This may sound illogical but what if he was never in the balloon? Maybe he let the balloon go accidentally and is hiding b/c he is scared he will get in trouble with his parents? I don't see how he could fall out of that, and the balloon not come down too? I'm just praying for a miracle.

This is just so frustrating and worrisome to say the least. I feel sick that he is not in the balloon. Where, oh where can he be??? They will begin a search and rescue now. I pray Falcon will be found.

What an odd shape for a weather balloon; I cannot help but wonder if this is all a publicity stunt. Anyone who saw this in the air would think it was a "UFO". What exactly would the purpose of this balloon have been? Any science people here who can explain the shape and useage of this balloon?
