My apologies for popping into this thread mid-stream [and without reading], but the vomiting I saw on tv [GMA?], Falcon sat through the whole interview with food or something in his cheeks before puking - almost on cue, with prop bowl oh-so-handy. Well, that's what it looked like to me.
ooooh good catch.
I remember him gagging in the GMA interview. Then I watched the Today one where they had given him the plastic box (sorry...container) to let us watch him toss his cookies into.

Do you usually carry an insulated bag where ever you go? I noticed last night that MOM was carrying this as they ran to the van as well. Maybe someone does needs something medical at times.

Uh, uhhum, I do, but that's because I constantly drink water and its usually 108 here and I have a kid or 2 or 3 with me. I don't know what their reasoning would be though.

'kids were 100% involved and had guilty knowledge'...
Yet, they are under 13. What could they really do, crime wise to the little guys? If it wasn't for their father, I don't think the boys would have said those things. Over and over.

It could have been Today show. I think I probably saw a re-play on CNN or something, so I'm not sure, but he did look like a chipmunk pre-vomit.

Yes - it's a lot easier/cheaper to bring drinks from home than buy on the road when you've got that many kids.

I didn't see the case though, so I can't say.

Other than a singer... this Rob Thomas, I believe was a co-worker of Richards. Right?

IIRC, I read somewhere that the SO referred this to DCS but asked they wait to interview until after the SO conducted a 2nd interview on Sat.

JMO but I think this dad (and mom) is an egomaniac!

the report on HLN stated the parents met in acting school.....

Oh man, I didn't see that. Now I have to go see the clip. I don't know if he had said earlier that he was queasy, hence the bowl; but if he had his cheeks stuffed... yikes.

Sheriff is saying that they question that the kid was in the attic the whole time. Wonder where they stashed him.

Whether he spends time in jail or not is up to the courts, not the sheriff.
If they are planning to charge him with two felonies, he might end up facing jail time.

To me it looked like the father was up all night, the little boy too. Falcon was very much subdued compared to the night before on LK. Have to wonder if Richard was grilling the boy on what to say?

If those kids have to show up at school tomorrow... yikes.

Ya know?.....I thought about the comment from the dad stating the they don't 'ground' the kids. and then thought about young Falcon's comment that he hid because he was 'skeered'. I wondered to my self, "Self what could Falcon have been 'skeered' of?"

I thought it was 3 felonies? Anyhoo.....I am hoping because it involved FAA when the FBI gets involved he'll have a few federal charges too.

MOO, dad's explosive temper? What possible violence have they witnessed towards their mother at the hands of their father. :(
