'WESTMINSTER, Colo. (KDVR) — Westminster police are upping the reward for a cold case almost 27 years after a dad, his 9-year-old daughter and a work associate were murdered.

Pictures show the faces of 9-year-old Sarah Skiba, her father Paul and his business associate, Lorenzo Chivers, all loved ones to families who haven’t seen them in almost 27 years.'

“We have evidence, enough evidence to show that it was something violent that occurred and then the three people, Paul, his daughter, Sarah Skiba, and then his employee, Lorenzo Cheevers, ended up missing,” Gordanier said.

Police located the moving truck. Gordanier believes whoever killed them may have used the truck to transport the three victims.
“We have recovered some evidence from that, and that is being reevaluated. And then we are missing some moving blankets, some moving straps. And in fact, the moving ramp that would be used in a typical moving truck.”

I love seeing this thread bumped up, especially with such hopeful news. More advanced testing, increased reward - someone out there knows something. Might as well get paid for what you know…could be the tidbit LE needs to prosecute….
