I still have disgust for KK, but in a weird way, this last witness could help give her credibility in the jury's eyes. In other words, he validates that she was right to be scared of PF. If the ONLY thing the defense could try to attack was her credibility (even though the EVIDENCE matched everything she said), well this dude just kind of helped make her a slightly (vom) more sympathetic character. Not in terms of her actions or that she isn't still despicable. But you can now make a case that she had reason to be terrified of this guy. Which I think helps the prosecution even more.

I hope I can put this here.

Listen very carefully to his words. His fiance the mother of his child is missing and there's blood all over her home. And statement analysis a killer never ask for help for the victim they always ask for help for themselves.

Here ya go:
"The letter to another jail inmate, again...
"Help! Help! ME PLEASE! I repay however. My life and my little girl's life depends on you!"
I wonder how many times Kelsey screamed please???????

oh my... Did PF include Agent Slater in his death threat notes?

In letter 15, he allegedly wrote: “I’m excited if we can pull this off, only thing better would be if Krystal sent someone a text from her home confessing and telling the truth that I didn’t have anything with it to do at all. Slater and then all five disappear," referencing Kenney's family, including her children and Chad Lee.

That’s a really good point. She claimed that he threatened her kids, and she was scared of him. At the time, I called BS on this.

I’m not calling BS now. This guy was serious.

Deadly serious.

Could there be a greater juxtaposition?

"If this is truly what you want, I'll respect your wishes and give you space. Let me know if you change your mind. I'll leave you alone."

AND . . .

“I would really like to see Krystal with a bullet in her head. Piss and **** on her face. F****ng dirty c**t a** b***h."

(The real Frazee came right out and dug his own grave.)
Great post Sweetsbeach!!!!!!!!!!!!

In all seriousness, and this IS serious, LE needs to dig DEEP to see what else PF has done. This is a guy who has traveled around different places in his farrier work and possibly also to buy or sell cattle. Given what we know now, LE ought to be pulling his cell phone records as far back as possible, and using whatever other means to track his movements and plot out his whereabouts versus unsolved murders/missing persons cases.

He’s shown enough of a disregard for human life that I don’t think KB was the first. I think all he needed was opportunity. And I would start with his father, no matter what the listed cause of death is.
You are so RIGHT!!!!!!!

I actually wouldn't want to see SF take the stand now.

She might come up with some story about PF being dropped on his head as a baby or upset over his relationship with his daddy, some story to convince the jury he's mentally unfit for trial - not guilty by reason of insanity.

KK told a friend she'd never witnessed such evil. Perhaps she did finally sense that his threats were real and she hoped to do the clean-up and try to move on. I think she knew that any relationship between them was over at that point.

He even wanted to go after her father and ex-husband and siblings? And his 'step-father' JM?

I honestly can't fathom why the defense anticipated needing an hour for closing arguments. I know they have a legal obligation to defend their client, but honestly....what's left to say at this point? It seems trivial at this point to hammer on things like the tooth fragment or the hay bale stain or the lack of a body at this point. Are they really going to mount an all-out assault on the credibility of both the blood spatter expert's testimony and the jail-house guy's account?

I have to keep reminding myself: the defense doesn't have to personally like or believe PF. It's just a job and it's one that as professionals they are obligated to perform to the best of their abilities. Still, I certainly wouldn't have the stomach for it.
I think the defense might say, "Our client is obviously too stupid to have carried out such a crime." They can take an hour to talk about how stupid he is, just so he can hear it. He's stupid and guilty.

Yes. Reporters had the same take on it. PF wanted Slater dead.

isn't that a crime itself, threatening a federal
law enforcement officer?
Rack up some more charges here.

I think so!! I mean again, that would definitely not raise any suspicions at all, if every witness and LE involved in the case mysteriously died or disappeared until after the trial. I can't even. And then a "text" from a disappeared KK assuring everyone that PF was definitely not involved. Superb plan. LOL!!

Another note from Frazee says he’s not a criminal but “this planning and talking gets my blood flowing”. In exchange, the man says Frazee helped him bond out of jail. Frazee’s notes said they could “do a lot of **** together”.

Explosive testimony today from a man who was fellow inmate w/ Frazee in jail. He testified he used to be in a prison gang, and Patrick asked him to kill off witnesses ahead of the #KelseyBerreth murder trial. List included Krystal Lee (key witness) & some of her family #9News

This sent chills through my body.

“This planning and talking gets my blood flowing”?!?!

If those aren’t the words of a serial killer, I don’t know what are.

He absolutely belongs in prison for the rest of his life.

Because it is so horrifying that it should not have been allowed in at all? is that possible? - the father crying the 🤬🤬🤬't DA in tears etc. I don't know what is grounds for an appeal - maybe @riolove77 or @gitana1 have an opinion?
I think they would have warned the father that this was coming- he had the option to not be present.

That said, it is absolutely horrifying and a devastating blow to her Dad to actually hear a witness describe his daughter's last minutes before she became deceased.

That poor man. I don't know how he's getting through all of this.

I am having a tough time keeping my posts lady like.

Slater is a state law enforcement officer, but it’s a crime regardless.

Just ask Drew Peterson.

He has a habit of trying to drag others into his dealings and then tries to put the ownership on them.

Sorry PF. Your baby's life and your life were in your hands the whole time and nobody elses. You blew it Sir. Big time. Nobody to blame but yourself. So dont go trying to tell other people they have a responsibility for anything.

BBM:

HAAAAAA!

After everything they've heard in that courtroom....
The defense is actually arguing for reduced charges.

Now, THAT's funny!

Uhhh wut.

Hopefully that’s just them walking through the motions because idk how they could even say that with a straight face.

I can imagine the Wile E. Coyote quality of these suggestions:

- Drop giant anvil (No prints!!!)
- Fire from cannon (if possible, on pirate ship)
- Earth opens up to receive (think crater or cliff-like thing)
- ACME rocket blaster (order online)
- Untraceable poison (* Sonic combo, any upsizing comes out of your cut!)
- ???
- PS: It's gonna be so fun, right? And I'm totally gonna pay you, just as soon as I'm outta this here cell! Can't hardly wait!!! Flush when done! PF

...sniff...

That hurts. :(

We know what PF's mother called KB.... which makes me think he wasn't just bringing a string of girlfriends home, how about actual girls who were hiring out? I hope LE is taking a close look at cases of missing women in Colorado. Maybe part of PF's surprise with all the attention is that there were others that no one sadly missed.

MOO

Jury is gone until Monday, but work continues in the courtroom. Defense is arguing for a lesser charge like manslaughter because the DA took #krystalLee's testimony as gospel. Prosecution holds fast for first degree premeditated murder. Judge is deciding.

Yeah, that’s an easy decision, one that was made as soon as the friend testified that PF said he had figured out how to kill her. Back in APRIL.
