind of - I hate to use the word "person" - PF is and why he should be locked away for good, IMHO. I wonder when this new evidence came to light; I may have speed read past that.

Dan May presented an airtight case, IMHO, despite the lack of a body.

Could we possibly have a verdict today?

Son this inmate was out of jail and he just presented the notes Monday? LE didn't know of this plan until Monday? My God! Those people could have been murdered! How scary!

He says after Frazee learned he was in a prison gang, Frazee sought his help on taking out witnesses, including Krystal Kenney & her family, Chad Lee, CBI Agent Gregg Slater, Michelle Stein, Joseph Moore and more.

In yet another #PatrickFrazee note, he asks his fellow jail inmate: "How gangster will you get? I got an idea." He then suggests that one person has "**** to sell but you'd have to kidnap and hide the until you're done."
@csgazette

"How gangster will you get?"
Like saying " You're a baby killer or your not."

Well...exactly!

But this guy just came forward Monday. That's why I really wish we could see PF right now...the earliest he knew of this was a few days ago and he probably thought the judge wasn't going to allow it. Love it!
