Oct 16, 2024 article - Since this lady is reportedly presumed missing and possibly dead, and also not identified, I thought it might be a good fit for all you excellent sleuthers. Or, best case scenario, maybe it’s all rumor and she is alive and well.

This one is very interesting, indeed! Who was the person who reported this? It almost sounds like a potential suspect just came in and willingly offered that info up. JMO. My additional thoughts on this are that the person reporting this seems likely to be an employee or another regular customer of this same truck stop in order to know that she was a regular.

I would think if she frequented this particular truck stop that she must have been local to the community and with her distinct appearance, it would seem that someone would be able to at least put a name to the nickname.
