MISSING: Pueblo man with developmental disabilities

Robert Medina Jr. reportedly walked away from his care facility on Thursday at about 10 p.m. The care facility is in the area of Vinewood Lane and Devonshire Lane. He requires medication and has cognitive issues according to the alert.
