According to the inmate's testimony, Frazee said "I'd really like to see Krystal with a bullet in her head ... p*** on her and s*** on her face, f****** dirty a** b****
Sorry...but these comments alone show what a 🤬🤬🤬 he is; even is someone didn't know anything else about him. And second degree murder or manslaughter, only, charges??? Why - someone please explain...moo

Correction: Hold the outrage.

#BREAKINGNEWS Correction.
1st degree murder is still on the table for #PatrickFrazee trial, but options of 2nd degree murder and manslaughter are options for the jury.

Baby K probably cried, first in fear, then in hunger, and eventually in exhaustion before falling asleep, in her walker.
And then PF did what all Dad's do...slung her over his arm like a bag of potatoes...walked out...and closed the door behind him...moo

WHAT THE ACTUAL..... just WHAT?!
Both of those tweets have been deleted. I think the judge ruled that he would charge lesser included charges of 2nd degree and manslaughter.

@MassGuy , thanks for your post w/ correction-I saw you beat me with verified info!

The penalty for manslaughter is 2-6 years and the penalty for 2nd degree murder is 8-24 years, if convicted.

Based on jury instruction arguments, seems like jury will have the option to convict #PatrickFrazee on lesser charges of second-degree murder and manslaughter instead of just first-degree murder. Instructions will be finalized this afternoon.

Okay got it now, it's only an option for the jury

Wonder if that’s the morning he got sick...
He got sick last Thursday. That was before Bentley went to prosecutors. But who knows, Frazee Might’ve got suspicious about it earlier than Monday for whatever reason.

Honestly even though this seems crazy I think this is usual for a defense. They are obligated to vigorously defend their Client’s.
ETA: to argue for lesser charges that is
