I'm wondering if he's still refusing to take his Rx while being held in jail?

We know they restored him to competency while holding him in the Pueblo hospital and had Court Order to force Rx but jail can't force meds.

Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa is charged with 10 counts of first-degree murder for the brutal killings of 10 people inside a Colorado supermarket in 2021. Alissa was caught on surveillance footage entering the Boulder store and opening fire inside and outside killing the majority of victims in about a minute. The gunman was diagnosed with schizophrenia after the massacre and pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. The motive behind the attack is unknown.
