What?? He got a day out of prison? :mad:Hopefully, the last time before they need a pine box for him

I don't always look at the poster's name as I'm speed reading through these posts. Then, I'll read something and the words make me scroll up to the poster's name because I say to myself "this is Gordian" .... and I'm always right. I agree with you. A wonderful, IDENTIFIABLE way with words. Lol.

Well, well, what have we here….

Is that a love bite I spy on his neck?

Looks like his cellmate must have some pretty sharp incisors.

Also looks to me like somebody punched him in the side of the nose.
YAY!

Looks to me like he cut himself shaving for his 2 by 2 glossy.

Looks like some pretty, pink crocs to me... to match his pink handcuffs, perhaps? I'll bet KKL has a matching set now, too. Such a style trendsetter, that PF.

I just wish they had put pink nail polish on him to go with his hickey.

Sure looks that way. It was always a foregone conclusion. Close the book.
Just the absolute NERVE that these three cr@p excuses for people drag this out to the very end and don't have sense enough to drop it.
Well drop that mic now. bye!

I am not trying to argue or dispute statements in previous posts here, but how do we know the Berreths got permanent custody? I pray this is correct. Also, would SF have any visitation rights (hope not!)?

TIA for making this clear. :) Apologies if I missed something.

I didn't look up the statute for Colorado, but here is a link to a law firm there that explains involuntary termination of parental rights in an adoption. His prison term alone would work but there are other grounds to argue as well. In an adoption, if parental rights are terminated there is NO VISITATION unless the adoptive parents agree to provide that. It's as though the parent no longer exists. Which is fine by me in this case.

I wonder the same and certainly hope it’s true but looking around see no verification. At this point I would be worried more that SF would have some kind of visitation rights. Hopefully the Berreth’s received full control.

Re: PF's appearance. In this photo and the last one, it looked like he might have been 'clumsy' - or involved in an altercation.

I think he has had a lot of anger for a long time. He was able to take it out on helpless animals in the past - and I think he exploded with rage when he murdered KB.

How does a guy like this handle his frustrations behind bars? From the sounds of his jailhouse 'letters', he was eaten up with rage and anger. Does he now learn to keep his mouth shut and punch walls? Or does he suddenly find that fellow prisoners, unlike horses and dogs and small women, hit back.

Another thing about prison that I think is going to particularly bother PF (and many others behind bars): the lack of 7x24 cellphone and internet. No rage texting, no venting calls with one of his 'exes', no checking in regularly with SF. No cruising singles sites looking for new girlfriends. If you're used to having and using your cellphone and the internet 7x24, you must really feel cut off behind bars.

SF looked awful yesterday. She looks like she has aged. No one looking at her objectively would agree that she is physically capable of caring for a toddler by herself.

I don't see her getting ANY visitation. If PF gets his rights terminated, then SF no longer has any right either, as his mother.

I doubt the Berreth's will take that child anywhere near Colorado until she is 18. Then it's up to her if she wants to know the paternal side of her family.

I remember looking up the statute last year specifically to "Grandparent's Rights"
( Colorado law (C.R.S. §19-1-117) and recall that baby KK was safe from SF visitation from day one primarily because KB/PF were never married (i.e., there was never a legal separation or divorce). Legal adoption of KB also seals closed any grandparent right for SF.

I also recall an exception to petition visitation if grandparent seeking visitation is the parent of a decedent. In this case, the paternal grandmother SF could petition if PF was deceased.

Yas thankful this is over for the berreths now they can focus on giving babygirl the best life ever. Where did they send Idaho to and did they leave Idaho as male

KK has been rebranded as a female.

Race still listed as “other”. Apparently all of the possible categories were HUMAN. And, she did not qualify. IMO
