BBM:

I think not only can LE do something, they almost certainly will do something about this.

One of the people PF solicited the jailhouse snitch to "take care of" was a LEO.
That's a HUGE no-no.

With the thinly veiled, and by thinly veiled, I mean completely transparent, references to SF in those letters, I would not at all be surprised to see her arrested at some point in the near future.

JMO.

Maybe she'll be arrested right there in the courtroom on Monday!

Let her settle in and get all comfy, then cuff her! (Like on Law & Order.)

I hope GoJacks is there to see it for us!

@GoJacks, SF may not be in court on Monday. Or better yet, cuff her when she walks into court.

But having this info, is an escape already planned.
LE may already be watching their favourite gate.
MOO.

PF: “how 🤬🤬🤬🤬 can you get?”

John Doe: ...🤬🤬🤬🤬 enough to turn these notes into the cops

We assumed PF asked Kk to find the tooth, to eliminate evidence. We didn't think he asked for it because HE WANTED TO KEEP IT.

Souvenir.

That's 6.

MOO MOO MOO

What?

Aw thanks - but so many here who work hard in this thread. Team effort for sure. I have a weird memory where I tend to remember everything I read. I just wish I could type faster! No, can't take any credit on the Dulos case. I pop in every now and then if there's a development, but am not well versed in that one like so many of you!

Guess besides afitzy, doing loads, it is a name with scv in its avatar.
Will go and check.

It makes me wonder if that's why she hasn't attended the trial.
And yet that rat jerk got a tent for protection.

Meanwhile, they all had to walk in without any protection at all, to testify. Well, KK did have a police woman escort her in. Did the rest of the witnesses get that protection as well?

I am spitting mad right now.

These paper towel (and commissary receipt) letters are so outrageous, so outlandish, yet so compelling, that I can't imagine a defense attorney not sputtering out objection after objection if they had ANY way of pushing back on the content or authenticity. Or even to question the witness on how he ended up with these letters, how they were passed, surely they could have tripped him up on some little detail if they weren't true. But they couldn't. So once again, they had to resort to just poking at his motivations.
Because PF idiotically (as usual) wrote down names and information that the snitch could not have known from reading available media (JM, JM's wife, and KKL's father and brothers, for example), there can be no doubt that the notes were written by PF. Had they only contained vague information about people who'd been in the media, there might have been room for skepticism.

I was very surprised that the defense called NO witnesses. I've never followed a case that had no defense witnesses whatsoever. Nobody will step up and say "he's a good dude" today. Perhaps the defense will put their energy into their closing argument.

I am very glad that the trial was so mercifully short for the Berreths' sake. I know they are still hurting and I send my prayers for healing and peace to them tonight.

OMG, Kelsey's Mom was on this list? What the.........

Unbelievable that he'd want all of the Kenney family dead- he doesn't even know most of them or any of them at all.

This guy is beyond any medication or rehab. Way beyond. Such a shame they didn't try for the death penalty and CO actually go through with it. He doesn't deserve to breath the same air as the rest of us.

I think Patrick is going to be like Drew Peterson (another "God's gift to women"), in that he'll be dangerous whether he's in or out of prison.

Some people have no soul and my heart hurts for those PF will be stewing over in the years to come.

How will they sleep at night?!

bolding mine

Here we go again with good old "Ma".
She's very supportive of her precious !
PF has someone he can count on.
Love your avatar. So true- if Patrick only had a brain........

Over the weekend would be perfect! Maybe we'll get another picture.
We could get a satisfying full circle video of Ma F down by the franch gate in cuffs.

What a great final scene to the movie!

Maybe the Berreths riding by with BabyK?

I wonder if Ma Frazee is going to be at the closing statements on Monday? She's allowed in now. And everybody can stare at her knowing of her complicity in this from the notes today.
I want to know why she's not arrested.

I also want to know if PF had somehow put money into Doe's account, how did that transaction happen, how much was it- was it enough to bond him out? If that transaction did occur, I hope they followed the money trail.......you can't tell me that PF had that cash in his own account. Did they bring this up in court? Sorry, I missed a bit today, and I am trying to catch up the best that I can.

Sam must have access to it. Maybe he'll cough it up.

From one of PF's notes to inmate John Doe, it appears that PF contacted JD's girlfriend to come and get him out of jail -- telling JD he needed to go back to work.

IMO, his girlfriend bailed him out but PF provided the resources. MOO

I'd be interested in listening to the phone conversations between PF and mommy.

You might be thinking of @sds71 who is the resident document expert in all things Dulos and finds all kinds of things that we had no idea existed!
